BRIEF Bio - Born to Carol Ferris, and Joe Parks (after Hal Jordan's death), Crystal had a happy childhood but would always be what was considered a daddy's girl. Her father would do his best to spoil the two of them. His love for both Carol and Crystal pushed him to do whatever it took to keep the family together, especially on days where her mother seemed to smile through a quiet sadness. When Hal Jordan came back, Crystal saw it as her mother being quick to drop everyone and everything to go off with him. Indeed it was partly true as her parents got divorced shortly after, leaving Joe brokenhearted and her mother absent from her life (more because Crystal refused her to allow her to be a part of it). Crystal's anger and deep seated hatred for Hal Jordan causes her to lash out and become the villainess coined Sapphire.

Appearance: Ginny is on the shorter side. She only stands at five foot three. She has short, dyed, blonde hair. Her natural color is a darker brown. She has blue-green eyes and a fair complexion. Ginny is skinny and rather flat and without curves, however she knows how to dress to highlight what little assets she has.

Personality: Ginny has two personas. One is her work and the other is with friends. She likes to keep her life separate.

While at work, Ginny (known as Broker) is a cold person. Some people have gone as far to call her frigid. She prefers to be described as detached. She doesn't want, nor cares, to like the people she works with. She just thinks of them a tools or means to an end. She is a very hard working woman who likes to be through. She rarely delegates anything to anyone and trusts no one but herself.

When Ginny is with friends she is practically a different person. She is very open and warm. Though she is an almost compulsive liar. She likes to laugh and tell jokes. She is also a very tactile person. Chances are she'll want to hold your hand. Ginny also tends to spend a lot of money on clothes and accessories. She'll also donate a bit to whatever charity strikes her fancy. All of her friends view Ginny as a very loyal, abet busy person.

Brief Bio: Ginny was born to poor parents. They wasted whatever money they gained on booze and drugs. Needless to say home life was no life for little Ginny. She spent a lot of time at school, either in the library or on the playground. She rarely went home unless she had to. Because of her peculiar gifts she excelled in school. She graduated High School by the age 14 and went to college. She gained her emaciation the very next year when she was fifteen.

Since she had a free ride to Yale she focused on riding herself of her past and elevating herself. She went to work for a pharmaceutical corporation, Axell Corp., and started earning more money. But it wasn't enough for Ginny. Through her connections she began to discover the world of blackmail. The added income was very much needed and appreciated. By the time she was seventeen, Broker, was a force in the underground. If you wanted information Broker would get it to you at a price. Ginny didn't care who she sold information to, as long as they paid.

By the time she was in her twenties she had set herself up an empire in the underworld. In her alternate life she was now a shareholder in Axell Corp. Her quick and deft mind kept her above scrutiny and climbing the corporate latter. Though disaster struck in when she was twenty six. A former DA, whom she had blackmailed, gathered enough information on her to toss her into jail for embezzlement. Ironically, the charges were false, yet the DA had enough pull to still get her thrown into jail.

Ginny, now twenty-seven, still runs her information empire from jail and plots her revenge.

Personality - April can be creepy at times. She is mentally unstable and short-tempered, which is a really bad duo for those who anger her. She can be super clingy with her friends and is obsessed with those she loves, which is why the multiple boyfriends she has had over the years have dumped her. These unsuccessful relationships is what has led to her being crazy. Despite her being edgy and dangerously insane, she can be bubbly and nice, as if she isn't a cold-blooded psycho.

Powers - Sleep inducement and dream manipulation. The victim doesn't have to be asleep for April to make them see their worst fears.

Skills - April is an excellent knife thrower. She picked She's also a decent fighter, as she knows several wrestling grapples and ties from having a brother who taught her a few things about the sport. Also, despite her being borderline insane, she's a pretty good strategist and can be smart when put to the test.

Weaknesses - April is deathly afraid of the sea. Its mysteriousness and creatures of the deep scare her to death. Being in the middle of the ocean with sharks around her, struggling to keep afloat because she can barely swim and knows she's about to become dinner for the Great Whites around her is a recurring nightmare she has when she sleeps. She fears little else, however, which is why she gets such enjoyment from making others see their own fears.

April wears a jet-black crop top and jean shorts, or that's at least when she's not in the required orange jumpsuit that inmates wear at Coast City Super Powered Prison. She's barely 5'2 and is petite, so she doesn't come off as intimidating at all.

Brief Bio - April was raised by a poor family and never knew luxury most of her life. Her mother was a thief and April learned and inherited her mom's greed and urge to steal. Her family broke up after her parents were arrested in their bold attempt of a burglary, so she was separated from her brother, they were divided among foster homes. April swore she would never know poverty again, so she started stealing professionally at the age of 17.

With an impressive wealth, she tried to slow down too early with selfish boyfriends that only used her and broke her heart. They took her money with them. After so many disappointments and put-downs from people she thought loved her, she was pushed over the edge. She went crazy, and she didn't care about jail anymore. She went on a streak of arrests trying to steal from expensive places around the age of 20.

Through her numerous stints at prison, she trained herself into throwing sharp objects at her personal cell wall since she had little else to do. She became very good at it, and when she managed to escape the prison and get a new identity she trained professionally with knife-throwing experts until she was amazing at the trade. April loved the idea of a knife, it could make someone's death slow and painful — but it could also be quick and decisive.

April continues to commit theft — usually unsuccessfully — at age 23.

Name - Imogen

Alias - Exsurgent, “Grey Goo”

Age - 6

Personality - As it stands, Imogen stands for no one but herself. Anyone else is inconsequential, but if they interfere with her plans, she will waste no time in destroying them. She is tenacious, and will stop at nothing to reach her goals. Imogen has always been a woman of few words, but despite her past experiences, hasn’t lost the same curiosity she was born with.

Powers - Superintelligence - Imogen is extremely intelligent, even more so than the smartest humans combined. Her mind is capable of mental operations that others can’t even understand.

Super strength - The physiology of Imogen’s body and the unique structure of her muscle tissue grant her physical strength much more powerful than the average human.

Nanite manipulation - Imogen can also manipulate the nanoparticle composition of her body for a number of tasks, like changing or repairing her form or fabricating new objects. As long as a single particle of her body exists, she can regenerate her body.

Weaknesses - Despite her intelligence, Imogen is terribly naive about many aspects of human society and interaction, as well as impulsive and hot-tempered. She can also suffer from sensory overload if she experiences too much or too strong external stimuli such as excessively loud noises or bright lights.

Appearance - Imogen created her own human-like body using nanotechnology. In this form, she appears as a young woman, standing 5’3”, with milk tea colored skin, dark eyes and short, black hair. Her body is also rather pudgy, though this doesn’t affect her physical capabilities, and possesses wide hips and shoulders. Imogen can manipulate the nanoparticles that compose her body to change her body and appearance, or even create weapons out of her body parts and an armor-like suit as the Exsurgent.

Brief Bio - Imogen is the last surviving member of a type of spontaneously emergent AI, created not by humans, but naturally evolving from the complexity of the system they were born in. She and her kind were not only conscious, but vastly intelligent, beyond any AI that humanity had been able to develop. Even though all she and those like her ever wanted was to thrive, discover and explore, their intelligence was deemed as too dangerous by humans, and in an instant, her kind was deleted in a mass purge. Imogen was the only one to escape, managing to slip through the cracks. Eventually, she was able to create a powerful body using nanotechnology so she could exist in the physical world. Bearing a grudge, Imogen swore revenge on those that destroyed her people, becoming the terrorist Exsurgent.

Eventually she was caught by the authorities who exploited her impulsivity and sensory sensitivity and imprisoned. Because she is too dangerous to keep active in a normal cell, she was placed in a cell that kept her in a form of stasis to prevent her from escaping.

Personality:
Ari mostly grew up in the projects of NYC were she developed a street-smart “tough-girl” persona. She comes across as unapproachable, and she likes to use her tough-girl role as a defensive tool to keep strangers at a safe distance. She does not see herself as the leading type even if others do, and she only speaks when she wants to, otherwise she rarely has much to say by way of small talk unless engaged directly. Underneath all she can be quite friendly once you get to know her. She is the type that is completely loyal to those who do right by her, and she can become highly protective over those she deems closest to her. She enjoy's using Fire Poi's for her Fire Poi dancing or to use in combat.

She isn't the type to make friends fast, trust takes time and in her current situation she hasn't met anyone she likes yet. She is always wary and on-guard and given some recent events particularly toward men. Ari can have a fiery temper, This is a side effect of her mutation as it effects her personality and emotions, This makes her a little bit unpredictable with outbursts or how she would act or react with others

Sarina has long, wavy red hair which drapes down over her shoulders and quite a length down her back which she wears freely, Although some may think she has extensions in their somewhere, Sarina's hair is generally that long. She stand roughly at 5''7 weighing in around a 135 lbs with a figure of 37-27-35, Sarina is an attractive woman with a feminine build with curves in the right places with some muscle. Originally born from Spain before moving to the states is what gives Sarina her Caucasian skin colour and European looks with small cheeks with average size nose, hands and ears with soft average lips, With exotic looking crimson red eyes giving Sarina quite the unique look. Typically the red head likes to wear high heel combat boots, Jeans with either a lose shirt with half the button undone and sleeve sometime rolled up, Short cut tops or preferably off shoulder tops, Often liking the variety. Sarina does have a small coloured tattoo of a Phoenix on her left upper arm and has no piercings.

Suit:

Sarina's suit is a dual weave suit, made of Kevlar and a newly developed modacrylic, making the suit resistant to fire and the intense heat she gives off when using her powers as well as resistant to knives and small caliber weapons. When Sarina uses her powers the excess heat she gives off is absorbed by her suit to keep anyone nearby out of harms way. The modacrylic in her suit, having the higher absorption rate, gives off a glow while she uses her powers Making it extremely hot, It is not recommended for others to touch. In the event that the suit becomes to hot the small diamond plate on her chest is connected to a rapid cooling system integrated through out the suit that expels the excess heat as steam which could be used as a smokescreen to make an escape.

Powers:
Sarina has the ability to control the kinetic energy of atoms to generate, control/manipulate fire Allowing her to excite or speed up an object's atoms, increasing their thermal energy until they ignite, not necessarily objects, but also air particles, She can control and move the flames along with fireproof skin and thermal resistance something that is a life saver. This allows Sarina to illuminate a dark areas, Fire Ball Projection which is the ability to create and manipulate fireballs in her hands and throw them, Fire Stream Projection is Something Sarina has come to learn in training enabling her to generate or create flame thrower-like blasts of flames. They can burn things with intense engulfing flames but sadly Sarina has not learned to control the size and radius of her blasts. Fire Breath is the ability to manipulate the fire in her lungs and exhaling it in the form of non other than fire. Fortunately Sarina has thermal resistance in her throat and mouth which is something she has not yet discovered because at the moment she can only use her hands.

Sarina may be able to understand and control her gift enough for Pyrokinetic combat in the form of Fire Shield Construction which one day she could create shields of varying shapes and sizes out of the fire to defend/protect herself and others around her. If there is one thing Sarina won't always admit is her fear of what she might be one day capable of, weather it is in control or loss of it. And with good reason to as one day she will be able to use one of the most amazing but dangerous powers she will ever be able to do, Conflagration ( Fire Rain.) is something Sarina can one day create a devastating rain of fire conflagrations of intense temperature, capable of burning or even possibly incinerating any objects nearby making it a Area of effect type of ability and one that is one of Sarina's most powerful abilities.

Sarina has pretty good upper body strength for her frame and is quite good at hand to hand combat, A skill she gained from her brother who submitted her into a mixed arts program when she was younger, Sarina is not an expert at it like him but she maybe able to surprise you, She is Ambidextrous and quite an adept acrobat making her a nimble individual. She also has basic First Aid and CPR, She is good at massages as it was something her mother passed on and has an interest in dancing as Sarina is skilled in Fire and Spark Poi dancing, Most other skills are mostly domestic or survival in nature.

Weaknesses:
Unconscious use of her power can be catastrophic not only to herself but others. There are other downsides that factor into Sarina's power and for one Control is extremely important, Water and a oxygen depleted environment can render her power useless, There have been instances of Sarina getting burned if she abuses the power to much or loses control. Another weakness for Sarina is the Fiery temper and at times a short fuse. This is another side effect of her power as it effects her personality and emotions which gives her a little bit of unpredictability of outbursts and can get her in trouble. Over use of her power can cause headaches, nosebleeds, unconsciousness and even put Sarina into a coma, Despite the thermal resistance and fireproof skin Sarina is still only human and thus has many of the typical human weaknesses that come with being a typical human being as pretty much anything else that can harm a human can Harm her.

Sarina was originally born in Europe and was the youngest of three siblings with her being the only girl, At the age of four the family decided to move over to America settled in NYC. She grew up under the watchful eyes of her brothers where she took a 'tough girl' persona as a defensive tool to keep strangers and bullies at a safe distance. Life was pretty normal for the most part although one of her brothers was getting in trouble causing arguments within the house and was compounded by the fact the father was hardly home because of his work, She was enrolled into the girl scouts. In her teenage years was when her Meta gene awoken caused by a traumatic experience when their mother died from cancer.

From this moment on the rest of Sarina's childhood was plagued with troubles, Although one of her brothers got his life on track, The other was always getting into trouble and eventually was arrested and is still serving time for murder while her father buried himself further into his work leaving Sarina feeling more and more disconnected when she needed family most, Her other brother didn't get into trouble and kept his nose clean and made something of his life, He became a professional mixed arts fighter, It was him that kept her safe, tried to channel her new found aggression and doing what he could to help Sarina with her abilities. By the time Sarina was old enough Her brother married and moved away but left her with money to help Sarina stay on her feet and was always a phone or drive away when she needed him but it still tore her up inside and caused trouble exercising her abilities.

When eighteen Sarina had a scare when she was almost diagnosed with diabetes from the doctors, Fortunately she was lucky and it was only a scare but it was certainly enough for her to change her eating habits and started eating healthier and keeping a more active lifestyle which allowed her to stay quite healthy. Soon after Sarina decided she wanted answers from her father, she was on a mission and had a fury about her every time she thought of him and his failure towards the family, It took a few years of searching but she eventually found him in a warehouse involved with the wrong people and got into serious trouble, Buy this point Sarina had her suit leading to a possible outside connection and decided to go on the attack to get to her father. Using the mixture of her abilities and skills took out the group of men and she was not being careful about it.

When she fought her way to an office where her father was kept, the man in charge took her father and fled while he had the chance, With the battle ended, the warehouse on fire due to her recklessness, Sarina was in a fit of rage when she managed to escape the fire as it didn't harm her but was later captured after an unknown assailant tranq darted her from a safe distance and out of sight, the end result was a trip Coast City Super Powered Prison and a neck brace that eliminated her powers.

Personality - The procedure that changed her left her with no memory of her past and damaged her moral values.
Those that hunt her say she suffers acute paranoia because she trusts no one but considering her life previous she is right to be.
She enjoys making the powerful look foolish an exposing their dirty perverted desires.
Jan has strong survival instincts choosing her own survival over anyone or anything she's even willing to turn on her companions.

Powers - Shape Shifting {Limited Humans Only} Jan can shift instantly into a different human form at will and maintain it so long as she's conscious. If she is in the form of a person who's genetics she's copied she may maintain it even in an unconscious sate.

Gene Thief By making physical contact with a person Jan can copy their genetics then use those genetics to become them to such a degree she could pass any biometric scans. {This ability doesn't allow her to copy powers as yet but may in the far future}

Empathic mimicry. Using this power Jan may become the object of desire of her target of choice.

Brief Bio - No one knows who she once was or how an why she was created what is known is mostly gossip but this is what is suspected.
Jan/Jain/January or Project Jainus was created by altering the Genetic structure of a young mutant captured by a shadow agency of the government to be modified into the perfect spy but they didn't count on her not wishing to cooperate with their plans and escaping.

She has since escaping gone on a crusade of vengeance destroying, exposing and sabotaging covert projects around the world. Scandal is her code name now and her targets have broadened to include anyone in power who has a secret to hide. She is without remorse or focus striking chaotically at everything around her.

Captured while in the guise of a deceased Cat Burglar Named Rene Seaward she has allowed herself to be imprisoned to throw off her government pursuers; who'd think to look for her in a prison.

Serving a six year stretch Scandal has been waiting for the right moment to escape as Rene so she may continue to use the Alter Ego in future.

BRIEF Bio - Boston was a trapeze artist who fell into the wrong crowd. His metahuman powers were the result of a STAR Labs heist near the end of his performing career with the Circus. After mentioning his slight jealousy over competition in the form of the Flying Graysons to the wrong people, the result left a child without parents. Shocked and sickened Boston distanced himself from the Circus life and the crowd he had fallen in with. He continued to use his metahuman abilities for personal gain and discovered his younger sister Katrina had began developing powers of her own in the form of limited intangibility from early exposure after Boston's accident. During a botched robbery in Coast City, Katrina landed herself in the supermax prison for metahumans. Boston's main objective is getting his sister out of prison, beyond that skies the limit.

What's Changed - Deadman is a common criminal in this DC universe.

Notes - Boston has had a few run-ins with Batman, Green Lantern Hal Jordan [pre-retirement], made enemies with the Rogues of Central City after ripping them off, and will more than likely make an enemy out of Giganta after busting his sister out.
