I would have to know what kind honestly. I would prefer to shy away from the more Fantasy based ones, seeing as they would be practically extinct and any trace of them wiped out thousands of years ago. The world is some what based in real world, think like the show supernatural but set in the old west. So I would be more open to old Germanic and Celtic lore, I believe they were more neutral. Most lore kind of conflicts on the issue to be honest, some times they harm people, other times they help. Only real standered is that they are arcane in nature, mostly focused around health, so if some one suddenly got better "the elves have blessed them" or fell with a bad sickness "the elves have cursed them" kind of sort. Though I'll let you have creative licence in that regard, though. As long as it's less of a "race" and more of a type of mythical creature...if that makes any sense to you lol
