Well, if I were to make any comparisons between our crew and DC/Marvel characters It'd look something like this:

Carter = The Falcon and/or Nightwing
Malcolm = The Thing
Angel = Can't recall her name but there was an episode of Static Shock about a girl that turned into a Water-based Meta.
Eli = Um... a really, really toned down Professor X
Felix = Mystique
Jack Williams = Metamorpho
Shadow = Doctor Light
Jason = Raven if you take away the demon stuff
Drust = A very odd and literal combination of Iceman and Pyro
Lance = Deathstroke... or is he more like Nick Fury? Perhaps a bit of both?

Lance is what would happen if Deathstroke, Daredevil, Captain America and Spiderman had a foursome.

He is no Nick Fury, as Nick Fury likes to take charge, while Lance is a guy who needs directions.

@RumikoOhara..and while my guy isn't a hero in the traditional sense (as in does not always follow a no kill policy) he does spare street thugs and only hunts down other metahumans whom he thinks are trouble, or have the potential to be so in the near future. That being said, I'm gonna go ahead and say that he and Mundy are gonna have a bad start, should the latter budge in and start mauling the hostage takers.

I don't think Angel and Drust will not get along very well even with her personality. Just one handshake and she would either freeze or evaporate.

@SwarthyBard126, well, kind of. From what I understand, your guy is a mercenary meaning that he will cause trouble in the short term (for example; if money is involved) but lacks the incentive to commit grand crimes. Correct me if I am wrong on that. That being said, Lance will kill him if the opportunity presents itself, but won't bother to track him down. People like Felix who seem to be prideful of their status as a metahuman, and people like Mundy, who are psychopaths with a thirst for blood, will be his top priority. He will scan Mundy to see if he can be salvaged, and then make an attempt to assassinate him.
