Note that while there aren't any guards present, anyone with eyes can see cameras in the halls, in the rooms, or sometimes not at all. Other students will be playing small sports like hallway bowling, cards, gambling, and very rarely video games on decrepit consoles. Even rarer still is the presence of alcohol. If you seem to be going at it alone, I'll do my best to throw in more NPC's to interact with them, just know that if I don't, it's not because I don't want to. xD

I'm considering creating a "Big Guide of Everything" on the goings-on of Tower 89F so that you all can be OOC'ly experts, and subsequently play NPC's of your own properly.

Personality: Kite is a somewhat shy individual who enjoys listening more than speaking. He is very sensitive to the world that surrounds him, to the people and to nature. He spots beauty and interest in mundane things/feelings/actions, ones where some generally don't notice or don't take thought in. Though seemingly quiet and introverted, he is a rebel who feels he should never accept an intangible fate and will usually translate his frustrations into his writing. Furthermore, Kite is an avid reader and he is incredibly compassionate and typically light-hearted, but won't hesitate to snap at others for being impolite or slipping with their manners.
Power: Levitation and Flight; This allows him to propel himself into the air and hover or move through the air slightly. As it stands, Kite is able to lift off the ground through sheer act of will, but usually activates it by lifting both arms into the air. While levitating, he must maintain concentration. This is paramount because loss of concentration and insufficient reaction time will cause him to fall to the ground. Furthermore, he can levitate other people and objects with him as long as he maintains physical contact, as well as use his ability to glide short distances and walk on walls. Although he barely uses it, Kite can achieve complete flight, which is far superior to his levitation. However, his natural flight takes time to master, as he struggles to maintain balance and navigate while doing so. Unfortunately, he can only maintain true flight for brief amounts of time.
