In all seriousness, the bombs should have gone off at the border. Then your guards would probably expect the other did something and start shooting.
Your merchants practically deal with anyone so long they pay.
I may not suspect you as a mastermind behind something like this because you would never go against Tin.
On the other hand trading weapons is okay so long it's conducted under the table.
So KalMea selling explosives to the rebels can make sense.

Well, with certain something that may or may not happen between Avalia and Tin that me and Cyclone may or may not have worked out... Let's just say some fighting might start very soon.... maybe... possibly... potentially...Yup, that's more likely to get things going.
Hint hint, Avalia not to long ago cut off all trade relations with Tin, sending them literally nothing.
<Snipped quote by Skepic>Yup, that's more likely to get things going.
At first Yllendthyr would be neutral and only assist in offering alternative trade routes without touching Tin territory.
If it comes to actual war they would likely offer an alliance and may propose plans for a two pronged attack.
What you all haven't realized is that the PRK has a pretty varied population, and this can work to their benefit now. Both Tinites and elves. The obvious answer is to send some elves on what amounts to a suicide mission in Tin's island. Give them mitril weaponry and Tin will have no reason to not jump to the conclusion that they were elven assassins/scouts/whatever.I actually expected something like this but with the bombings.
Similarly, send Tinites to the elven islands. Because Tinites look kind of like other humans, give them KalMean guns like Tinites might use, and maybe even Dragon pendants or the iconic facemasks of the Temple Guard.
That would sow a lot more chaos and be far more likely to lead to a war, if that is what we want to do. Of course, the elves and the Tinites must be caught, but they must also be quickly killed so that they can't be tortured to discern their actual nationality and motives.
From everything I read above, I regret starting the way I did.
Everyone, The bombs went off at the border, I'll fix it when I have the time.
Edit: That is if it's not an inconvenience.
Edit Edit: Actually, no. I stand by what I started with. Or do I?
