Ok, so an idea I just had and feel a little proud of even though it's pretty mediocre is that the character section could function similar to an enemy compendium~! ^.^ By this I mean to start off with there will only be a name (with or without a surname, depending on whether a character is introduced by full name or known only from a distance by their forename (or perhaps surname, as this is anime/manga-ish so the family name is often known prior to the less formal use of an individual's name)~ They could maybe also include a picture, or brief description of appearance~ Other than that, nothing~! The reason for this is... Information will be added as a chara is learned about on a personal level during the roleplay~! So, what do you guys think~? Did I do gewdsies~? >///w///<

(Also, I sincerely apologize for taking so long~! I was hypnotized by the formatting cheat sheet when making the first post for the OOC and, w-well... I got a little carried away having fun trying stuff out before I actually did it properly~ I'm sowwy~!)

You know, I've been looking for an RP that's all about fun and de-stressing (please disregard the angry Ork avatar~ he's just cranky and wants some juice). I work A LOT and sometimes just need to have fun with something Kawaii rather than super serious drama. May I ask where you plan to set this RP up or have it take place? Like, a bakery, cafe, or some other wacky locale where our characters can interact? That will help me roll up a CS.

I know which character I wanna use but that'll help all the same ^_^

I'd like to tentatively express interest in this. I know you said you wanted people with a lot of time, so that's my main concern; it's heading into summer so I should have plenty of time then, but for now I'm already involved in writing a couple of other major things, one for school and one for pleasure. However, I think that maybe once school's out I could devote a good amount of time evenly among my projects. So for now I'm gonna ask that you don't count me out, but don't count on me either.

Ooooh, @Trinais just gave me an idea~! What if what if what ifff there was a café, which was also part of a Kingdom of Fun kinda thing~??? O///w///O I'm not sure if that specific chain of establishments exists outside of the UK, so in case anyone doesn't know what I mean it's like a huge indoor play zone built like a maze, with soft walls, flooring and ceilings, safety net type things to run across and lots of soft plushy cushions and toys lying around~! Ooh, and huge swirly slides and stuff~! These kind of places usually also have a café area for the parents to relax while the children play, but I've always wished there was a place like that for teenagers and adults too~! I mean everybody WANTS to play, it just isn't approved of~... T///w///T Um, maybe this is a super dumb idea, actually~... Please forget that~! ^///^"

Um instead, maybe a bunch of locations could be used to simulate regular daily life~? I'm thinking mainly of a cinema, a beach, an arcade, and the café idea @Trinais had should definitely be used too~! :3

May I suggest you establish a named town and a barebones CS in the first post just to give a little direction for everyone? You can always add new locations later :D

I've gotta say though, I like how you're doing the CS. It lets RPers reveal information in a timely and dramatically appropriate context, as would be done in an actual novel. It makes it so that the character sheets are more of a reference for people entering late. And since there should be any real physical conflict you really shouldn't need any more information than what can be doled out by the players. It gives it more of a real-life feel.

I'm gonna stick up a character sheet when I get home. It'll probably have minimal information; maybe just a name, picture, age and gender, and a hobby or two. I'll fill in more information as it goes on, as per your truly wondrous idea earlier.

My apologies for the double post, but I wanted to make sure you saw this.

Before I write an IC post, I know that you said you don't like to see actions done in an I/me format. Does this exclude third-person novel-style writing as well? Because while that is where I'm most comfortable, I do have experience writing in your style as well, and would definitely like to be as accommodating as possible.

@Serum Um well as you may have noticed, I'm actually fine with the use of "him/her", even though the point of my style is to be as first-person as I can - sometimes it's unavoidable~ I'm sorry if you're not as accustomed to my style, but really I think you could pretty much get away with writing in third-person at points similar to my use of "him/her" when I have to; as long as you still make use of the starry thingies (*) etc. I'm usually quite happy~! :3

Oh, third-person isn't something I usually do anyway, heheh. Most of the time I write in first person; it feels more natural. That's fine, then? I'm gonna, uh, go post an IC under the assumption that it is.
