Well, I was thinking about something that may extend the mission.



But, I'm debating against it because it'd be a huge character 180.

Ciel's been extracted from behind Morgan, and the seven mooks are assassinated.

Hopefully we aren't going crazy with the killing. Part of the point of Aura is so that we can defeat enemies without killing them.

Eh, depends on what Sapphire does next, really. I had no other plans after that, but we could very well interact with the new arrivals after getting back to Beacon. Or you could start the hunt for Sapphire's daggers.

Oh really? I was sort of thinking that the de-faunusing process involved separating the faunus aspects within the subjects aura and funneling it into the animals which is the reason there aura levels are so high. As well as losing there faunus pieces they're also losing a substantial bit of there aura strength which is why all the patients Gren put out were so easy to combat. At this point we actually have a case for why this needs to stop and a more definitive stance on who's right and wrong in the situation. At the moment I feel like the team is just a bunch of idiots who don't know what they walked into and have no right to be there anyways. If I'd known that was all you had I'd have volunteered to play the antagonist.

It was my intention to provide a moral dilemma. Who's wrong and who's right isn't always a case of black and white. Right now I'm having some of the NPCs deliberately trying to make the team think that they have no right to be there. I figured a back-and-forth where the team tries to deal with their own viewpoints versus opposing viewpoints, where they're not sure if what they're doing is necessary or unwarranted, where they explore and encounter with a bit of fighting, would be more interesting than penetrating the evil scientist's layer bulldozing everything in their way. If you all want more stereotypical missions from me, please ask, or volunteer to play antagonist first rather than whining later.

None of the faunus in the Shelter had undergone the treatment yet. They still had all of 'there faunus pieces'. Gren was able to put out the faunus so easily because he's an enormous walking tank in full armor with tons of combat experience while the patients are unarmored, unarmed, and smaller than him. Coral explained her understanding of how the treatment works.

I forgot about the animals there for a second but they were only ever to be normal animals that happen to have high aura levels and therefore semblances.

If you three just want to kill things, I'll have the guards release some of the animals with stronger semblances and there will be brawl. Pop can be the evil scientist rather than the questionable doctor, some more doctors can be given concussions and some more faunus can be strangled.

I kind of would like to use the current situation to have Shiro and Sapphire clash directly. With Shiro believing 'Pop' to be in the right, and Team SASG with no say in the matter. Sapphire believing the opposite, with Gren and Abel caught in the middle. It'd give Sapphire an easy excuse to trounce Shiro and cause a definite divisive rift to appear within the team dynamic.
