Location and notes on star mark: On the back of her neck, four-pointed, as big as the palm of her hand.
Star power: Reverse telepathy. She can implant thoughts, suggestions, or information in people's heads. Direct communication with words is harder, but she can do that too. The power is not limited by distance, but she must be able to picture the person's face in her mind. Distance also makes it harder to implant actual words, but so far she hasn't found a hard limit.

Personality: Very quiet and composed, often with a contemplative look on her face. A people-watcher. Quiet by nature, but not shy. Is steadfast in her opinions and worldview; it can be hard to change her mind unless you know just how to talk to her. Has extremely strong morals, which include not using her power for petty reasons.
Biography: Stergann grew up in Houston, Texas. Her powers emerged late, when she was fifteen. She joined the organization almost right away. Her parents had wanted her to stay at home with them, but Stergann was afraid of what she might do to them and to others she knew. She didn't want to keep them eternally guessing about whether their thoughts were their own or whether Stergann had influenced them. Of course, her powers could still take effect from all the way over in New York, but the fact that she'd be surrounded by people who could help her get a grasp on her powers was kind of reassuring. Her parents respected her decision.
She spent the next few years with the organization before "graduating" to a staff role. She was glad to accept a position as a teacher, since it provided her with the opportunity to use her power to help others. Nowadays she teaches math at the headquarters to the Uncorrupted. Her late entrance into the organization meant that she had a chance to have a solid education beforehand, since she wasn't subjected to the erratic always-interrupted-by-missions schedule that students follow here. She still lives at HQ, since that's all she really knows of New York, and it makes it easier anyway with the weird schedule. It also makes it easier for her to answer questions and help out those who need a little more explaining. The main challenge she encounters in her job is that she can give her students explanations and formulas, but she can't make them get it. And she certainly can't read their minds to figure out what part they don't understand.
Trivia:
- Likes to eat fish, apples, and spaghetti. Dislikes most cheeses.
- Likes mentoring the students. Hates grading assignments. (aka she's a normal teacher?)
- Still has a good relationship with her parents, but they've only visited once since she moved to New York, and she hasn't been back to Houston.
- Isn't a great cook, but mentors the students' cooking club. They needed a staff mentor, and she needed an excuse to spend time with students outside the classroom, so there you have it.

MI6, the world renown British Intelligence Agency makes its home in London, and maintains a rigorous quality of top of the line agents ready for any task, prepared to do anything for The Crown and the peoples of the UK. MI6 has been following the development of the Stars from one of the first major incidents, and have been very quiet about it. MI6 is particularly interested in the military applications of such stars, and recommended the Americans at Nova Infinitum to try out their idea of the Ursa program. After a few years of their training, closely watched by MI6, they decided to attempt to make Star-Soldiers of their own, top of the line secret agents who would be the deadliest fighting force on the planet. They selected a Star among them, one Alex Masters, to head the project, called Project Astral.

Project Astral is for the explicit purpose of the training and development of Stars into effectively weapons, whether this means corruption or otherwise. They have just under one hundred people currently in training, which no one has completed. Their oldest trainee is currently 17.

Appearance:

Alex is rarely ever spotted when not wearing his characteristic white suit- or riot gear. Alex always has a smug “I’m better than you’ smile of his face, showing off his pearly white teeth. He has an immaculate blond head of hair, accentuating his pale blue eyes. His eye have a quality that are almost inviting, yet at the same time cruelly cynical if you look too deep. He typically has his hands tucked into his pockets, while his eyes flit around as though bored. His skin is white and lightly tanned, it is as perfect as the rest of his appearance, without a blemish or mark to speak of. His muscles are well-toned, all covered nicely by his white suit.
Sometimes, if one makes him angry, they’ll catch him clenching and unclenching his fists rapidly. He never seems to sweat, even when under great strain, but the effort will certainly shine through on his face. When upset or sad, his smile will turn into only the slightest frown, as though disappointed.
Location and notes on star mark:
Alex’s star is in the center of his palm, it is large and white, four pointed, and is large enough to almost take up the entirety of his palm. When he uses his power his star starts to glow.
Star Power:
Memory Transferral- Alex’s unique ability is that of being able to obtain and give out memories. By placing his hand on the head of someone else, he can begin picking through their memories, and he can copy ones he chooses into his head. If it is a mere snippet of information, like a name or a face, this can be done instantly. For more expansive knowledge, such as how to drive a car or how to fight at a basic level can take an hour. Copying someone’s mastery of a skill into his own head would take twenty four hours of continuous contact.
Additionally, this power allows Alex to copy his own memories, or memories he’s taken, into the heads of others. He can impart his knowledge of martial arts or firearms training onto anyone, provided he maintains contact with their head.

Personality:
Alex is a leader. He has a magnetic personality that somehow draws people in, with lots of charisma and a charming smile to top it all off. He’s all smiles, most of the time, and fundamentally understands how people work. He’s very good at social dynamics and knows how to play off them to his disadvantage. Very rarely does he find someone who dislikes him, but that’s usually only people who are as smart or smarter than he is- who are few and far between. He’s very good at persuasion and diplomacy, and when the situation calls for it, intimidation. In a sense he is very minimalist and likes exerting the smallest amount of effort to get something done, but done right all the same. Equally this doesn’t mean that he doesn’t have a sense of style. Often times he’s made full grown bikers back off with a single well placed quip.
He’s a wily man, and has been called a “weasley bastard” more than once by his enemies. He is secretive when he feels it will help him gain an advantage, and is extremely good at being a secret agent. He can talk his way out of- or into- virtually any situation he likes.
Biography:
Born in London to two altogether average parents, he wasn’t exactly your average child. He had his star power as soon as he was born- and used it to great effect. He was already a fantastic speak with incredible vocabulary by the time he was only one- He’d accidentally taken a massive knowledge of the english language from his mother and father. He began being jokingly referred to as the ‘prodigal son’. This began shaping up to be more true than false. They enrolled him into kindergarten at age two. He quickly proved far too intelligent for it, and has skipped into the fourth grade by the time he was five. He skipped several grades over his educational career, finishing high school at thirteen. Unbeknownst to virtually everyone, this wasn’t because of an inherent intelligence- it was due to his Star. His power let him attian all the knowledge he’d need to pass any sort of test thrown at him. After graduating, most colleges refused to accept a boy who was only thirteen, and in these years waiting to become of age for college, he began thinking about what sort of career he’d enjoy. At number one on his list was a career in the British Intelligence Agency, MI6. He did a respectable amount of research and attempted to train himself via internet videos, learning the ways of firearms and martial arts to make for an easier acceptance- When that failed his went to local martial artists and literally paid them to allow him to lay his hand on their heads for many, many hours at a time. By the time he was sixteen he was a veritable swiss army knife of knowledge and had enough fighting skill to put a Navy SEAL on his ass.
At eighteen, he decided that college was ‘below’ him, and he immediately joined MI6. He passed all the tests with flying colors and quickly rose in the ranks. He was personally responsible for MI6’s recognition of Stars and formulated the idea for the Ursa program. After the program was declared a success, he volunteered to lead MI6’s version, Project Astral. he spearheaded the project with his new codename, Atlas, and has been leading it ever since.
Trivia:
-Has a bad habit of smoking. He didn’t pick his up personally, but he accidentally took on one too many memories of smoking and how it feels, becoming addicted.
