After the housekeeper had given her say about the matter and the others had finally quieted down, Kyo let out a breath in relief. What would have been a sigh for anyone else passed silently from his lips as little more than a quick release of air before he went to fill up his plate. Just a few of the lighter breakfast items: Toast, milk, a couple of other small things. He avoided the bacon, however, having never been able to get used to the stuff. It was one of the few things he actually avoided consciously when he ate, though he wouldn't dare if it was placed directly in front of him. It just felt weird.

When he returned to his place at the table, he ate a little slowly, as was habit for him. He didn't want to take too long, but he didn't want to be unable to enjoy the flavor of the food; it was one of the things he very much enjoyed here, especially after the dishes his aunt had prepared.

Although, even that was better than what came after. He thought he had lost all sense of taste.

He hadn't paid too much attention to the others at the table during the meal, and continued to space out even as he carried his dishes to the kitchen once he had finished.

Aaron saw that the girl, he had not been properly introduced, was mainly talking Mystique, and he mainly waited for Mystique's reply. He waited for her reply, and it was to Aaron satisfaction. Aaron only did a simple, slight smile.

As the two of them walked away, Aaron said, quiet enough to only be heard by Bironica's ears, "Thank you. It would be nice if everything around here could remain light."

Then he said to Mystique, "I think I heard the Housekeeper say something about a gym. I suppose that's a place to start.

"Then it would be best if we got going to the gym. Let's go there. "Mystique spoke to Aaron.

Katherin knew something had happened but she couldn't tell what. She smiled when she felt Brigit place a fork in her hand. "What are we having?"She asked before she remembered that her friend couldn't speak. "We need to get you a device like you had yesterday. When the meal is done guide me to the housekeeper and I will make the request for you. It will be very hard for us to communicate without something like that device you had yesterday."

Jacob had completely forgotten to eat and started now. He finished quicklky and let out a sigh. It had been so good... It was a bit sad that he was already done. "W-we should get to the gym... That's where she said we were going to go..." he said to Josive and Leera. He was a bit worried that they were going to have the self defence class that the housekeeper had earlier spoken of...

Brigit savored each bite as if given by god himself. Chewing slowly and taking in the flavor as Katherin spoke to break the silence. She patted on the ice girl's back to give her consent. She watched as the shy guy from yesterday walked in and had breakfast in front of them, apparently lost in his thought. Brigit just smiled at this scene as she enjoyed her morsels while watching over Katherin to see if she was eating as well. Having made a friend for perhaps the first time in her life, it could be said that Brigit was a bit possessive of her.

She saw that Katherin ate at a pace similar to her. It wasn't difficult to say that she looked rather beautiful as she chewed on her food. Deep crimson hair and a sculpted face with high cheekbones, Katherin was no less than a movie star. Brigit had seen posters on the road featuring heroines with features as good as hers, so she felt a little proud that he had made a friend who looked this good. A little blush formed on her bridge as she checked her train of thought and continued chewing slowly before finishing the meal.

She waited for Katherin to finish before picking her plate as well and taking it back to the kitchen. Cleaning them both with a little cleaning liquid and scrub to wipe clean any remnants. Patting it against on the orange prison dress she wore from yesterday, she took Katherin's hand and followed the shy guy from before to the gym.

Max loved hanging out in the Gym when the other kids weren't looking it was kind of his happy place. Of course when he had to go to class he would but sometimes he would skip class or skip lunch just to be alone. Writing or Skateboarding while listening to his music in this Gym was kind of his state of Zen or how he would cope with the troubles with the world. He liked it.

Jack was on his way to the orphanage,because he knew that he wouldn't be able to bring any harm to his friends there,a week ago,jack was trying to get better at using his powers but eventually,a blast of darkness ricocheted and hit Sarah in the arm,after this he remembered the incident where"he"ripped an attacker to pieces without knowing.today he is on the doorstep of the supernatural orphanage,remember the note he left his friend

The housekeeper looked around. Most of the kids were heading to the gym. Those that knew the way leading the new arrival. She sighed when she heard the door. She open the door to see a boy there. "Follow the others."

Jack followed the others to a gym,he assumed he was expected to show his power,some he would regret(I was reading through the first pages and I still am)

As soon as he approached, Kyo looked back to the others behind him to notice the two girls from the day before not too far away. Slowing down his pace a bit further, he waited for them to get closer so perhaps he could walk with them, nodding a greeting as he fell into step with them.

"Good morning. I hope you slept well."

Jack prayed to god he wouldn't have to show his powers,the last time he did,he accidentally shot his friends,literally missing her heart by an inch

Max saw the others headed towards the gym door and didn't know what to do, he froze. Suddenly and unexpectedly his skin turned diamond again. He started to panic. "Oh no no no no, what do I do? They are gonna be here any second!"

Jack saw something he never expected to see,I statue made of diamonds...he at first didn't realize that it was a person,"how the heck would anyone afford a statue made of diamonds??"he said this to himself but loud enough for the boy(max)to hear

Max heard what Jack said about a statue made of diamonds and started looking around and then looked at himself and realized he was talking about him. Max still didn't move however, what was he to say? He had no idea, so he just stood still. Scared and nervous.

After a moment jack noticed that the statue had flinched,"oh sorry I had no idea you were a person,did I scare you or something?"

Max stops and looks at Jack and then awkwardly rubs neck and says "Yeah I guess I just wasn't expecting anyone to come....he he"

I seen stranger things,and if I have to show my power,you will to.jack then raises a hand and a mass of shadows apears

Max stares at the shadow in major interest. "Oooh that's really cool!

Jack then molds the shadow into a small sword,"yes,my powers are quite amazing,"jack then expels the shadowy blade with a grim look"but they are also much more dangerous,a week ago I was with a friend,I tried to fire a blast of shadow at a target but I missed And hit my friend,missing her heart literally by less than inch.That why I'm here...because here I can't hurt my friends or anyone I care about,"with that,jack took a seat by the diamond manipulator"I just hope that if I'm to show others my power,I won't hurt anybody"
