Starting is probably best after the timeskip. That said, Cuccoruler has a point as to where one should post first and there is indeed a slight missing of reading the rules... that seems to get people every. single. time.
Personally, I would like a good amount more information before I could really like it. What are the Draki? That is extremely under-represented and mentioned only once as being "dragon". Some lore on that as well as the world your character actually came from would be nice, because there isn't really much detail. Up to Cuccoruler as to the power of the Hypnosis ability; I would think that with the level of some characters in the RP they would be immune, but full effectiveness on NPC's doesn't sound too out there.
