The RP went hollow. :(
Indeed. That's my bad unfortunately. These last few months haven't been too great for me. A while back my work offered me a contract to work 3 full days a week. I work in a primary school as an education aid, and before I was offered the contract I was only a member of the relief staff. Basically I was just one of the many people they called in to replace a member of the regular staff when they were away.
I was pretty excited about being contracted, but it turned out to be quite a lot of work. I wasn't just someone who showed up and went with whatever the other, usual staff members asked me to do; I WAS one of them now. I had to manage classroom resources, create education plans for students, help with assessments and attend long meetings with the rest of the staff about the school. Basically the works. On top of this I was also at university full time with a bunch of assignment deadlines to meet on top of the tasks I'd been set for work. It was all very stressful and I really didn't think it through when I assumed I'd be okay to survive university, work, have a social life AND have time for all my hobbies. I just thought "Oh, lot's of people do it. I can handle it". Apparently I can't.
It just so happens that I've decided to change my degree, so I won't be at university for the rest of the year. With this stress off my plate, all I really have to worry about is work and I was hoping to come back into roleplaying slowly. I am very sorry that I left without saying anything, and that I let this roleplay died. I was genuinely excited for it and it seemed like everyone else was as well. I'm also sorry that I never got a chance to join Indian's roleplay, which I was also interested in at the time.
Anyway, I guess I'm back. I won't be reviving this, since I don't really feel confident in trying to run a roleplay at the moment. I might just sit back for a bit. Maybe join something not too committal. I hope you're all doing well.
