After reading through a few of the CS's again, I feel suddenly compelled to give Alistair and Vail pictures and quotes. I love that sort of thing. Why have I not done that yet?

Another player can take the alch-specs that you gave your NPC. Bear in mind tho that banned alch-specs will remained banned even for NPCs.

@Ryver et Rhine This is why I asked for the differentiation between banned and reserved. ^.~

By the way, anyone can play an NPC, right? So we need to be thorough in their personality description, so they don't get messed up? Or will it be determined by popular opinion?

I'd still prefer that you guys run the NPCs by us first instead of just throwing them into the IC. Please send us a PM with a rough sketch and we'll let you know.

This remains unspoken, but we'd appreciate you don't take your NPC's alch-specs off the GM/Co-GM reserve list nor the active players' list. This is allow players to maintain the integrity of their character concept.

I added a bit or two to each of Maeve and Kiara's histories, things that would be generally well known.

I also stole @Bakugou's approach to the history secrets. Because she(?) has wonderful ideas that I shamelessly steal.

Maeve will kiss Elliot at somepoint in Reparations.
