Personality: Quiet, keeps to himself unless he needs to speak up. Yasuhiro doesn't really have much of a need to speak unless spoken to, especially with strangers. When it comes to people he knows, he tends to be to the point and realistic. Although he is hopeful in spirit, down to earth he's serious and straightforward. He has a soft spot for those who have been in the same positions as him- The weak, needy, those who can't protect themselves- Though he won't go out of his way to do anything about this.

In combat he is focused and calm. He knows how to handle himself in a fight and can take a bit of pain before he goes 'crying home to mommy'. He's an upfront kind of mage who isn't afraid to fight, which obviously has its advantages and disadvantages.

History: Born of a prostitute and a mage who forgot to wear any real protection, Yasuhiro was originally nothing more then a normal Human boy. His father, who before this point had been rather selfish in his own right, typical for a mage, released a soft spot for his child. He felt bad for the boy, and realized that one day he would have to pass his lineage on and he had yet to find a suitable candidate. Realizing he had little choice, he grafted his crest onto the child and gave up his things to the woman- In return, the three lived in a rather small apartment as his father distanced himself from the magical community.

When he was rather young, his father suffered a tragic accident. Though the details are not clear, they involved some sort of car accident. Yasuhiro and his mother were not there at the time. Since he was young at the time, he really didn't understand, and most of the tools, trinkets, and general items that his father had made or found were pawned off to buy his mother drugs. Only a few of his treasures, notably old tombs, books and a few rare magical artifacts that didn't look like they would sell for much actually survived.

Yasuhiro himself grew up on the rather poor side of town, due to his upbringing, and as so he always dwelled into finding himself on the wrong side of the tracks, so to speak. A thug, who fought and stole. Someone who smuggled drugs if it meant making some money to put food on the table for he and his mother. A 'bad' kid with good intentions.

On the side, of course, he always had a latent interest in magic and his father's work, since he knew so little about him. It was through his texts and books, over years of studying, that he eventually learned of a mage war with a great prize at the end. He knew using his own dirty tactics and fighting styles he could win it. His only goal? To create a better future for himself and his mother.

Bonus:

Street Smart - Kagome is pretty street smart. He knows how to do advanced street fighting and he's not afraid to fight dirty. In addition to this, his street smarts has him hooked up to whatever contacts he could need- If needs something done, he can probably find a guy to do it for him dirt cheap.

Magical Thug - Knows how to use magic as well as his 'street smarts' to set up traps, ambushes, hide, and track down magical barriers and zones. He's naturally talented in his prana pool, so with enough time he can set up massive danger fields.

Basic Familiars - He knows a little bit about familiar magic and can make nonspeaking animal like familiars. Its a very basic skill and requires a lot of work on his end.
