I think you only really missed Morgan almost getting run over by Retsu and also tripping Retsu's motorbike which was going at 40km/h just with one foot

Not only does she violate da rules by riding on the back of a bike (two people sitting on the same bike is a violation~), but she also ignores the fact that her partner was going above safe speeds in an area with pedestrians (school campus and all~), shows no concern for the person they almost ran over, and gives no craps about the fact that Retsu just tore Morgan’s shirt off (damaging personal property is sorta a thing?).

Morgan sticking around in the bushes of the building IS pretty fucking awkward though, so I’ll give her that.

But still, scumbag president confirmed. :3
