@Singemeister: You could play up the alienness with eating raw meat rather than human flesh. :P But, if no one else has any issues, I'm fine with it. Like I said, I was primarily worried about character interaction, and it seems like that won't be as much of a problem as it seemed, so I'm good. Sorry if I came across as offensive.

Dominion over Cats (Due to cats being the servants of his father, he is able to communicate with them and command them... That being said, some cats are jerks and won't )
Ender of the World (An unforseeable aspect of Kebechet's lineage is that... Well, he is destined to end the world... Not any time soon, so don't worry, but it is said that after the world has performed its last cycle, a being "Born born from living and unliving" will achieve their true god form and will dissolve the world at the orders of Atum, the only ones that are to survive are Atum and Osiris, who will slumber until they are ready to begin again.)
Transform (Can transform into his Demi-God form.)

Magic Powers: (Being the son of a god, he has a natural affinity for the mystic artes, this is a list of his current Magic powers)

Levitation (Not exactly flight, he can float, but not at any great speeds, he floats at the same speed he walks or runs.)
Fireball/Thunderbolt (Can summon these from his hands to hurl at his opponents.)
Defensive Ankh's (Can create a magic Ankh that acts like a shield.)
Communication with the dead (He can communicate with the dead, and even recall the last things they saw.)

Limits/Weaknesses:

Average pain tolerance
Limitless potential does not equal limitless experience (He only has limited experience in fighting, also, due to his lack of experience and young age, he is unable to cast magic unless he has his equipment... Well, he can cast it, it just usually backfires, last time he tried to fire-ball without his gauntlets, he lost his eyebrows.)
Useless without his artifacts (Most of his powers are used to better help him to control his magic, without them, his powers run rampant.)

Equipment:

Gauntlets of Anibus (Magic gauntlets that allow him to channel his powers through his hands.)
Staff of Osiris (A staff said to have been made from the souls of the dead, it allows him to better channel his netherworldly magic)
Blessed Circlet of Atum (Bound to him, it is what allows him to communicate with the old gods. It also keeps the World Ender from being used.)

History: After the fall of the Eqyptian Empire, their gods fell into the realm of legend... And when this happened, people stopped believing in them. When mortals stop believing in a god, then they are sent into a slumber, they wait for the time that belief comes back to them. Anubis slept for over 2500 years before his slumber was interrupted by... Unusual circumstances... Katherine Kruger from Edinburgh was a very controversial archaeologist, who's main goal was to find the ancient gods... And have sex with them... She claimed it was for research purposes, but in reality, she had read far too much romance fiction. Upon finding the temple of Anubis, she found ancient scriptures that talked about him, for a moment, she actually, truly believed him to be real, and in that second, Anubis was brought back from his slumber. And... What can I say? Morning wood's a bitch.

After their romp, Anubis told her that she was now with child, and that he would return to her on his 16th birthday. Naturally, she was annoyed at him for being a deadbeat dad, but raised his son nonetheless. Kebechet grew up a standard childhood, growing up reading Superhero comics, and playing a lot of video games, a little more rebellious in school than he should have been. His father returned as he said he would... Every year, when he had blown out his birthday candles, he had wished for his father... This year, he got his wish, as his father appeared to him. Telling him of his duty as a Demi-God. Upon this news, his father started to train him to use his power as he should. Naturally, he got the crazy idea that he could be a hero like Superman or Thor.

Naturally, his first excursion out to stop a robbery ended... In disaster as he transformed into a horrible creature that managed to destroy a little more of Edinburgh than he meant to. His father then told him of the prophecy, that said that he would be the one to end the world, and that the creature he had accidentally transformed into was the world ender. He then gave him three mystic artifacts to stop that happening again. A pair of Gauntlets, a circlet and a staff.

@Matt: I'm going to have to say no. That is way above the power threshold here, sorry.

Ummm... What do you mean? My character is less powerful than a number of people here, including your characters. He's difficult to damage, yes, but again, he has an average persons pain threshold, so someone punching him in the face feels just as painful to him as it would to you.

In fact, i was aiming for the same power-catagory as Lizard Man from the front page. He throws fire-balls like the Wicked Witch of the West, and defends himself with Ankh's like Doctor Fate. And the "Ender of the World" thing is there as somewhere for his power to progress to. Naturally, i'm not going to be busting him out for every fight, honestly, i thought he could work as maybe a boss at somepoint. I mean, as I point out with all RP's like this, what can I do? I can godmode, but then I get kicked out... What purpose does that serve?

Wait... I think I see what you were referring to. No, his demi-god form isn't a power boost, it's a purely cosmetic change. Hell, out of all of his powers, only 3 are actually applicable in battle... I'm willing to tone him down a little if you want.

Sensing Good and Evil (By placing his hand on someones chest, he can weigh their heart and see if they are good or evil.)
Shackles of the Underworld (Calls up shackles from the underworld to bind his opponents, can be avoided.)

The second is majorly OP and the first one is just confusing. How do you define good? I mean my character has killed men in war does that make him evil? Those men were fighting for the same reason he was so they weren't necessarily bad. Plus what use would that power have? If a villain wanted to kill you and you tried to kali-ma his heart he would probably just stab you when you got close.

Alright, i'll remove the Shackles.

And as for sensing good and evil, simple, he sees if your heart weighs more than a feather... It was Anubis' thing. He would meet you at the gates of the underworld and weigh your heart against a feather, if it weighed the same, you were allowed to pass, if it weighed more, then he would eat it...

I'm just trying to fit in with the lore i'm using. So, instead of ripping out your heart, he simply puts his hand on your chest to see if it weighs more than that feather.

1. He's the chosen one of a prophecy that states he will end the world. That is a pretty heavy Sue trait to have, even if the other parts of the character balance out, and it's kind of hard to swallow.
2. He essentially has nine powers at his disposal. (I included the communicating with old gods thing and excluded the transformation) That's far above what any character has.
3. You specifically mention that he has limitless potential.
4. The sensing good and evil thing would preemptively end any attempt at stealth by a villain, as no one would be allowed to join the team or be on the grounds without first going through the background checker.

1) Hellboy was supposed to end the world, and in place of a massive freakin gun, my guy can huck fireballs. My guy was inspired by Hellboy. If it makes you feel better, would you prefer he had a Samaritan instead of his Magic?
2) The "Communicating with the Gods" Thing is purely for dialogue purposes, it's essentially for him to be able to talk with his father at some points. Like a Mobile Phone for deities. Unfortunately, Anubis never heard about how the future was Orange... And his "Ender of the World" Thing, i did say, that he hasn't got access to it at the moment, nor do I plan for him to gain access to it in the near future, it's something that can loom over him until end-game. It's just a little backstory.
3) Yes, Limitless Potential... So does every other character here. And I specifically put "Limitless Potential does not equal Limitless Experience" Because... Well, he has the potential to grow up to be a god... But he hasn't grown up yet, so he is still just Ab-Mortal, rather than Immortal.
4) Alright, that was just a little something to tie him more closely to the whole Anubis thing, but that can go easy.

Should memory of my Ancient Egyptian serve the Scales of Anubis could be faked. If the soul uttered a spell from the Book of Going Forth by Day or the Book of the Dead one could force the scales not to tell the truth. So the power could be limited and or a bit faulty.

Because the Egyptian Gods don't work that way... And anyway, i did explain that in order for gods to awaken, then Mortals have to believe in them. Anubis is only up and about because Kebechet's mum did the horizontal monster mash with him. Part of his character development would be him hating the other gods, because he would regularly return home to find one porking his mum.

Maybe having that awkward day out as he went to the zoo with his Mum and Quetzalcoatl...
