NOTE: Because of changes in setting, assume that the Burgundies are French-Elian, instead of French-American as originally intended. Also, assume that Clarisse has another intention of breaking the barrier to finally establish relations between Lavanya and the Outside World, aside from making magic available for all.
Lucilla Burgundy
Nicknames: Lucy the Devastator (official self-given title), Idiot, Moron, and any other pejorative terms for intellectually challenged individuals
Age: 23
Species: Human, Part-Demon (Contrary to common belief, Lucilla is not weak to holy spells, as her nature of magic remains to be arcane. The demon influence is the manner in which they are delivered.)
Gender: Female
Height: 6'5" (hella tall)
Weight: 147 lbs.
(previously though to be over billions of solar masses packed in extreme density greater than a black hole)Hair Color: Red
Eye Color: Red
Skin Color: Caucasian
Figure: Lean and healthy, but becomes noticeably emaciated at high levels of EoM.
Job: Housewife, married to non-RP'd man. Previously Clarisse's test subject.
Powers: - Escalation to Madness: All of Lucilla's abilities start off weak, quite comparable to the power of an Athalian First Year. However, for every instance of damage inflicted or taken, they will altogether add up and increase the potency of her attacks. Given enough points in the meter, Escalation to Madness can reach certain thresholds:
1. Warmonger: If the EoM units reach 15, Lucilla unlocks a few abilities, in addition to significant improvements to her existing ones. She may still have not matched yet the power of wizards her age, but she can already be decently formidable at this point. Her magic reservoir begins to regenerate faster with more points.
2. Carnage: At 50 units, this marks the point where all her abilities have become available, and has matched the power of most others her age. Rapid healing also begins here, intensifying further until she has reached Pandemonium. Visual changes take place, such as a red firelike aura of energy swirling around her, nails deforming into claws and eyes glowing bright red, which reverses as her EoM decays.
3. Pandemonium: When the EoM measures 200, Lucilla's abilities become full-blown, showing her power at its greatest extent. Her agility is greatly heightened at this stage. Healing is so rapid that a big gash can fully patch up in a dozen seconds, but there are some viable choices to kill her, such as decapitation, blood loss from limb loss without reattachment, extreme heart/brain trauma (e.g. crushing), soul reaping, grinding and incineration into lava. Receiving damage does not add up anymore to the EoM, but attacking gives double points. EoM decays at double rate also. At this point, mental side effects on Lucilla become noticeable, such as some hints of animalistic behavior, uncontrollable rage, and more focus on melee rather than ranged attacks. Pandemonium is thought to be the final threshold, although theoretically according to her sister's research, three possibilities for the future of Lucilla's powers exist: either the older she grows the more milestones and abilities will be added with more effects, there are already further thresholds but they have not yet been reached, or she will gain more abilities instead of thresholds.
Escalation works when a target is living; merely hitting wood or rocks don't work. However, any physical materialization of magic also contributes to her EoM, so protective barriers, hittable projectiles and the like feeds her abilities. Lucilla can also manually escalate herself up to 30 in desperate measures, but using her natural method saves more energy and is therefore much more effective.
For every minute, the EoM decays by 10 points.

WeaknessesYou Dense Motherfucker - Enough said.
Arrogant - Self-explanatory. Frequently underestimates opponents, even if they are stronger than her Pandemonium phase.
Weak Start - Lucilla's abilities start off pretty weak, despite that given enough progression she can easily surpass most opponents her age. Although this makes the opponent prone to underestimation, actually defeating her in her early stages proves to be an effective tactic.
Ineffective vs. Agile Opponents - Lucilla works best on against foes that tank a lot because they are technically getting hit also, but she can't deal really well against speedy people.
Straightforward - Lucilla frequently fights without planning herself (although she may follow plans from others).
Demonic Influence - At some occasions, Lucilla will act up due to the influence of demonic energies. For the most part, these are merely twitches and tics, but cases have occurred where she has acted odd, even for an already eccentric person.
PersonalityOften regarded as the polar opposite of her sister who is a genius by effort, Lucilla can be described as an abominable, writhing mass of ignorance and idiocy. With only knowledge of elementary mathematics, a disturbing lack of common sense, and the classic childish attitude to go along, it's no wonder this contrast has been made.
Yet Lucilla, in fact, still has some traits comparable with Clarisse. Aside from obviously being magical redheads, she is known to have some mad tendencies, like her mad scientist sibling (although Lucilla is much more obvious, especially during battle where she gets REALLY fired up). They have some sense of superiority, believing themselves to be high and mighty, but Clarisse is more because of a sense of idealism while Lucilla is just plain old arrogance.
BackgroundLike Clarisse, Lucilla lived a plain old life as a delinquent until after her elder sister discovered her powers in the midst of an attempted abduction. Of course, when Clarisse bragged about this to her, Lucilla wondered if she could do the same. And of course, she could. It wasn't until she was 15, however, when Lucilla's power became what it is known today. When she volunteered for Clarisse's experiments on demonology, a mishap thanks to her moronic antics corrupted a part of her being and drastically altered her magic. Initially, it was thought that her power was weakened, but experiments involving Clarisse's shields and animal subjects proved otherwise.
Despite how it seems when she was being used as a lab rat, the siblings grew to be the closest of friends. Unfortunately, however, Clarisse disappeared just as she was about to enroll in Athalia before the last year of her high school education. A few days later after the incident, posters depicting Clarisse as a wanted terrorist for attempting to demolish the barrier suddenly sprang up all over the place, and Lucilla knew that at this point chances were unlikely that she'll see her again. (Until today, Clarisse remains to be at large.)
After the destruction of Athalia, Lucilla left for Oasari to live in the countryside a few months later, and marry to a rather unspecial man four years later. Coincidentally, Maria was there, but it wasn't until recently that she learned of her presence.
