I figured it out. It'd be easier to discern with some punctuation, but... basically the narrative is saying 'early birds' and 'Slacker Sals'. I've never heard of a Slacker Sal, but... in any case, it's Superman talking to whoever is there.

Name: Tyler Wentz

Alias: Hollow

Gender: Male

Age: 17

Parents: The Illegitimate son of Doctor Strange.

Powers: Undead healing factor. (technically he's dead so killing him only sends him back to the place where the spirit of Halloween exists. That being said he can still be killed fairly easily like any normal person...he just comes back after 24 hours.)

Halloween type magic: The power to summon and control a dark green spectral fire. (so far he can only make balls of it which he can throw)

The ability to create Jack-O-Lanterns that explode.

Can summon different weapons from horror movies at will and use them, Jason's machete...Freddie's claws etc. (only one at a time and it drains his powers heavily.)

The ability to see and talk to Ghosts.

Bio: Tyler Wentz was a completely normal Teenager living in gotham...well...not completely normal...Tyler was an anarchist. He loved causing mayhem by making bombs and spray-painting throughout the city and all in all he was kind of a loser. It was on a dark night in Gotham that his fate would be changed forever...while spray-painting a billboard, Tyler spotted a woman in a flowing dark green cloak walking down the street and out of pure curiosity decided to follow her. He continued following her on rooftops until she opened a portal in an alley and stepped inside...it was here that Tyler made the choice that would change his life forever...and without a second thought he followed the strange woman into the swirling orange portal. Once he came out the other side and looked around he realized he was standing in a massive graveyard with a hazy dark green sky and gravestones with massive skeletal hands sticking out of them were as far as the eye could see. He saw the woman in the distance and continued to follow her until she came to a massive Jack-O-Lantern with a dark green fire Glowing deep within. Tyler watched her from behind a gravestone as she spoke words in a language he did not recognize...then she cursed loudly and said in perfect english, "This is one of the powers that hinders me...it must be sealed away." and then she said something that chilled Tyler to the core, "Did you really think you could hide from me?" Tyler went to run but some unseen force grabbed around his throat and levitated him over to the woman. "You are either very brave...or very stupid to have followed me here boy." Tyler ever the joker said, "Probably a healthy mixture of both..." The woman suspended him above the Jack-O-Lantern on the massive headstone behind it and proceeded to crucify him there, Tyler's screams were heard by no one and with one swift movement she tore out his heart and everything went black. The woman used his heart as a blood sacrifice to seal away the spirit of Halloween forever...but little did she know the spirit of Halloween was much more creative the her and instead slowly over six months in our worlds time fed all his powers and spirit into the boy and after six months Tyler awakened anew...with dangerous powers and a new friend in his head he would come to call H. Tyler was now bonded to the graveyard of Halloween forever and could only visit the normal world until his powers needed to recharge.

Appearance: Tyler was a blonde haired blue eyed teen who looked a bit elvish in the face...after his resurrection his once bright blue eyes now glow a sickly green. His skin is grayed and his veins and blood are black along with his fingernails and toenails. He wears a black scarecrow hat and dark jeans, along with a black t-shirt and slightly torn leather Jacket.
