In all honesty, with so many of the original people gone it may be a good idea for a reboot. Just an idea, I understand if no one wants to lose their progress or work.

0h goodness I forgot about this RP! Sorry for the leave of absence everyone, i got into the trap that is real life and lost track of this. But, im still here

I think it can be safely said that people that haven't posted in a month don't exist anymore, and we can work forward from that.

Based upon that, the questions that come to mind are:
- What should be done if the players were doing inter-species communication?
- What should be the plan for if the players come back?
- Should the eclipse that happens to be happening relate to it for an IC event?

Greetings! I just stumbled on this RP and it looks quite interesting. However, I fear that the greatness of the already settled content may eventually kill me off while I study it. I am already writing my nation, but I must admit I am quite confused on from where should I start.
May I have some help :) ?

I would also like to know this, as I am currently in communication with one of those that would then be removed and the hounds are learning from them.

They would cease to exist, yes.

That idea is perfectly fine with me, as long as everyone else who was here before is fine with it. But considering that a few people are still here, it may be more trouble than it's worth.

The already settled content is more or less of no consequence to a new nation, since we're all so far apart that many people won't meet for a long time. Do you mean where should you start literally on the map, or where should you start in terms of posting IC?

1: That communication is ret-conned, it is considered to have never started and you'll have to do an alternative storyline.
2: They can start again with a new race, or continue their old race, but if they do continue the old race they'll have to make up a story explaining what their race did in the meantime.
3: That feels like magic and fantasy, and therefore I'm against that.

I'll get around to updating the map (unless someone feels like being a dear and doing it for me) but more or less choose anywhere that isn't in the territory labeled Cindorayi, Platta, Arsuron or Ashen Hounds. And maybe give the Herenthor the benefit of the doubt.

Also, someone should probably be on the island with Lauder just so he has someone to interact with.

Kindly say restart or no restart in your replies to this message if you feel strongly one way or the other.

No restart. I'd rather figure out a way to get around my interactions with the Soruli and create a new storyline for what was done. I think I already have a plan made up for it, actually. Shame losing the tech that the Soruli would have provided though.

Before you update the map, let me send you an update on what my plan is and if you find it acceptable. <3

If we restart, i'll almost certainly scrap the Arsuron and try something else, but i'm neutral either way

This is just a thought, but you both could try makeing colonies, or something similar, that break away from the main group and start doing their own thing. This way you can keep going, but still be able to work on the interaction if the other person deicides to come back.

Well, I am no longer waiting for that as the Soruli are no longer a part of the RP. I am currently awaiting the greenlight from Mihndar for what I intend to do to make up for the time lost and to continue the Ashen's story. I have a plan. And it's gonna be good. :3
