Name: Koizumi Mizuki aka Sailor Moon
Universe: Sailor Moon
Canon or OC: OC

Appearance:

Age: 24
Personality: Typically, Koizumi Mizuki is a seemingly happy and bubbly woman, who tries her best to keep a professional vibe about her. The keyword being seemingly, as she does hold pent-up bitterness that she has grown up and is no longer the Sailor Soldier she once was, and that her Team didn't get the winning blow. She tends to act distant whenever around magical girls that weren't part of her team, or if someone who wasn't a part of the team brings up the subject. She is rather protective and nurturing to those who she gets assigned to watch over and guide. Mizuki is especially enthusiastic about Karaoke Bars, constantly offering to take her work peers to them. She is also a sucker for media with a heavy focus on romance.

Abilities:
Office Networking - Mizuki has practiced the art of socializing with her peers in the work-force (ie. her faction) and generally knows how to easily contact them and what favors need to be exchanged among them for services.
Choreography - Any reputable (ex)Magical Girl knows how to properly dance in various manners, especially when the dance choreography is involved before a battle.

Moon Prism Power, Make Up! - This vocalized command allows Koizumi to transform into Sailor Moon, the Soldier of Love and Justice, which brings forth a costume change of consisting of a white and blue sailor fuku uniform, white and reddish-pink gloves, reddish-pink boots and crescent-moon earrings, red hairpieces, white barrets alongside producing her wand. This transformation allows her to access to her magical powers, and strengthens her physique.
*Sailor Moon Kick - While in her Sailor form, this high-leg kick is essentially an enhanced strength kick.
*Moon Twilight Flash - By reflecting light off a gem on her Sailor-form Tiara, she is able to produce a powerful stunning and blinding light.
*Moon Healing Escalation - By waving her wand in a circular motion around herself, little balls of white energy are released and heal creatures that were afflicted by corrupting energies that would transform people into monsters.
*Full Moon Banzai - By spinning her wand around in a circular motion and thrusting it through the circle, she creates small pink orbs. These orbs quickly fly a small distance towards the target and explode.
*FINISHER TECHNIQUE: Moon Spiral Heart Attack - Aiming her wand, she fires a massive heart which looks like it crashes through its target and causing quite a damaging blow, which usually explodes the target as expected from a finisher technique. If it strikes a monster that was created from a corrupted target, it reverses the process but keeps them knocked out

[*Can only be used in Sailor Senshi Form]

Equipment:
Sailor Senshi Brooch
Two Stepper Boxes (Just in case one breaks)
Spare Glasses
Aqua Blue Purse
Make-up container
Cellphone (With a rather expensive data plan)
Various Credit Cards
Legal Binder
Pink/Blue/Black Ink Pens

Faction: The Dunkelzahn Institute [Formerly Sailor Soldiers]

Background: Koizumi Mizuki existed in an alternative universe to the original Sailor Moon universe. She had a rather typical existence until she met a strange talking cat who informed her of her destiny as a Sailor Senshi. The cat gave her the Sailor's Brooch and explained to her how to use it in order to transform into Sailor Moon, the Sailor Soldier of Love and Justice!

And with that she was a full fledged Magical Girl, who fought against the horrific Dark Kingdom who corrupted others and transformed men into the rank and file Yomas. Koizumi and the others of the Sailor Soldiers fought against this corrupting empire as they were the only ones who could.

Well that was until a US military offensive was launched against the Dark Kingdom, which proved to be surprisingly effective. Soon after the destruction of the Dark Kingdom, the answer was revealed. The Dunkelzahn Institute helped guide the United States Government to develop powerful technologies, and while there they intently watched the Sailor Soldiers. Impressed with their performance, they quickly offered them positions as agents among them.

Koizumi Mizuki consulted with the rest of her team, and they agreed that it would be best if they joined the ranks of the Dunkelzahn Institute as it would allow them to help others who needed it.

Name: Trunks
Universe: Dragon Ball Z: Future timeline
Canon or OC: Canon

Appearance:

Age: 25
Personality: Trunks, having been raised in an incredibly dangerous and unforgiving world, is often cautious and serious. He is incredibly resourceful, and is not above taking any advantage he can get to best his opponents. He is very respectful, and tries to make a good impression on everyone he meets. However, he does have a slight tendency to be cocky and arrogant in a fight, especially when it is clear that he has the advantage.

Abilities:
Martial Arts - Trunks has been trained in various martial arts by his old master, Gohan.
Swordsmanship - Trunks was given a sword as a child by a man named Taipon. When Gohan learned of this, he also began to train Trunks in how to use it.
Flight - Trunks has learned to hone his ki, or life essence, to both levitate off the ground and propel himself in flight through the air at high speeds.
Ki Blasts - Trunks has also learned how to weaponize his own ki. He can use it from techniques as simple as firing blasts of energy, to complicated maneuvers where he channels it through his sword, and a wide assortment of attacks in between.
Ki Sense - In his training, Trunks has learned how to sense the ki of others. If it's alive and has a level of power, Trunks can sense it coming.
Super Saiyan - Trunks has learned to channel the inner strength and rage of his father's race, the Saiyans, and become a Super Saiyan. The power up massively increases his power and speed, at the cost of using far more of his energy. The form also fills him with an unnatural rage, causing him to become more rash, and prone to violence. Trunks is also able to take this power to the level of Super Saiyian 2, but the increased strength limits his speed to some degree.

Equipment:
Saiyan Battle Armor - While Trunks only wears it when combat is unavoidable, it provides a significant layer of extra physical protection
Taipon Sword - Trunks's sword is able to channel his ki, allowing him to use it in combination with his ki attacks.

Faction: The Dunkelzahn Institute
Background: Trunks was born to a human woman named Bulma, and a Saiyan prince named Vegeta. However, Trunks didn't get to meet his father while a child, as he was killed, along with most of the heroes of his world by two androids. After fleeing with his mother and his master, Gohan, he began to train to protect his family. It didn't work, as Gohan was violently killed by the androids while Trunks was only 14.

Trunks came to the conclusion that the most he could do would be to go back in time to warn the heroes of the past. Using a time machine built by his mother, he went to the past to help fight the androids. While all of the heroes and Trunks were able to massively power up, a being known as Cell arrived to slaughter them all.

Trunks attempted to fight, but was handily beaten by Cell when he powered up so much that he moved too slow to land a single hit. Fortunately, the past version of his master, Gohan, who was only a child at the time, managed to defeat Cell. After the victory, Trunks returned to his own timeline significantly stronger then when he left, and handily destroyed the future androids. He even redeemed himself, and destroyed a significantly weaker version of Cell in his own timeline afterwards.

It is at this point Trunks came into contact with an agent of the Dunkelzahn institute. It turns out that he had helped to slip his mother enough information to build his time machine. Impressed by both Trunks's skill, and initial delicate approach to time travel, he offered Trunks a job to help more people. With peace restored to his home and little else to do, Trunks accepted.

Name: Aoi Kasakawa
Universe: GOD EATER
Canon or OC: OC

Appearance:

Age: 20
Personality: Put kindly, she's "slow". Put unkindly, she's denser than osmium. However, she has a naive charm to her that, when paired with her positive attitude, make her a likable person.

Abilities:
Accelerated healing: Aoi recovers quickly from damage dealt by sources that aren't composed of Oracle Cells. (mechanics note)
Devour: In combat, Aoi can eat a chunk of an enemy's flesh (through her God Arc's maw) to get a boost to her physical abilities. Out of combat, Aoi can and will eat just about anything for nutrition.
Enhanced strength: God Arcs are heavy. It takes a lot to swing one, let alone jump ten feet holding one.

Equipment:
Aragami-fiber clothes: Self-repairing and super comfy.
God Arc (New-Type): 3-in-1 weapon. Included are a 10-foot longsword, a 4-foot diameter buckler shield, and an 8-foot Oracle rifle. The shield acts as part of sword mode.
*Devour Mode: While in melee mode, the God Arc can grow jaws around the blade and take a bite of the target for a physical boost.
O-Ampules: Oracle Cell infusions that provide energy to Aragami-based life. Used to provide ammo when the God Arc gun is running low.

Faction: Presently factionless.
Background: Aoi is the (most) successful subject of Dr. Sakaki's most recent attempt to create a group of humanoid Aragami that will coexist with humanity. The experiment boils down to surgically embedding Aragami cores into children from a young age in the hopes of creating an Aragami with a human mind. She was raised as a human and has no idea that she's actually biologically an Aragami. Once she became old enough she was trained as a God Eater.

Dr. Sakaki kept Aoi close to him for observation and would often monologue to her about whatever happened to cross his mind simply to gauge her reactions. During one such session, he stated, "If only there were a way to just take a stick, shove it in a box, think of a better place and, by moving the stick, be taken to that better place that had been imagined. If there was, we wouldn't be in this mess..." Aoi, not understanding that such a thing supposedly was impossible, tried it that night and found herself whisked away into the multiverse. Now she searches for a way back home and for something to bring home to provide hope to her colleagues.

Name: Takahara Sentou, Kamen Rider 15, the Great Leader of Shocker+
Universe: World of the Showa Riders
Canon or OC: OC

Appearance: While untransformed, he's a fairly typical salaryman. His various transformations.
Age: 57
Personality: Takahara is, first and foremost, a henchman. He tends to just go along with things and isn't very bright. While not transformed, he's fairly cowardly, running from combat- he's nearly sixty after all. This goes out the window once he's gotten into the spandex. He has forty years of experience fighting foes vastly more powerful than himself- he's taken so many Rider Kicks and Rider Punches that he can perfectly emulate them. He fights to protect his comrades in villainy with everything he's got- after all, their bosses might consider them expendable, but they're his brothers in mookdom.

Abilities: Takahara's most valuable skill is his ability to handle money. He is possibly the greatest accountant in the multiverse, able to balance books and manage funds in such a way that even the stupidest evil plot breaks even financially. Almost as terrifying is his skill with corporate bureaucracy. He's also one of the earliest Shocker Combat Cyborgs, granting him greatly enhanced strength and durability. This comes at a price, however- his cybernetics don't have an external power source, and as such they run off the calories stored in his body. He never quite got up to "Altered Humanoid" though, and does not have a monstrous form.
Equipment: A Sengoku Driver and various lockseeds, allowing him to take on various armors as a Kamen Rider. These armors come with weapons and various powers.

Faction: Shocker+
Background: Takahara has floated around as villainous organizations have risen and fallen. He started out as a Combatant in SHOCKER before getting transferred to accounting. Then the Kamen Riders broke free and fucked everything up. So he moved on to Destron. Same story. Eventually, he discovered the multiverse as he was hired by Dai-Shocker, a multiversal collection of enemies of the Kamen Riders... and then a pink Kamen Rider promptly fucked up the multiverse AND his cushy job. But at least this setback opened up an endless multiverse of employers. From BOARD to Smart Brain, Takahara's a familiar face among the shady corporations and evil organizations of the Kamen Rider worlds. Takahara's most recent employers have included a museum (that for some reason manufactured USB sticks), a corporation that seemed to have its hands in everything (he ended up doing finances for R&D), a Japanese pharmaceutical company trying to get in on the "Battling Monsters" craze, and a child molester seeking to destroy the universe. But of course a Kamen Rider came and fucked those up too. After the fiasco with the destruction of Zawame, he grabbed a few things from the ruins of his office at the Yggdrasil Corporation as a severance package to go along with the trophies from a long history of failure his employers have endured. Turns out when exposed to various sources of power, the fruit of Helheim matures into a lockseed reflecting the source.

After putting up with the foolish goals of his previous employer for what felt like an eternity, then becoming frustrated with the needless bureaucracy of the Sentient Millieu, Takahara decided to found a new Multiversal Evil Organization. Made up of the remnants of the retired, defeated, and dormant organizations, Shocker+ has become the gold standard in for-profit multiversal villainy.

Age: Unknown
Personality: Goris is Scholar and was very curious about the rest of the Multiverses and so he often accompanies others on their missions

Abilities: He is a Deathclaw which is nine to ten feet tall reptile with thick and resilient hide, powerful muscles, and twelve-inch-long, razor-sharp claws that can kill almost any other creature in only a few swipes; hence their name. They have an excellent sense of smell and hearing, though their eyesight is poor. Their build gives them incredible speed, agility and strength in close combat, making them an extreme threat.
Equipment: Just his robe

Faction: The Dunkelzahn Institute
Background: Goris is the son of Gruthar; He had learned how to crudely disguise himself among humans by wearing loose robes, and claiming that he was really a human but had some deformity he wished to hide and traveled in the wasteland among them learning as much as he could about their cultures.
In 2241, he studied the culture his pack formed and compared it to human development along similar lines. When the Chosen One met Goris for the first time, he told him that he had only been at Vault 13 for a few months and had learned everything he could there, and wants to go out again for his research. He does not like to travel alone, so he offered to be a companion of the Chosen One to help him in his research and wants to show that deathclaws can work with humans as friends, not enemies.

When the Enclave killed everyone in Vault 13, he was spared of the massacre for he was traveling with the chosen one at the time, he felt that his brothers were in danger and left the group to return to Vault 13.

When he returned to Vault 13 he came upon the massacre and he was struck with grief at the sight but quickly over came it and rejoined the Chosen One’s Posse, but now with revenge on his mind. He later was part of the group that would storm Enclave’s Oil Base and fought alongside Marcus, SkyNet and Of Course the Chosen One. During the raid he came upon a malfunctioning StepperBox, he accidentally activated it and was transported straight to The Dunkelzahn Institute headquarter.

Name -- Todd Tolensky
Alias -- Toad
Universe -- X-Men: Evolution
Type -- Canon
Age -- 17YRSO
Faction -- Factionless (currently)

Appearance: Kinda greasy-lookin'. His spine is curved, making it easier to crouch longer than the average person. His gait is bow-legged and hunched while walking; on four legs, hopping, he kind of flails a bit. He has a noticeable Brooklyn accent, though some of his colloquialisms seem as if they've been borrowed from television or comic book characters (and, oh, they have been). (x)

Personality: About as slimy as his abilities from the outside, Toad is a twerp and if there's anything he enjoys more than annoying other people, it's pick-pocketing. A veteran opportunist, he's in it to win it scrape by and make some profit for his own damn self. There's some genuine depth and hurting underneath; he struggles with a clusterfuck of abandonment issues and lacks self-esteem entirely, but his fake-it-til-you-make-it outlook does a fantastic job of covering it.

Tolensky's surprisingly loyal, even submissive and passive towards what he's often aware is abuse if just for the sake of receiving some sort of affection from someone. He purposely belies his intelligence, despite being a very talented mechanic and more intuitive than one would assume--he's a good in-field thinker, logical but emotionally aware. But mostly, he just goes out of his way to annoy people.

Abilities: (Wiki article? Wiki article.), Thievery, some combat, Mechanical Engineering & Programming, annoying OP daughters of Magneto
Equipment: Think Ray Park's costume for the first X-Men movie, spandex hides X-gene from most scanners, shin guards are titanium alloy

Background: Born in to a poor couple in NYC, with a long list of "birth defects", Todd could have never had it easy growing up. His father split as soon as the nurse handed him a jaundiced, rail-thin baby with bugging eyes, and Mama didn't stick around much longer either--at age five the boy was lost to the system. Bounced from foster home to foster home and picked on mercilessly for his appearance by his peers, Tolensky's personality and grades suffered for it.

After failing middle school, he was approached by Raven Darkholme--Mystique--and was recruited as the Brotherhood of Bayville's first boarder, only somewhat non-consensuallysee footnote. Of course, Mystique trained him when she could, but he was never all that good at fighting and had been better suited for stealth ops. And since Pietro joined two weeks after him (who could run into a S.H.I.E.L.D. base, steal their files and release their incarcerates, poke out Fury's other eye, and then run back out again all in the span of a few seconds) the Toad very quickly became renown as the Most Useless Member of the Brotherhood Boys.

After the spiel with mutants being outed to the public by that super-scary douchebag, Mags, who Todd happened to work for at the time, and then the whole Apocalypse thing, the Brotherhood found themselves not arguing as much with the X-Men--heck, even working with them more often--and Todd drifted away from his teammates.

One and a half years later finds the him more of a gadgeteer genius than he'd already been. An unattractive highschool dropout with no real aspirations and quite a few people who disliked him, Todd was looking for a way to escape; when some old hobo popped out of nowhere during a very dark moment in his life, told him the answer was in the box, and then proceeded to fuck off to another dimension, the teenager wents nuts trying to decipher what ancient proverb he'd been dealt.

Some 200 overcomplicated, failed attempts at creating a portal device using Forge's old tech and he figures it out. It's literally just a goddamn box. Hell's bells.

(Footnote: Mystique is a scary lady.)

Name: Rugal Bernstein.
Universe: The King Of Fighters.
Canon or OC: Cannon, with some AU elements personality-wise.

Appearance:

Age: ???
Personality: Unlike quite a few of the villains of his universe, Rugal is, quite simply, a very cruel man. He holds little, if any, value in human life, enabling him to casually murder anyone who provides even a vague sense of annoyance towards him. He has no noble goals, only wishing to attain as much power as possible. He's also very big on personal combat, to the point that, on two occasions, he held a worldwide fighting tournament just so that he could prove he was more powerful than the winner.

However, things have changed a bit since his in-prison epiphany. He's realised, for a start, that needlessly executing one's own servants for minor goofs and being very up-front and shameless about the whole 'villainy' thing tends to go down badly with higher peacekeeping authorities. He's also realised that being such a sore loser that you're willing to blow up your own (ludicrously expensive) aircraft carrier and draw upon so much forbidden power that you nearly die, all because you got beaten by a Teenager (who you invited to beat you up in the first place), is also not a very good idea. Thus, he has resolved to act a bit nicer; the key word being 'act'. That being said, he hasn't lost his sarcastic streak, and will always poke fun at his opponents' various flaws with glee. As far as bad guys go, Rugal considers himself a barrel of laughs. :V

Abilities: After his second loss to the Kusanagis and subsequent 'death', Rugal has lost all of his stolen Orochi powers, meaning that he is no longer the embodiment of a ludicrously overpowered Fighting Game Boss. However, even without the Orochi power, he is still a master hand-to-hand combatant, being capable of handily defeating squads of soldiers with his bare hands. He also possesses a superior tactical sense, enabling him to closely analyse his opponent's fighting style and counter their attacks, which makes up for ordinary human weaknesses you'd have when outnumbered against armed opponents.

Befitting a character from a fighting game, he has access to a selection of special attacks, including:
Reppu Ken: A ground-bound projectile which takes the form of a purple blast of Ki energy which skittles along the floor; this was a technique he 'appropriated' from Southtown crimelord Geese Howard.
Dark Barrier: A green energy-based shield of sorts, this enables him to reflect certain projectiles back at their sender, or outright destroy them if they're made of solid materials, like bullets. He also has an offensive variation, the Dark Smash, which is an airborne attack.
God Press: A more 'mundane' attack, as far as Rugal goes, which has him dash at the opponent at great speed and grab them by the face before slamming them into a wall on the opposite of the stage room with a small explosion. He also has access to a more powerful variation.
Genocide Cutter: Rugal's signature move, this has him jump and perform a very wide circular Axe Kick which creates a sharp 'blade' of air in its wake, cutting all who come in contact, hence the name. He is capable of performing two in a row, plus a follow-up flip-kick which for some reason I can't find a gif for.

However, due to the loss of his Orochi power, using these attacks too much will leave him famished, and he's lost (or perhaps wilfully discarded, it's unclear) some of his more power-intensive moves, such as the Kaiser Wave and Rugal Execution.

Incidentally, on the non-combat front, he has a good business sense: good enough that he can spot which wars will last the longest and thus, which ones are the best to throw arms contracts at.
Equipment: Despite being a former arms dealer, Rugal is not one for weapons; he much prefers doing things up and close and personal. Of course, if push comes to shove, he does at least have basic weapons training. What kind of arms dealer wouldn't? Most significantly, though, his right eye is actually a bionic implant, which aids with his tactical analysis.

Faction: Factionless; not that he hasn't tried dealing with the Sentient Milieu before.

Name: Ranald Colbert

Universe: Armoured Trooper VOTOMS

Canon or OC: OC

Appearance: Face. Physically, Ranald is a lean and athletic man, with a build that is well-suited to his line of work.

Age: 33

Personality: Mr. Colbert is a soldier, and thus does his best to remain calm and level-headed on the battlefield. Panicking would only get him killed very quickly, especially when piloting an AT. However, in situations where his life isn't at stake, Ranald is far from unsociable. In fact, he can be rather chatty.

In addition, after suffering a head injury, his memory is a bit spotty, particularly in regards to his military service. He recalls enlisting in the army and later joining the Red Shoulders, but none of the specifics of his tour of duty. He knows a man by the name of Colonel Pailsen was his commanding officer, but not what sort of man he was.

Abilities: Ranald is fairly proficient in regards to piloting an Armoured Trooper (a.k.a. Vertical One-man Tank for Offense & ManeuverS, or VOTOMS), as is expected of a former member of the Red Shoulders. However, he is far from the best, and wouldn't stand a ghost of a chance against a Perfect Soldier, for example.

In addition, as a result of his incredibly lethal line of work, he's picked up a basic understanding of first aid. While he's no surgeon, Ranald can treat minor injuries, and if they're beyond his ability, at least stabilize them for a time.

Equipment:

Faction: Presently Factionless, most likely to join up with Shocker+ or the Sentient Milieu.

Name: Chosen Undead
Universe: Dark Souls
Canon or OC: Canon, with minor personal interpretations.

Appearance:

Age:???
Personality: The Chosen Undead is a rather quiet fellow, often communicating through gestures and actions rather than lengthy dialogue or boring moral choices. Though he powers through with an end goal, he's not averse to exploration, seeing all the sights the world has to offer, talking to whatever sane (A relative term) individuals he comes across, and stocking up on items from the local merchants.
Some may vouch for his bravery, others insist it's simply a tenacity combined with a well honed tolerance for pain.
Constant trial and error throughout an incredibly hostile land has led to him becoming rather genre savvy, if a little world-weary.

Unfortunately, he also has to deal with the constant looming threat of Hollowing, the gradual withering of an Undead's sanity as the lose hope and forget who they once were.

The CU is capable of wielding most manner of medieval weaponry with some manner of proficiency. Though he lacks a superhuman level of combat ability, he has adaptive tactics and a sort of tenacity only the undead possess.
The Chosen Undead has been branded with a Dark Sign, a black mark denoting him to be among the ranks of the undead. It does not provide regeneration, enhanced physical, mental, or spiritual abilities, nor any sort of immediately useful combat abilities. However, it does mean that, some time after death, the afflicted Undead will respawn at a specific location: a Bonfire. These curious fires were previously only found in Lordran and similar areas, but have since sprung up in other worlds, perhaps following the undead curse itself.
Equipment: The Undead wears a suit of plate and mail to provide some meager protection against the things he fights. He carries a hefty set of gear: in his left hand, a blue, crested shield, and his weapons consist of a stout longsword, a hefty claymore, and a winged spear.

Faction: Sentient Milieu
Background: The Undead spent much of his past wandering the chilly, dying world of Lordran. This enchanted land already consisted of interconnected worlds, and powerful sorcery enabled the Undead to temporarily cross these boundaries to aid and/or murder one another. However, the invention of the Stepper Box inherently fluxuated the already weak walls between the layered world of Lordran. This is what led the Undead into his first excessively painful foray into another world. Further exploration soon led him to join the Sentient Milieu. He believes that, with their aid, a cure for the undead plague might find its way to Lordran, or at the very least his atypical form of durability will earn relief efforts for the dying world. After all, an Undead like himself is perfect for suicide missions.
