Alright I decided to tweak the character a bit, shes not so much antagonistic now just really inexperienced and magic is used as an explanation for her other half now

Generally speaking, everyone is in the same age group so you should be friends with one another. Originally, everyone except the GMs were supposed to be in middle school but it looks like people are settling for Second Years in high school instead. Which is also fine, since only the GMs are Third Years anyway.

The GM characters are already aware of one another and are very loose companions. There's also the fact that Reika is the Student Prez of the school so eveyone should know of her. KoL's character is the resident delinquent so she's also pretty (in)famous.

I'm cool if people want to know Chikage. How close they are to her, however, is something I would like to discuss on the individual basis. As far as her school identity goes, her most notable traits is her hair, eyes, and strength. Some might know that she has an older delinquent brother (His name is Ryoji), though most of the trouble he causes is away from school. That is to say, if he plans to beat you up it'll be when you're going home (Or at home). No one aside from close friends should know that she goes wrestling after school.

Actully, I think that it would be interesting if your characters had some relationships between themselves before the story begins, but I won't force the issue.

I don't think that Chiharu knows any of the characters very well unless someone talks about being her friend with me, since she's shy and not great with people.
