Name: Captain Oskar Stanzl
Age: 35
Species: Human
Appearance: If you feel this is too offensive, I'll at least try to explain myself. Basically it's because Star Wars is modeled off of them and it's an instant idea of his appearance.
Abilities/Skills:
Commander training

Blaster training - highly skilled

Expert in tactical urban environ engagements - He knows how to kill in the 3d space on a planet.

Equipment:
Stormtrooper armor
Updated commander HUD and tacom
E-11 Blaster rifle

Personality/Motivation/Biography: Oskar was raised on Alsakan to a rich faily and has been a part of the High Human culture movement since birth. Since young he has been taught by his parents that the true place for other species was beneath humanity and that the Republic with its filthy multispecism was destroying humanity. When the Clone Wars came he'd been only 25 and had just begun working at his father's shipyard. He quit and volunteered for the army as an officer. While the Republic was decadent and a destructive force the CIS was openly alien dominated, something he would not stand for.

His graduation as an officer came a year before the Clone Wars ended and he was assigned to Coruscant. When Grievous struck he played a pivotal role in the suppression of various incursions down below in the city, here he earnt his reputation as a master of tactical urban combat and proved himself in the harsh arena of war. When the war ended and the Empire rose from its ashes Oskar was glad, a human such as Palpatine would make sure things were done right.

To him the Empire is the savior of humanity, the final judgement of the lesser races and the putting down of them into their rightful places.

Oskar is logical, hardbitten and in the interests of humanity and the Empire anything goes.
Relations: No one else but the Colonel... because she's my commanding officer. They don't get along since part of High Human Culture is that women are inferior, and while he respects her work ethic, they will never get along.

@Louis Dabout I'm not going to comment on background/history as I am leaving that on all Imperials upto CQ.

However can you please bold your headings and either move your image to the top of the sheet, hider it or move it so it isn't on the same line as your text.

This way when CQ reads it it will be easier to review.

Yes, it's-a me again!

Remember in the Interest Check, I said I was interested in playing a character who plays both sides? I was thinking of creating an underworld type who deals drugs to the Imperial governor (he seems to be sufficiently corrupt, from what I can gather), then uses some of the money to buy cheap guns to sell to the Rebels at over-inflated prices ('cheap' as in 'not good enough to turn the tide of the war, but good enough to torturously prolong it for another few months'). Oh, and the business he does with the Rebels is anonymous, so he could throw them under the bus without consequence if the Imps ever got too suspicious. How's that?

That's fine, if you want to PM me and @CQBEXPT with details on your criminal network as well that'd be grand.

I want to put something out here, for a couple of you (Mentioning no names). Please remember that this is advanced. I'm going to hold nothing against y'all for sheets but just make sure when it comes to posting IC the quality is there. I'm a quality over quantity kinda guy, so don't feel like you need to write novels.

Just something to bear in mind, as some of your histories are a bit...

Bare.

So you could end up needing to fill them in over the course of the IC.

That's exactly what I plan on doing. To me at least, it's not very interesting interacting with other characters if I know literally everything about them from just the CS, so I opt to leave some things out of my characters' backstories and flesh them out in the IC to better engage with the other people in the RP.

Don't worry though, I'm not using this as an excuse for an asspull. I already have a few things in mind about Jacob's time as a trooper and before he joined the academy when the time comes to explain them to the other characters.

@Louis Dabout First off your bio and personality should be separate (among other formatting errors), what you have put down for what I assume is your bio is not very well written. You also have multiple spelling errors along with some weird grammar errors. There is not an example in the star wars universe anywhere where a non-stormtrooper officer has worn stormtrooper armor, logically if it was to survive some sort of gas attack or being pushed into the vacuum of space I would be ok with but willingly no. The rest of your bio simply lacks any real substance to put it lightly. If you're willing to rework the character I would reconsider accepting you but as of now it is a no. (Picture is fine as I'm fully aware of the history of the production of the original films)

On note about the picture: It is fine for as long as no-one else objects to it.

Some people may not like such imagery.

So basically, my character is a clone. I don't think that is too overpowered, and I believe it fits with canon? But I will let you be the judge of that since you are the GM. Basically he is the seasoned veteran type. Disillusioned and bitter. He could possibly defect to the rebels, or if given a strong enough leader in the Imperials, be the most bad ass motherfucking soldier that the Empire has ever seen.

Name: Sergeant CT-07-4298 aka "Sidestep"
Age: 20 (appears and is physically 40)
Species: Clone
Appearance:

The first thing that people notice about Sidestep is that he's a clone. Standing at exactly 1.83 meters with brown eyes. His hair, what once used to be a jet black, has now turned steel grey over the years. He has a blaster bolt scar on his left breast where he was shot during the Second Battle of Geonosis. Over his left cheek he has a claw mark from where a wild beast attacked him during the Battle of Umbara. Tattooed onto his neck on the right side is the letter "Senth" from the Aurebesh Alphabet, which represents an arrowhead pointing to the lower right.

Abilities/Skills:

  • Weapons Expert: Sidestep is an incredibly accomplished shot. Having survived over two blood soaked years of the Clone Wars, Sidestep has acquired a specialized set of skills in Assault and infantry tactics. He is an expert with the E-11 Blaster Rifle and its predecessor the DC-15. Sidestep has no formal heavy weapons training but over the years has grown adept at handling heavy weaponry such as mounted blaster cannons and the Z-6 rotary cannon favored by Clone Troopers during the Republic. Through the years, Sidestep has grown skilled in hand to hand combat and holds no qualms about entering the melee.
  • True Grit: There is very little that fazes Sidestep. Assisted by the genetic enhancements given to all Clone Troopers by his Kaminoan cloners, Sidestep is resistant to battle fatigue and has grown fearless over his many years of battle. His presence on the battlefield is often a welcome sight by his Stormtrooper comrades as he stays calm under fire and pushes his fellow soldiers, albeit a little roughly, to their physical and mental limit.

Equipment:

  • Standard issue E-11 blaster rifle: Despite using the E-11 with lethal proficiency, Sidestep disliked it at first, viewing it as the DC-15's bastard brother.
  • Thermal Detonators: Sidestep always carries a few with him. Standard issue by both the Empire and the former Republic, Sidestep is very comfortable with grenades of this type.
  • Vibro Knife: Non-standard issue. Sidestep carries a Vibro Knife that boasts an intimidating foot long blade. The blade has an orange stripe down the fuller, his regimental colors during the days of the Republic.
  • Standard Storm Trooper Kit and Armor: Upset over the fact that Imperial military standards do not allow decorations of any kind on Stormtrooper armor, Sidestep reluctantly traded up his Phase II Clone Armor for the blinding white Stormtrooper armor. Adhering to Clone culture, Sidestep cleans and maintains his armor but never polishes it, believing the scars and blemishes are as a part of him as they are his armor.

Personality/Motivation:
Sidestep is and always has been a good soldier. Though he dislikes the new order of Stormtroopers composed of non-clones, viewing non-clones as inferior soldiers and amateurs, he does his best to fulfill the wishes of his new Imperial superiors and to take care of his fellow soldiers in combat. However, if given an illogical order that endangers the lives of his fellow soldiers, Sidestep is never afraid to speak his mind, having learned from his days as a Clonetrooper that blind obedience makes a man no better than a battle droid. Because of this, Sidestep often comes into conflict with Imperial officers due to a lack of respect on both parts: Sidestep viewing the Imperials as amateurs, and Imperials viewing Sidestep as an anomaly and a relic of the Republic Era.

To his fellow soldiers, Sidestep can often seem bitter or distrustful. He isn't reserved or introverted per se, but just doesn't trust others enough to confide in them or to have any true camaraderie. It would take a lot to earn Sidestep's respect, but once earned, you will have truly won a loyal ally and possibly a friend.

Sidestep isn't particularly fond of the Empire, but stays in the military because there is no other place for him. He was literally born to be a soldier. Any alternative would seem bizarre and unbearable to him. For now, it is in Sidestep's interest to stay loyal to the Empire... but for how long?

Biography:
"A good soldier always follows orders."

CT-07-4298, like so many others of his brothers, were cloned from the genetic template of the bounty hunter, Jango Fett, to serve in the Grand Army of the Republic. It was here where he trained alongside his brothers where CT-07-4298 earned the nickname "Sidestep" due to the fact that blaster bolts never seemed to hit him, a name Sidestep took pride of. To any clone, designation numbers are given to droids. Names are given to people.

Sidestep entered the war as a replacement for Clone Troopers lost during the Battle of Ryloth, taking up the orange armor of the 212th Attack Battalion led by Commander Cody and General Obi-Wan Kenobi. Within the young clone grew immense respect for the Jedi after being led through his baptism of fire by General Kenobi during the Second Battle of Geonosis, Sidestep's first major combat action. He was with Commander Cody during the ill fated landing at Point Rain. It was here, surrounded by CIS and Geonosian Troops where he was shot in the chest and earned him the scar on his left breast.

After recovering from the battle, Sidestep continued to serve admirably, seeing action during the Battle of Umbara, Battle of Moorjohne, Battle of Sarrish, and Battle of Coruscant. Throughout the course of these battles, Sidestep learned much from the Jedi and his fellow clones. Because of this, Sidestep was devastated when protocol 66 was enacted during the battle of Utapau. Unable to act because of the implant detailing Order 66 in their brains, him and his fellow clones could only watch helplessly as they killed their beloved Jedi General with their own hands.... or so they thought.

With the rise of the Imperial Empire, Sidestep grew increasingly bitter as his squad was wiped out shortly after Utapau by rebel forces led by a rogue Jedi. Left with no more clone brothers, Sidestep was assigned to the newly formed Stormtrooper Corps where he was forced to serve with non-clones. Sidestep despised this. As a seasoned veteran, he found serving beside what he considered inferior troops, distasteful. However, Sidestep nevertheless went through the motions of becoming a soldier in the Empire. He even acclimated somewhat to normal life, having purchased a home of his own on Coruscant with his new Imperial wages. However, Sidestep will always look back fondly on the days of the Republic and dreams of one day fighting for something he believes in again. He yearns for a drive...

Whether that new drive is towards a new Republic, or a better Empire, however, remains to be seen...

Secrets:
Sidestep still holds onto his old Clone Armor. It is stowed away in a secure personal locker in his apartment on Coruscant, but he is afraid of it ever being found out of fear of it being confiscated, or worse, being accused as a Republic sympathizer and traitor to the Empire.

Relations:
None. His entire clone squad was wiped out shortly after the battle of Utapau. Any remaining Clone, Sidestep considers his brother, however, they have grown far and few over the years.

He is also technically Boba Fett's "brother". But I do not have any intention of putting that into play.

Forgive me for possibly being rude when I say this, but I feel like there should be a cap on Imperial players soon. I mean, there's not much point in going with this conflict angle if there's no real conflict between players, is there? Plus, I would imagine that Rebels would add some much-needed diversity to the roster, what with being more open-minded about recruits, etc.

If I remember correctly from the ooc. This takes place 8 years after the clone wars? That's 16 years in Clone years. If my Clone was in the thick of the fighting when he's 10 years old (20 in Clone years) and about 12 years old at the War's close, it's plausible. I did the math and there were Clone troopers still in the Imperial military according to wookiepedia.

*I'm just giving my reasoning. If the absolute final decision is no, then I'll write another one. Possibly for the rebels.

Thanks haha. I'm glad someone enjoyed it! I actually thought it a little cliche since I based it off of the TV show. If I do end up going rebels,I might just start a whole new character though... perhaps something more original like a Zabrak Bounty Hunter/ Wandering Warrior. I do prefer this one though for now since I have it all written out.
