Quick question, when in the SAO timeline does the RP take place? Just wondering, so I can kinda plan out the character and other minor details before hand.

Also, got the 100th post without even noticing. .-.

We start right after Kayaba's "tutorial" for SAO in the round spawn plaza, though since I didn't get shanked for it, I think we're allowed to write a bit about the events leading up to that time for your character. Thus, everyone's at the same level or so, no one's too high up compared to the rest.

Sorry for poofing, everyone. Halloween for my family means that we go to Grandma's house. Add that to last-minute shopping and play rehearsal, and Halloween was pretty busy for me.~ And of course, to top it off, my Grandma has terrible wifi. But I'm back now!

Hmm, for all that, this fight will be more or less over, by the time you get there. :/ With all the bullies in the red, or close to it, they'll be running away, or trying to, in my next post. Which I'm waiting on @Yunagi to post so I know what Iris is doing, since Iris and Cin have two very different desired outcomes for the end of this encounter.

You can still pull those monsters in for some fun. I've given all the detail that my character could be able to spot from a distance. There is the possibility that they react more to wounded characters than to combat itself. So many characters in the red could be irresistible.

Hey there, I'm James. Is this roleplay still open to new members? I've dabbled a bit with roleplayer guild before and did enjoy it while i posted and been kinda thinking about getting back into it. Been rewatching SAO recently too which has helped ;) Be nice to have something to post on in between writing up uni work stuff. :)

Hmmm, I think I'll have them all run into that hollow, and the ones that survive run back out bringing a few monsters with them. For us all to deal with. Also kinda tempted to have Cloak, come nab you since you're all alone... except I'd have to flesh cloak out into a semi-believable character not some wandering piece of nondescript clothing that it currently is... meh, to much work, not enough pay off.

Everyone is outside of the main spawn town, on a road to a neighboring town, that passes through some "high" level areas. (5-7) A group of six npc bullies are getting curb stomped by Tsu, Cin, and Iris, the rest of the group has noticed the fight and is moving to help as best they can. You can wander in if you like, but if you do you probably are going to notice the group starting to move up the road first if you're start the SL at level one, if you want to include some backstory, you can feasibly start higher than that. (I started at the high end of 4, and exp farmed to just past 6, where I am now, albeit almost dying in the process) So jump in where you can and get ready to rumble!

That and I have no idea what the hell is happening at the moment in the story. I know, you're gonna miss Matsuta and his odd sense of humour and mental state, but alas I believe it is his time to die. Please, feel free to kill him off however you wish. I think I'll read that bit so I at least know how my unstable friend died.

Sorry to see you go mate. I was just orchestrating a way for the two disparate groups to bump into each other in a friendly manner, since we seemed to be running off in several different directions all at once. If you must go, then best of luck to you mate, we will miss you and Matsuta. I'll try to see that someone gives him a good end.

Awwwwwww, Matsuta will definitely be missed! Iris will definitely be hit hard, even if she didn't know him for more than a day...

Anyway, I'm here! I'm writing right now, but to spoil things a bit, Iris will want to spare the men, even with them being NPC's, she'll decide against finishing them off, not wanting to become desensitized to killing people.
