Exactly. I remember playing Brawl with friends and having the same thing said about Sonic. Freaking hated Sonic.

He quite literally had a homing attack that you could use over and over and over and over again without repercussion. There was a reason he wasn't in the next game.

They nerfed him hard though. The homing attack isn't nearly as broken.

Edit-
I stand corrected, he was actually buffed quite a bit. They just nerfed the homing attack.
