It'd do more with the face of Luke's relaxed and aloof persona that would draw Esther's ire. Plus, I like picking out characters to have my Esther potentially....discipline. For CODE's mission, Cobalt and Emerald will be under a lot of scrutiny. While Diamond and Oswald will get some...special treatment.
