I'm thinking of making her have a small clinic on the outskirts of Ce-Congro, but I was thinking of letting her set up clinic near De-Crongro as well. X.x I am torn between the two.

Well, if it were in De-Congro, it would make noise. They don't like noise in De-Congro, so it'd likely not get off the ground. Plus building in a savanah is probably way harder than using a building in Ce-Congro, or using a new one.

Well, I can keep her in Ce-Congro for the time being, but also make her travel from place to place as well. X.x a Wondering Healer would do good for everyone.

True. Just saying starting a business in De-Congro would basically kill the business, or close to it.

Other than the fact that powerless masks can sometimes/typically do have different shapes than their Great forms, and the aforementioned issues (unless her mask will transform when she does, as will those on my Toa, to a Kanohi Huna for Vhis, and a Kanohi Rahkuta[Mask of Rahi Control] for Hura.)

Fact checker on this bit:

Kanohi masks are made from kanoka disks, and the type of mask depends on the blend of disk types used. The power level depends on the power levels of the disks. It is then forged into a shape corresponding to the mask's disk combo to mark it as that type. The great and noble masks of each type have different shapes, but there is no designated shape for a powerless kanohi, so these masks are forged in either the great or noble shape, eve though the have no power (think of Hahli's kaukau and Macku's huna - both powerless masks, but one in the great shape, one in the noble).

This means that, when a matoran becomes a toa or a toa becomes a turaga:
The mask changes power level, which changes the shape.
The mask's power cannot change. It is still made from the same base kanoka, but has now moved to a different power level.

As a side note, it is possible but unusual to forge one mask in the shape of another. For example, if a mask were made from level 7 enlarge and regeneration kanoka, it would have the properties of a noble hau. The mask maker could then pour the molten mix in a great ruru-shaped mold, making that the shape of the final mask.

This isn't often done, as the point of standard shapes is that you can know what a powerless mask was made from just by looking at it. That isn't to say it never happens though. Vhis's mask may have been made from a blend of enlarge, shrink and freeze disks and then forged into the shape of a great volitak by mistake. This would explain how she thinks she's been wearing a volitak her whole life, but on becoming a toa, discovers that she wears a huna.

I was aware of most of that. I was under the impression that the Inika's Kanohi were changed by their Toa transformation. It's not that the masks themselves change, but rather their masks are swapped when transforming into Toa be the powers-that-be. I mean, if the Ignika can change a Toa's current mask, then so can a combination of a Toa Stone and the Red Star's presence.

The Ignika could and did, that is true. It was only able to do that because the masks in question were already alive.

The first time, the Red Star didn't change the Inika's kanohi. They had already had their matoran masks confiscated by Karzhani and replaced with (powerless versions of) their inika masks when they passed through his realm.

If we're just going to use the standard toa stone method of transformation, our characters will have to start with the (disk-based) type of masks they'll have as toa. Either that or after they get transformed, the suva opens up like it did for the Toa Metru when they chose their tools, only the Kongero Nui suva will also contain a selection of great kanohi.

I was going to leave a bit of it to creative license, (Mainly having the Toa masks appear under the Powerless/Noble Kanohi after they change, with the old ones popping off. Specifically for Hura. And yes, Vhis technically has a Volitak shaped Huna. I just felt it'd be cumbersome on the cs.) So a subconscious Suva switch could be the cause. Or we could say it was the Great Spirit and leave it at that. Or their latent Toa energy reacts with their id so they match what they think a Toa is, including their Kanohi suiting them and this vision. And in a world of Protodermis, who's to say that something can't happen just because it didn't yet? Like, the Toa Mata had the chance to become Kaita and earn Golden Masks, despite the Toa Metru not being aware of these possibilities. I mean, there's a sentient mountain and a being constructed solely of (Energized?) Liquid Protodermis.

While I got and encouragement from @tobiax
Greetings @Windicator!
First of all, I'd like to apologize for not replying in a timely manner.

I appreciate your interest. We don't have anyone using either Iron or Magnetism, so that works.

I don't see it being a problem at least. It's not like I expect posts at specific times. I typically wait for a full set of replies from my players, unless it's been weeks or there are some other extenuating circumstances.

I decided to post this to OOC to wait for approval or rejection.

An by the way, no problem with the time, I'm not expecting people to just sit there if just somehow someone came to say hi.

I'll probably build him a more in depth background. I'll hurry it up if you feel it's too short

Point by point- Name- Great. I love little cultural/language nods. I just couldn't think of any myself for my own characters. Also, I like your use of colored text to show us exactly what you mean. Very nice. (Sorry for not being non-native-English-speaker friendly, but Occupation as a noun in english means someone's job, but includes things like them being a student, or things that technically aren't ways of making money but are the character's way of life.) (Also as someone who hasn't done an MOC but has ordered replacement parts for my Chirox set, I feel you on not being able to find burnt orange armor/arm pieces. I still might need replacement parts for Elehk and Gresh, because the pieces with the ball joint accepter on one side and the axle holes on the other end have some cracks on the feet for those two.)
I can't tell much about him from his description, but hopefully he pans out into an interesting character. I mean, he's useful, yes, but, ya know, hopefully he's also interesting to read. I trust you won't let it be a problem. As a side note, a Matutu on a Toa of Iron will be rather interesting. I can see that being helpful in the "final" battle (meaning the fight that will end this immediate section of the story, and open up the inclusion of extra Toa, transformations, plot twists, overarching plot elements, and things like that. Also Makuta might show up, or something [almost] just as bad.).
And the relationships section, it can be done later, but it's more for filling out how they feel about the various other character Matoran (Toa teammates in the future) and maybe even the Turaga. Also, while I can't force anything, the Journal section is more of a way to give the character's thoughts in-depth about the situation, without taking up too much space IC, or where it wasn't necessarily fitting/possible to put there, like their thoughts about a battle after it happens, while remembering it on a night we skipped to keep things going, or anything that sort of flows in to the present IC from things that would have happened prior to it.

Sure, I'll iron out the details of the occupation but it seems I changed the character(Edit: as in the core personality shifted, thus reshaping him as a whole) in between the writing. looking back the 'preoccupied' was supposed to be a nod to him getting in trouble (also referenced in the mask "Be it from working or confrontations) but it was the last it saw of that line and "he has a forge he attends doing away at the best he knows, shaping iron." was meant to imply that he did work at the forge, seeing how "more top-of-the-line items are often crafted by the skillful hands of the Fe-Matoran" gave me the idea that there would probably be a forge/ workshop/ something like that. even if they had the factories hand made items have the edge on some departments.

I'll also work on the way the word flow and try to convey myself better through words. it should not be long for it to be redone.

Edit:@tobiax
Edit 2: fixed grammar (that's why I write slow)
the new wersion of "Occupation" is up on the old form. I'll color code it if its fine, I might expand it further as we go but if that gives the right impression I know where to continue.

but actually working more on my character and thinking of his matatu made bothered by something I read on Biosector01 (though everything should be criticized as they don't provide sources for all claims (this one especially)). on that page it is said "Nuju's mask had a telescopic and heat sensing eyepiece installed in it by Vakama, which continued to function even while Nuju was a Toa Hordika. The standard Matatu does not have this. The eyepiece, however, disappeared when Nuju became a Turaga." so should it be decided upon if it is the standard to have 'Eyepiece' in terms of appearance? For now I air on the side of it being default as it has been so in sets (for nuju(matoran usually wore one akin to noble tho...)

The matatu may go if I've come to that conclusion when its toa time.
Bettering the description when I get to it also, it should be more descriptive by then

Oh, okay, thanks. Perhaps make reference to aforementioned troublemaking nature?

Ah, I see. Well, my usual source says nothing of it. I say it's your call- whether the eyepiece is functional or even matters, or if you want to go with set-standard pieces, or have Nuju's Matatu be a variant of some kind and Rauta's is the "standard" scopeless.

Okay, that's fine. I still think it would be useful, especially in tandem with Iron Elemental powers.

I decided to post this here one more time and if its fine I'll put it on the Char tab.

I change the Description too so he ain't as bland as an iron bar anymore. I have the old on raw back'd up if it were to be needed.

Just tell me if I miss'd something or something is just off, I'll gladly fix it, even extend or shorten if its wanted.

(is plural of a matoran, matorans?)

Short answer: No.

Long answer: This goes back to the early days of BIONICLE when LEGO was grabbing a bunch of words and grammar from the maori language, and in maori, like other languages with polynesian roots, does not pluralise by adding an s or anything else to the end of the noun. Instead, plurality is determined by the other words in a sentence.

This set the pattern that would be continued on long after they stopped taking so much from Maori. Since we have one toa or six toa, one rahi or a dozen rahi, other, non-maori words like matoran also adopted this pattern. So, one matoran, two matoran, many matoran.
