Perhaps it would also be wise to actually look at existing Xyz cards, but I'll teach you the basics about them.
Xyz cards (Not XYZ, cuz that's XYZ Dragon Cannon) use monsters of the same level, which overlay to form an Xyz monster with the same Rank as monsters used to Xyz summon it. The Xyz units do not restore themselves; once they're gone, they're gone, and you can't replace them without card effects that specify doing so.
<Snipped quote by Scarifar>
So basically just two LV 6 monsters in this case?
<Snipped quote by Xeiyenreisha>
Maybe 2 Level 6 "Void" monsters.
Name: Pandemonium Twilight Dragon
Level/rank: 6
Attribute: Dark
Monster Type(s): Dragon, XYZ
Effect: 2 "Void Dragon" Monsters.
This monster is treated as a Machine Type monster. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card and send 1 Dragon or Machine Type Monster from your hand to the graveyard to Target 1 Face-Up monster your opponent controls; That target's ATK becomes 0 until the End Phase. Once per turn You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card and send 1 Dragon or Machine Type Monster from your hand to the graveyard; This turn, if this attacking card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, after damage calculation: It can make a second attack in a row, but when it uses this effect, any Battle Damage it inflicts to your opponent from a direct attack is halved.
ATK/DEF: 3000/2800
Is there any reason why attack points matter after you attack directly? Bringing it to halved attack points until the end of your BP does nothing to it after it attacks for 3k direct. So I gave it a halved battle damage prospectively rather than retrograde.

That's fine, I'm doing my best at trying to balance these cards out so they don't become FTKs and OTKs.
Also, wouldn't it be better to say an attack position monster, because if you reduce the attack of a defense position monster to 0 it's going to do nothing to it.
<Snipped quote by Xeiyenreisha>
I don't see what's wrong with reducing the attack of a defense position monster to 0. You can do this. It seems silly to, but there's nothing wrong with NOT using this effect and using its secondary effect anyways.
@Xeiyenreisha
You know what I want to do to this card I want to use Shaddoll fusion and crush your hopes and dreams... (I hate shaddolls this is just a bad joke (plus they are banned in this RP for obvious reasons))
But I am not that cruel Instead. If this card starts with 2 materials and you give it another 1 via something like Overlay_regen You just did 4500 attack 1 for their ATK position monster and 1500 due to the 2nd effect... In 4000 LP duels that is lethal
I suggest making it so you can only activate ONE of those effects not both in one turn...
<Snipped quote by 1Charak2>
We can always adjust the attack points of the card or half the damage inflicted when a card's attack is reduced to zero. Those are always options to prevent OTKs and it wasn't my intention to create an OTK.
I will make sure that only one effect can be activated.
Well, time to add some more cards then.
