@Scarifar Sorry, I will run my idea through you as soon as I get it thought out properly. Just got done watching Arc-V Episode 87 and it seems my speculations of it I made were right which is why it took me a little longer than usual to get back to this forum.

@Scarifar Basically let's first introduce what has to be overlayed in order to XYZ Summon this monster. I was thinking Void Dragon X2 but is that a good idea or not?

Perhaps it would also be wise to actually look at existing Xyz cards, but I'll teach you the basics about them.

Xyz cards (Not XYZ, cuz that's XYZ Dragon Cannon) use monsters of the same level, which overlay to form an Xyz monster with the same Rank as monsters used to Xyz summon it. The Xyz units do not restore themselves; once they're gone, they're gone, and you can't replace them without card effects that specify doing so.

Maybe 2 Level 6 "Void" monsters.

Maybe 2 Level 6 "Void" monsters.

Noted and fixed so it says that.

Fixed the language on the first effect. Noticed something that didn't make any sense within the context of it.

Are the effects balanced good enough?

Name: Pandemonium Twilight Dragon
Level/rank: 6
Attribute: Dark
Monster Type(s): Dragon, XYZ
Effect: 2 "Void Dragon" Monsters.
This monster is treated as a Machine Type monster. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card and send 1 Dragon or Machine Type Monster from your hand to the graveyard to Target 1 Face-Up monster your opponent controls; That target's ATK becomes 0 until the End Phase. Once per turn You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card and send 1 Dragon or Machine Type Monster from your hand to the graveyard; This turn, if this attacking card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, after damage calculation: It can make a second attack in a row, but when it uses this effect, any Battle Damage it inflicts to your opponent from a direct attack is halved.
ATK/DEF: 3000/2800

Is there any reason why attack points matter after you attack directly? Bringing it to halved attack points until the end of your BP does nothing to it after it attacks for 3k direct. So I gave it a halved battle damage prospectively rather than retrograde.

That's fine, I'm doing my best at trying to balance these cards out so they don't become FTKs and OTKs.

Also, wouldn't it be better to say an attack position monster, because if you reduce the attack of a defense position monster to 0 it's going to do nothing to it.

Also thanks for the help with this card. Trying to help out Ammokkx as much as I can with this new theme to establish new cards for it.

I don't see what's wrong with reducing the attack of a defense position monster to 0. You can do this. It seems silly to, but there's nothing wrong with NOT using this effect and using its secondary effect anyways.

I understand and that was my point. It is silly but you can still do it but nothing will happen. It might come into handy with certain Trap Cards.

@Xeiyenreisha

You know what I want to do to this card I want to use Shaddoll fusion and crush your hopes and dreams... (I hate shaddolls this is just a bad joke (plus they are banned in this RP for obvious reasons))

But I am not that cruel Instead. If this card starts with 2 materials and you give it another 1 via something like Overlay_regen You just did 4500 attack 1 for their ATK position monster and 1500 due to the 2nd effect... In 4000 LP duels that is lethal

I suggest making it so you can only activate ONE of those effects not both in one turn...

We can always adjust the attack points of the card or half the damage inflicted when a card's attack is reduced to zero. Those are always options to prevent OTKs and it wasn't my intention to create an OTK.

I will make sure that only one effect can be activated.

@Xeiyenreisha

Void guardian is way 2 good for stall

Void Destroyer -
Graveyard is not really a cost but since its ATK starts low... could be okay might need a little nerfing for being 2 early game

And the last one...

Decrease its bloody ATK and DEF stats. Search cards aren't meant to be beatsticks
you fixed that

It stops becoming a OTK the moment you restrict it to only activating one of its 2 effects a turn.

Yes... a little low in level to have 2 effects of that variety.

Maybe separate it into 2 cards.

Well, time to add some more cards then.

Name: Nova Groomer
Level: 3
Attribute: LIGHT
Monster Type: Fairy
Effect: You can tribute this card; Special Summon 1 "Parshath" monster from your hand. If "Sanctuary in the Sky" is on the field, you can Special Summon 1 "Parshath" monster from your deck instead.
ATK/DEF: 1000/800

Name: Overwhelming Knight Parshath
Level: 8
Attribute: LIGHT
Monster Type: Fairy / Synchro
Effect: When this card is Synchro Summoned, change your opponent's monsters' battle positions to whichever one has the lower value (If a monster's ATK is lower than its DEF, switch it to ATK position. If a monster's DEF is lower than its ATK, switch it to DEF position.) If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent.
ATK/DEF: 2500 / 2000

Name: Yield to the Parshath
Spell type: Continuous
Effect: Once per turn, when a "Parshath" monster you control declares an attack, you can target one monster your opponent controls; change that target's battle position.

Name: Nova's Blessing
Spell type: Normal
Effect: Discard 1 "Nova" monster; draw 2 cards.

Name: Heavenly Wards
Trap type: Continuous
Effect: (This card is also treated as "Sanctuary in the Sky" while it is face-up on the field.) LIGHT Fairy-type monsters cannot be destroyed by battle. There can only be one "Heavenly Wards" on the field.

Nova groomer -

Card for parshath and gains complimentary effect if S.I.T.S is on the field seems fitting for the archetype. Yea I like this card

Overwhelming Knight Parshath

Just need to clarify, are you only including face up cards for this effect. because you can't really see a face down card's ATK or DEF.

Yield to Parshath...

Seems good to me, Doesn't negate effects and is just a way to secure the destruction of a card

Nova's Blessing -

Discard a Nova for +2 seems good considering cards like Allure.

That last card seems pretty dope but is also restricted... Good card
