Edit: Can't say Shinrei is looking forward to Action Dueling. he sees it as a bunch of grandstanding while looking like a clown. He's not much of a public person so I doubt that kind of dueling will be in his predilection. He's the old school type that prefers the old way of dueling and doesn't change his approach. When it comes to form of dueling, he's not very eclectic. He's no social buttefly, but he certainly is urbane.

I meant to ask you, what does Ethel think of Angelo's debonair demeanor right now? Seems it poses more of a hindrance toward her than a satisfaction. I could give you how Tsukiko would feel when in the midst of his atmosphere, but I will leave that for the IC. But I will hint that charm alone does not work with her. I do know that Shinrei would be oblivious toward it unless he tried to get flirtatious with his sister which will never happen. Well, I should never say never but I do not perceive it transpiring right now.

@Ammokkx Well, it's too early for anything right now. The characters have just met each other. I don't think they have all acknowledge each other yet, but over time I'm sure bonds will be formed between them.

As for volunteers, where Shinrei would frown at anyone choosing him as a participant it isn't in his nature to refuse any form of duel. The only time he'd object is when people harass him like Leander is doing right now and that's only, because they are just vexatious and not worth paying any attention to. He doesn't really care what dorm challenges him either. If they aren't someone that is a monotonous he'll at least acknowledge and adhere toward their request to duel him.
