This is the world of Remnant where our story takes place is right here, in the city of Vale. Vale so happens to be the home of the legendary team's known as Team RWBY and Team JNPR. These teams graduated from Beacon Academy a school to train students to become hunters and huntresses. As time went on Ruby Rose the leader of Team RWBY got married to a Mrs. Weiss Schnee while her sister Yang Xiao Long married Mrs Blake Belladonna. Team JNPR had some marriages as well, Jaune Arc married Pyrrha Nikos and Nora Valkyrie married Lie Ren. Though enough about them lets talk about some new students that have just enrolled at Beacon Academy because...
This is their story!

Chapter 1: The Emerald Forest Exam

Gali walked down the plaza with his bag slung over his shoulder, his gold hair flowing in the wind, his ears twitching as they were hit by the wind, and his tail swaying side to side. Gali was a Faunas a human with features of an animal. Gali's weapon, Shineveil was stored on his waist. As Gali walked down the plaza he took in the sights around him "Almost seems peaceful. It's strange, it reminds me of home." Gali said as he let out a sigh "What am I saying? This is home now. Beacon Academy I hope you are ready for Galiden Zane Scarlet!" Gali said as he continued down the plaza.

Johnny walked across the plaza and stopped in front of the main-entrance . He saw Gali to his right, who walked down the plaza, but chose to stay on his position.

"Oh a faunus. He seems so cheerful.

He took a deep breath and looked into the sky.

He whispered: "Alright, I hope i will find my determination here at this school"

Johnny leans against the wall next to the door, watching the passing students with a keen eye.

Celia stared down on Beacon Academy from the airship as it was approaching the landing site.
So this is Beacon, it truly looks amazing from up here. I can only imagine what the inside will look like. Only the best huntresses and hunters graduate from here, finally I can start my training to become a true huntress.
Her thoughts got interupted by an announcement of the pilot "Dear students we are about to land at Beacon Academy, please don't forget to take your stuff with you and I hereby wish you a lot of luck with your studies."
As the ship landed she was among the last ones to get off. The first thing she did after getting off the ship was taking a deep breath of the fresh air. "Beacon Academy, my new home for the next few years. Alright let's go then." she spoke to herself before grabbing her backpack she had put down beside her. She didn't really look at the other students, she was heading straight for the entrance.

Dante looked to his left and his right. He investigated the plaza thoroughly or to be more precisly he took a closer look at the new students who arrived at Beacon. So many students and so many different emotions he could see on their faces. Some of them looked like they saw an old friend again. In some other faces you could see the doubts, if it was the right decision to come here. But of course some of them look like they don't give a fuck at all. Dante even could spot some students who are obivous overly eager to begin with their training.
All these kinds of emotions seen on these faces were very interesting, but not quite what Dante was looking for. Dante had already spent some time to look around the school grounds but wasn't able to find it. Dante decided then to walk to the main entrance of the school, after all every student had to go there so it was easier to ask someone if they might know where it was. Dante held his letter tight and strolled over to the entrance.

West had been looking forward to beginning at Beacon Academy for a long time. He practiced a lot to ensure he would be accepted here and that once he was accepted, he would excel. He looked around at the other students and though they were partially competition, he was excited for his team as well. He was almost more interested in the other students weapons rather than the students themselves. Eyeing each weapon and what it could tell him a little about the person and whether it would work well on a team with his lance. With his lance on his back, he picked up his luggage and headed for the main entrance. He was ready to start his journey to becoming a hunter.

Seth nodded his head to his music blaring from his headphones around his neck while he kicked his hacky sack around his body. His Nirvana strapped to his back once I graduate from Beacon I’ll join Hunters band and travel around the world. I just hope I can get through this academy quickly enough for that to happen Seth thought as he coughed the hacky sack on the edge of his shoe.

“I’m so board already,” Seth said as he eyed the courtyard. He wasn’t looking at any of the students, but more at the land scape. He smiled before he ked over to a tree where his hover board was. He picked it up and stepped on it before it began to float into the air. He put pressure on the front of the board to have it move and accelerate before he ollied onto a guard rail and grinded a few feet before ollieing off.

“Maybe this place will be more fun after all,” Seth said before he added, “This school as an abundant amount of places to practice on.” He took out his music player and flipped through a few songs before finding the one he wanted. All the while he hovered a few inches off the ground on the board.

Alice walked around plaza nervous at first should, but she eventually made an attempt for the entrance. She gazed around looking at all the other students and the weapons they had. Some were cool looking and seemed a lot better than hers, and this added to her anxiety which was pretty high today. She quickly put her headphones on and started up some music to calm her nerves. She saw some student on a hover board doing tricks "That looks cool, but I would probably suck at it." she said to herself.

Alice kept looking at the student with the hover board and noticed he was carrying a guitar "That must be his weapon... It's definitely looks way better than mine..." She put her head down and kept walking to the entrance. "This is gonna be a hard first day... week... Month... Year..."

Nerys sat on a bench kicking her legs. She watched as students new and old passed by. A year at Beacon Academy. The home of many future hunters and huntresses and the dream school of many more. She checked her watch and figured it was about time to start heading towards the entrance. Standing up, the fauness stretched her back and wings.
"So many new people to meet. There's more than a hundred people here, right?" she asks no one in particular. She doesn't wait for an answer from whoever she was asking and walks towards the entrance.

Kenneth gazed around the plaza, the worry on his face was easy to see. Was he right to come here? Did he even have what it took to be a huntsman? What would people think about his arm? He instinctively tugged down his right sleeve at that last thought, trying to make sure the fake limb wasn't visible at all. He knew he couldn't hide it, it was his weapon after all and he'd definitely be using it if he became a huntsman but that didn't change the fact that he was embarrassed of it. Still it was important that he at least make an effort to make this Beacon thing work. "I'll get to see some unique weapons at least..." He muttered to himself as he adjusted his bag and walked to the entrance.

Arriving at Beacon wasn't quite as breathtaking for Vivianne as it may have been for other first-years. She'd seen the academy, as well as similar structures, many times in her seventeen years of living. Even so, she was certainly impressed by the structure. Humanity sure had come a long way since its days before dust, and hopefully it would continue to do so well into the future. Vivianne merely hoped that the threat of the Grimm could be dealt with quickly enough before the world was rid of Dust, seeing as it was a finite resource, which would only ever decrease as time went on.

From the way she walked, one could automatically assume she was something of a prestigious class, though that wasn't the case for the young Gaia. She was simply taught to be well-mannered and formal by her parents, as was the way of a Shrine Maiden. She walks without much presence, trying not to draw too much attention to herself yet, as she slowly, quietly made her way to the front entrance, passing by the checklist teacher with little more than a smile as she enters the front entrance to the academy.

Such great legends had spawned from Beacon over the years. Her own family had attended the academy for as long as they'd taken to being hunters and huntresses. Tales of teams JNPR and RWBY particularly caught her interest most recently, as these people had taken to becoming legends, creative and unique. Well, now was Vivianne's time - it was her turn to become someone great. Someone others could look up to.

She wanted to become a symbol for those who felt they weren't as skilled as the others; she wanted to prove that by working hard, you can achieve anything. And what better way to do that than to prove to the world you can become an excellent huntress without a semblance?

"I took a pill this morning, so I should be OK..." She muses to herself as she tries to make sense of where she had to go. "Where do the new students go again...? Was it the auditorium?" She asks herself, looking around. She'd studied the layout of Beacon beforehand, so she knew exactly where to go. "So I need to go this way..." She says to herself as she starts heading for the auditorium.

Lan gazed in amazement at the campus as she stepped off the airship. She had never been any place bigger than the monastery, and to be honest, it was a little overwhelming. Everything she had worked so hard for "or will work hard for" was right in front of her, how was she not at least a little nervous? She still remembered the look on everyone's face when she received her acceptance letter, especially her mentor's. The last thing she remembered was that her master telling her "I expect you to be a full-fledged hunter when you come home." It was the only thing keeping her from turning around and leaving "right, I can't be afraid, I have to make her proud" she thought to herself as she tried to collect herself. "Deep breaths, Deep breaths" she said inhaling and exhaling, and with that she headed off towards the entrance.

Johnny, who was still waiting next to the entrance, had a good overview of the steadily increasing students. Some of the students had really nice weapons but there was one girl who drew his attention. This green haired girl, who looked really nervous and was walking towards him or rather the entrance, made him smirk. He stretched his arms right into the air because they got tired of leaning against the wall and went straight on collision course. On his way, he ignored the passing students and put down his hood. His middle lenght, straight, brown hair blew in the wind. Johnny stopped in front of her and said:

"Good morning kiddo. Why so depressed ? May i ask you for your name ?

Seth stepped off his hover board after he had done a few tricks and gotten the layout of the courtyard. He had found the best places to practice his hover board skills and mapped them in his mind for later on. He knew practicing while students cramped the courtyard was risky and didn’t really want to get into a confrontation on his first day.

He placed his hover board on the edge of the fountain and sighed, “Guess this is a good of a time as any to see if you’re in tune.” Seth reached back and removed Nirvana from his back. He strummed each cord to make sure each one was in tune and to his liking. He tightened two cords while loosening another and struck each cord again.

“Now you sound like a star,” Seth said to Nirvana before he added, “Now how about you other form.” Seth spun Nirvana around until he held the guitar from the neck. The body began to shift and change and the Nirvana changed from a guitar to a Scythe. Seth brought the Scythe blade close to his face as he examined the blade.

“Beautiful and dangerous,” Seth said before he added, “That’s my girl.” Seth spun the Scythe again and it changed back to its guitar form. He placed Nirvana on his back as he sighed and sat on the edge of the water fountain.

“Guess we just wait for an announcement to meet before we began,” Seth assumed before he smiled and added, “We are going to rock this school to its core Nirvana.”

One teacher was overseeing the arrivals for this year's new freshmen. A counter in hand behind her and click, click, click as each one continues to arrive from the carriers. Her legs were straight inside those tight tucked heels and her hair gently dancing amongst the cool wind. She felt indifference. The eagle's eye fervently targets each student and their behaviours silently as they continued past her. She wrote down notes, one after another in a PA Device.

West passed through the doors wondering what the teacher was writing. I guess just her initial impressions. I hope mine is good. I wonder if this will effect with whom I'll be teamed. Once inside he really wasn't sure where to go. Another girl was passing through as he did and she seemed confident of her surroundings. He began to casually follow her, not necessarily stealthy or anything just hopefully as going in the same direction by happenstance. He started to marvel at the greatsword on her back. I wonder what sort of power she has to weild that. Normally I am the powerhouse, but if she can weild it skillfully, then we'd be good teamates. Maybe I should learn to be more skillful, or at least find a way give multiple attacks. Maybe she'll help. Baaa, wake up, I'm just excited.

He continued to follow her to the auditorium, which had quite a few students in it already. Not really knowing any of them, he decided to try and sit next to the girl he'd been following. He tried to make it as natural as possible that this was just an empty chair that he randomly chose, but innevitably some of his awkwardness would shine through.

A noise was heard throughout the campus as the intercom started up. Soon a familiar voice was heard clearing her throat before speaking "Greetings new students of Beacon Academy! Would you all please meet me at the auditorium for orientation! There should be one of the teachers near the front to guide you to the field! Thank you!" Said the woman's voice as the intercom shortly turned off. Gali looked around till he saw a woman with silver-grey hair jumping up and down with a sign. He couldn't read it but he figured it was the teacher. Gali walked over to greet the teacher. "Hey!" Gali chirped "Hello there you must be..." the woman said as she looked through her clipboard "Galiden Zane Scarlet! Correct?" She added "Yep thats me." Gali said as his eyes drifted to the top of her head noticing wolf ears "She must be a faunas too" Gali thought to himself "My names Auburn Granite! Please call me Ms. Auburn!" She said as she cutely held up her two fingers to her head like a salute, as she closed one eye and stuck her tongue out. "Now we just have to wait for the other students to get here or at least the majority." She added. "Alright I'll just wait over here" Gali said as he pointed to a bench nearby. He walked over to the bench and opened up his bag as he pulled out his PlayZation Portable and the game Silent Grimm(Silent Hill RWBY Version)

It probably didn't help that Vivianne had taken to a chair with empty seats on either side, making his approach easily visible, no matter how you looked at it. Even so, Vivianne wasn't troubled. Rather, she looked pleased. She'd chosen this spot specifically to sit because it would allow her to engage in casual conversation with whomever chose to sit next to her. Now that the boy had taken a seat next to her, there were some things he could immediately tell about her simply as she turns to speak with him.

"Oh, hello. A fellow first year, I presume?"

Her tone was proper and refined, yet soothing, unlike those of the high class. She was perfectly calm and definitely modest - polite through and through. From the way she sat, even, with her legs together and hands cupped on her lap, straight back, and maintaining perfect eye contact (unless he chose to break it); Vivianne was a kind-hearted, well-mannered, calm individual who could easily pass as someone older than a first year.

"My name is Vivianne Gaia; it's a pleasure to meet you."

Despite the bad reputation her name carries, she still says it without showing any signs of regret. She just hoped he hadn't heard the stroy of the Shrine Maiden who went berserk from her semblance...

Seth stood up after the announcement was over and said, “Alright, time to get this party started.” Seth grabbed his hover board and tucked it under his arm before walking towards the auditorium. His music was still blaring from his headphones around his neck as he approached the auditorium. There he saw the teacher mentioned in the announcement.

“A wolf faunas huh,” Seth said before he added, “well at least she easy on the eyes. So that’s a plus.” Seth said he reached into his pocket and took out his music player and turned it off before he walked up to the teacher.

“So is this going to be a long orientation?” Seth asked Ms. Auburn before he continued, “Because if a concert goes longer then needed. The audience will get bored.”

As Celia was walking towards the entrance another student, dressed comepletely in grey was passing her. Both ignored each other as they headed for their own destinations. Celia stopped in front of the entrance and looked at it for a bit, confident that this was the right, no rather the only choice. Before she could get moving she heard the announcement from the speakers:

"Greetings new students of Beacon Academy! Would you all please meet me at the auditorium for orientation! There should be one of the teachers near the front to guide you to the field! Thank you!"

At least Celia now knew where she had to go. She could have used her semblance to find the teacher in an instant but it wasn't hard at all to spot the teacher. She approached the woman with the silver-grey hair who was jumping up and down with a sign.
"Uhm, excuse me, I guess you are the teacher who was mentioned in the announcement right?"

After what seemed like an hour of searching due to the campus's size, Lan had finally found the entrance just in time as an announcement rang through the courtyard. "Greetings new students of Beacon Academy! Would you all please meet me at the auditorium for orientation! There should be one of the teachers near the front to guide you to the field! Thank you!" The girl had decided to follow the other students, as they seemed to all be heading the same way, she assumed they would lead her to the auditorium. She was still amazed at how huge the campus was as she took in the sights while continuing to follow the students, as she followed them she could hardly contain her excitement and eagerly wondered who she would be paired with. It was not long until she reached the auditorium with the others and had seen the teacher who seemed to be jotting down what she could only assume as notes about the students who came through and was approached by another student. She strolled over to introduce herself to both the student and the teacher "Hello, I'm sorry if I'm late, I must have gotten a little lost, My name is Lan Yueliang Long" she said as she bowed slightly as a sign of respect to the teacher
