@Ammokkx Well, it was more or less a point, but I understood what you said earlier. Not unless you're trying to throw in quite a bit of Slice of Life into the dueling world.
@Ammokkx
Sets still cost 10 points, right?
In either case, I'm going to roll for 2 sets of BOSH and 1 set of DUEA for Nathaniel.
@Scarifar Light and Darkness Dragon, do you remember what pack that is? It's a card I used against Lightsworn and annoying effect cards to strip them of using their effects. It does wonders for annoying cards like Lightsworn Sanctuary and Realm of Light since Shine Counters are just wasted when you try to use them while it is on the field. Double-edged sword card but it has a great effect after it is destroyed. I always kept it around until it was destroyed. Easily one of my favorite dragon cards despite the -500 ATK for each time the effect on it is activated.

@Ammokkx Tsukiko will draw out of the Zane Truesdale pack.

Okay, time to put on my lawyer glasses and clear up some rulings.
Light and Darkness Dragon only negates the activation of the Spell and Trap cards themselves. If a Spell or Trap that is already face-up on the field activates its effect, LADD cannot negate that activation, as it was the activation of the effect, and not the Spell or Trap card itself. It's perfect legal to negate Lightsworn monster effects though, although due to the rapid-fire nature of their milling effects, that ATK will be dropping awfully quickly.

Cannot be Special Summoned. While face-up on the field, this card is also DARK-Attribute. Once per Chain, during either player's turn, when a Spell Card, Trap Card, or monster effect is activated: This card loses exactly 500 ATK and DEF and that activation is negated. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard: Target 1 monster in your Graveyard (if possible); destroy all cards you control, also Special Summon that monster (if any).
Scar you got competition. Perhaps someone should link an official ruling.

The ruling's here if you don't want to take my word for it and would rather have something more official.
"The effect of "Light and Darkness Dragon" only activates when a Spell/Trap Card is activated from the hand or flipped face-up. It cannot be activated when the effect of a Continuous Spell Card, Continuous Trap Card, "Ojamagic" or a Spell Card sent to the Graveyard by "Destiny HERO - Diamond Dude" are activated."
EDIT: Already done, Eklispe.

I remember using that card on PSP Yugioh games and it was always a pain in the ass to use effect cards, because it would negate them. I know how that card works, because I've used it before so I don't need an explanation about it. It is probably one of the better dragon cards you can find despite the fact it is a double-edged sword when you summon it.
Already know what effects it can't negate. Jinzo a a prime example of what it CANNOT negate since Jinzo's anti-trap effect is continuous. As I said, I do not need an explanation on how that card works. I've used it before. Treeborn Frog is another example of what it cannot negate.
Skill Drain is one way to defeat its effect before someone special summons it to the field.

Uh, I'm at least 95% certain Light and Darkness can negate Treeborn Frog. Reading up the wiki ruling right now.
