Despite not being capable of magic, any kind of mythological creature is still accepted in Liseranna

Anything that isn't human, dwarf, elf, fallen angel, or demon can't use magic. Creatures have spell-like abilities like Iravis' Fire or Sorcha's Lightning manipulation, but that's not actually magic.

What Zombehs said, Rabid. Some species are able to use 'magic-like' abilities. I accepted it because bakenekos and nekomatas are known for having illusion like abilities.
