Not ammokkx don't know the exact details but

from the wiki it has been gathered this

During each of either player's Standby Phases, 1 Speed Counter is placed on both player's "Speed World"; although in the anime a Speed Counter is not placed on the first turn, in video games featuring Turbo Duels, it is. There are also cards which can either decrease or increase the number of Speed Counters on "Speed World".

There are even cards that can prevent either player from accumulating Speed Counters. When you take damage, for each multiple of 1000 damage you take, you lose 1 Speed Counter. With "Speed World 2" however, you don't.

so basically a field spell is played and every standby phase you gain a speed counter which continues to rise unlock more spells for you to use but you gotta pay a cost.

@Jangel13

Just add a field spell to both of your characters decks etc. with the exchanged cards or their proxys.

then when teh game starts search the field spell out and both play it

keep adding 1 counter during each standby phase.

@1Charak2

Speed World doesn't go into your deck; it's automatically activated when you start a Turbo Duel.

As an addendum to this, Speed World 2 also has effects that you can take advantage of as long as you have a Speed Spell in your hand.

You can reveal one Speed Spell in your hand and remove an appropriate number of Speed Counters to activate one of these effects:
* 4: Inflict 800 damage to your opponent. (In the anime, it was 800 per Speed Spell in your hand, but that's pretty OP in 4k format...)
* 7: Draw 1 card.
* 10: Destroy 1 card on the field.

Yeah, basically what's said above. At the start of the duel, Speed world 1 or 2 is going to be active as a permanent field spell and can't be replaced, destroyed or gotten rid of in any way. Each turn, including the first, both players gain one speed counters up to a maximum of twelve. The rest depends on which Speed World you use, be it two or one. Both have already been explained, so don't see an issue there.

Alright and if we draw a field spell do we sent it to the graveyard and get a new one instead? For when we use duel network or something similar

Remake your deck with proxies (or the direct equivalent) of your Speed Spells, because you can't play regular spells in a Turbo Duel.

EDIT: And so you have a field spell in play, put an extra random one in and search it from your deck to play. This way you can keep track of your speed counters.

I understand what you mean by proxies since I have the spell reload I just keep it in my deck and treat it as a speed spell and so on.

But what do you mean by the keeping track of my speed counters by having a random field spell

DN allows you to place counters on a card. This way you don't have to remember your speed counters off the top of your head, you just need to place counters on the misc. field spell that isn't part of the deck.

His name is Ben and if I misunderstood the post I'll delete it. I believe I might have upon re-reading it but when I wrote that post I thought that the class had been dismissed citing there only being three people left in the classroom.

Hoo boy. This'll be a fun one. I'd love to draw the designs, but I can't draw worth a lick.

(note: I'm thinking about stuff in advance. This doesn't apply to right now.)
