Horizon continued to help Mantis Boy with damage control from the earthquake. He decided to strike up a conversation, "I have seen how your human governments treats those more powerful than them, and that makes it difficult for those like you and me to help in times like this. Have you heard of the Omega League? I am looking for them, I believe that joining them is the best way to utilize our powers for good." Suddenly a beam struck a structurally compromised building, stabilizing it. Horizon looked over to see a large power suit emitting the beam. Horizon did a quick scan on the suit in order to ascertain the technology, unable to fully identify its origins, but seeing elements of the Jarav. Either way, the suit was incredibly advanced, more advanced than himself. Horizon approached slowly, "I come in peace. If you are here to help the victims of this disaster, then we have the same goal."

Kyouma heard Necron's announcement on the PA system with disdain. "The Merman wants us to steal dinosaur bones or something?" he thought to himself.

"Dinosaur bones?" Emtardas asked.

"Yeah, dinosaurs, large prehistoric lizards, they're extinct, we dig up their fossils and display them as reminders of our planet's history," Kyouma replied mentally.

"Oh," Emtardas said, "I guess since we live on living matter, we don't get fossils, although we have artificially preserved corpses, I suppose it's taxidermy instead of fossilization, for the various creatures we've encountered, such as head lice. I think you should do what he says."

"I'm not going to steal for the Merman! It's the collective history of my people," Kyouma retorted.

"You need them on your side, Kyouma. Right now they're keeping you, they're keeping US safe. Besides, he did mention non-lethal, so they're not going to kill anyone."

"They're playing me," Kyouma replied.

"It's just one museum," Emtardas pleaded, "How many museums do you think we have in your body? If you die, our entire culture, our entire collective history is gone forever. You have to think of the bigger picture."

"The bigger picture? Even though you're so small?" Kyouma joked.

"You know what I mean, you carry the burden of an entire world on your shoulders, figuratively, and somewhat literally. I just want you to make the smart choice," Emtardas eased up, seeing that Kyouma was already convinced.

"Fine, we're just going to steal some bones or gems or whatever." Kyouma thrust his fist into the air initiating his transformation into Ark. From his fingers, a black shimmering covering cascaded down his body as microscopic plates of skin flipped over to reveal armor. Soon the armor covered his entire body. Suited up, he headed over to the teleporter and soon found himself in front of the natural history museum where Zeta Squad's goons were already breaking into the place. "Emtardas, prepare a mining mission to be deployed from my right index finger, and have a team of telemetrics engineers ready in my left palm."

"Of course," Emtardas replied. Ark walked confidently through the halls of the Natural History Museum, noticing unconscious security personnel strewn about as he made his way to the vault placed way in the back and out of the way. Kyouma placed his left palm against the vault door as the telemetry engineers started to scan the door with sonar, radar, and anything they could think of to see the inner workings of the gate. Kyouma placed his right index toward a tiny keyhole. A hole opened in his finger and what looked like black dust flew out of it and into the keyhole. Kyouma could see dials and numberpads on the vault in addition to the keyhole, and hope that whatever the miners did could bypass any electronic components of the vault. He could hear the communications between telemetry and the miners, directing them where in the vault to go and which mechanisms to target. It would take some time.

Having gotten the details of their mission from General Harth, Dr. Fang approached Chi-Tah and Explosion. "Assassins...ASSEMBLE!!!" She called out in an over the top fashion. She suddenly becomes sullen and speaks, almost to herself, "Wow, that...wow...that greeting has...a lot of 'ass' in it doesn't it?" She looks up at Chi-Tah and Explosion to confirm, though it's unclear whether she's disgusted or impressed by that observation. "Well, we have a mission tomorrow. We're capturing the single most powerful mutant, besides yours truly of course, as well as the single most powerful group of mutants. Apparently we have intel on their location. They will be hostile, they will be angry, and they will be strong. If it sounds like a dumb plan, that's because it is. But just because the plan's dumb doesn't mean we have to be. We can be smart because SCIENCE! We'll need to prepare, I'll try to come up with a plan, devise a method to disable a mutant, regardless of their power, while you two peaches think of any 'upgrades' you'd like me to make for you."

The Light was faster than CHNCY-3 had given him credit for. He had assumed that the decrepit old man could barely move, let alone fight like this. His light sword severed Chauncey's left arm and he was glad that he couldn't feel pain. He leapt backwards, abandoning his severed arm and wrenching his canon arm from Williams's grasp. The panels folded back and the canon disappeared. Had his left arm not been shooting sparks and wires everywhere, he might've looked normal. His voice became synthesised to resemble normal human speech as he said "You are stronger than we thought, Williams. You have bought yourself time. Frosner will not rest until you are dead, and he will continue to send me. However, it appears as though my records are faulty. I have the ability to file you as dead. That should buy you even more time. Frosner will find out though. He'll reprogram me with more weapons and an even bigger bloodlust, one not even your blood can quench." He shifted. "I hate Frosner, but I can't disobey him. It isn't in my programming. It's only through a loophole that I'm able to do this. I assure you, it will be patched. Next time, I won't be able to run away, Light. I'll have backup next time as well. It really is in your best interest to run. Run as far and as fast as you can."

Marijuana smoke wafts through the air, the large highly decorated room coverd with all sorts of flora and fauna is the main place the boys relax. Stampede sits in his personal couch special built to hold his massive weight, FlameStrike sitting on the long red couch uses his mutant power over fire to light the substance. SandStorm sits next to his older brother antsy for there leader to return with the others and report. The earthquake had destroyed much of the front yard while most of the Mansion was intact. The estate was enormous and one of the biggest personal properties in Omega city. While it is the home of the great Botanist Mortician it also serves as the head quarters of the Faction of Brothers.
A long 'beep' signals as a red light flickers on a chrome panel on the wall. Stampede exhales a thick cloud of smoke and says

"the shipment is here"

Mantis boy buzzed around pulling people from the building and out from rubble. He enters the burning building and zooms wall to wall trying to find people to save.
The robot had asked him about the Omega league earlier before flying off. Mantis boy didn't really know what to say. He just shrugged and nodded, he had always been a bit socially awkward and needed to get to the fire.

"HELP"

A female voice screams, Mantis leaps over a blaze of flames and rushes towards the voice. The structural integrity of the building starts to fail as a large load bearing beam crashes down through the roof and falls on Tyler. Before the beam can crush him he detracts his blades and slices the beam in half. The two pieces landing on either side of him. He continues towards the voice.

The Light backs up slowly as the mechanical monstrosity tells him of the danger to come. Williams is about to speak when Sebastian Yorvic bulldozed down the path surfing on the earth itself. As the Mortician approaches he simply waves his hand out at the mechanical robot. Vines start to grow out of every opening and crack, engulfing the robot so tightly in plant life that it looks like a spiders victim spun up. Suddenly the ground Williams stands on lifts like a piller into the air. The old man struggles to keep his balance. The piller of earth dumps the Light right next to The Mortician and they all 'surf' away.

"Hello again Will, need a ride?"

Cyclone put on the old spandex outfit and mask. He looked at himself in the mirror and fliped his hair to the side. "Dam he is fine" He thinks to himself with a smirk on his face as he heads out towards the teleportation room. He was the test subject of the teleporter and wasn't looking forward to walking through another portal but was excited to be on another job. His work was so much fun.
He salutes the teleport machine operators although they are obviously lower ranked then him and steps through. He instantly appears in the front room of the mutant registration building, he looks for any resistance but sees none. His troops had done a good job it seems. Cyclone leisurely strolls down the long hallway leading to the data base where he will obtain the superhuman files. A file containing info on all registered superhumans.

The museum was going to be easy with all the emergency forces concentrating on the earthquake. As Ark finishes his duty he notices a figure standing in the shadows in the corner. It startles Ark and he slightly jumps he useally would notice somthing like that, and the fact that the foot soldiers didn't notice either bothered him. The figure takes one step forward and speaks,

"Why have you come here? I don't smell evil on you. Though you run with the Zetas."

The man steps closer to Ark, his black tight outfit showing his physical condition and his clawed hands looking as if they could rip flesh with ease.

"I am called NightClaw, I protect the city from the scum that tries to thrive here. This museum is under my protection."

Phantom was becoming impatient. The earthquake had settled and everyone of interest seemed to be leaving the building. His self image started flickering back and forth, showing signs of his female form.

But then he decided to pull himself together, to calm down. It looked like this would be one of the times that coming here proved fruitless. He would have to go back to the surface and find something entertaining on his own.

Phantom started drifting upward absorbing electricity each time he passed through wires. Soon he would be rising through the depths of the ocean. He needed all the energy he could get.

Horizon approached slowly, "I come in peace. If you are here to help the victims of this disaster, then we have the same goal."

"I am, we are. I'm Boostrap. Gravity manipulation and super strength, where do you need me?"

Scanning the areas, he choked up on his big gun as it started to moan in rising pitches from the new building up release. Built in reverse engineering from a utilitarian function, its scanning equipment was once meant to scan for structural anomalies but got turned into a weak-point scanner during the war. He was having a 'swords to plowshares' moment as it was actually bing used for its first purpose.

"We need to shut down all gas and water in the area to prevent fire and water damage while we are still rescuing people, once citizens are secure, then we turn the water back on to put out the fires."

'War' watched as neither seemed affected by the blast of c-4, not that he was really hoping for too much. One was clearly a trained assassin, the other probably has more experience under his belt than all twenty put together. With sniper shot fired and bombs detonated, he left his tree and broke out into a full sprint, this is where things get complicated. As he ran for a hundred yards, he made his one dulpication of himself then absorbed himself into his new self as he ran for another hundred yards before duplicating himself and absorbing himself into his new self. It was a bit like controlled canibalism to make full advantage of his potential power. It wasn't perfect, but he was only flagging at half his pace as he made the thousand yards at a full sprint as he saw the master of mantle approaching. He managed to get up to the lip of the chasm and leap just far enough to touch the prime and absorb himself into the main body before slamming himself into the rock face.
The prime had to stagger and sit in a crouched position to absorb this new technique results as he regarded the new passenger.
El doctor Livingstone, supongo.

"Assassins...ASSEMBLE!!! Wow, that...wow...that greeting has...a lot of 'ass' in it doesn't it? Well, we have a mission tomorrow. "Have you seen half of these costume people wear? Sculpted buttocks in leather and lycra as far as the eye can see. Far be it from me to assume any dislike of ass. I'd rather be a smart-ass than a dumb-ass and you gotta kiss-ass to get some ass. Now let's haul ass and go kickass!"

Still slowed down to mere mortal speeds, he looked at his weighted clothing as he started to strip it off. He could spend the next day training, but he'd had enough of getting thrown around like a ragdoll. Like all suicide missions, he tended to go out with a bang with binge drinking buffets and babes for a good last day before he dies.

"Well i'm always looking to go faster. Either something to improve my traction like a new shoe design or lower my resistance like rollerblades. You could build me a gravity amplification room like from dragon ball I could train in to run faster. If you have any comic-book mods for my tonfa like cattle prods, i'm up for that. We're going up against someone who manipulates earth and plants, we are going to need jetpacks to keep him from screwing with the ground under our feet and weed-killer on an epic scale to keep him from sicking "Audrey II" on us."

"Horizon," he introduced himself. "As for the gas and water, let us hope the utility companies have carried out proper emergency protocols. Personally, I would rather not have a run-in with any 'authorities'. They keep trying to get me to 'register'. I don't know what they mean, but it feels sinister. I just want to protect sentient life. Are you with the Omega League?" Horizon's question may seem a little blunt, but he was a little disappointed that Mantis Boy had simply shrugged off his question; maybe Mantis Boy had no idea who the Omega League were. Horizon hoped Bootstrap wasn't as clueless.

"Then you have nothing to protect," Ark replies to NightClaw, "The people are unharmed, and the rest...merely memories of extinction. These bones, knick-knacks, and artifacts, should be meaningless to one who protects the living. I am with Zeta Squad for my goal: to prevent an extinction." Ark was unsure how much he could trust this NightClaw, but preferred to parley rather than fight, and hoped his cryptic talk would be enough to dissuade the dark hero from stopping his theft of the museum. Ark silently cursed himself for not noticing NightClaw sooner; with his telemetry experts trying to figure out the vault door, his ability to technologically sense hidden things in his surroundings was greatly weakened.

"Cattle-prod tonfas," Eileen mused, "I like it, it's simple enough in concept that I could have it ready by tomorrow. Anything else will have to wait, I'm afraid, but I'll keep them in mind. But jetpacks are a pretty good idea, though hopefully, Harth will be having us helicopter in. If so, I'll put in a request to have whatever air vehicles loaded with a defoliant like agent orange or something. Maybe napalm too, while we're at it." Dr. Fang wasn't pulling her punches on this one, thinking of Vietnam War tactics. "Oh, I have been preparing something, sonic charges. They're like little stun grenades. You see, mutants are, for the most part, just like humans, they have human brains, human organs, you know. Their ears, skulls and abdominal cavities are just like ours...or...mine at least, your skull's a little...anyways, these sonic charges release a sound whose wavelength matches the average thickness of the human skull. It causes vertigo and...extreme discomfort. It can also be tweaked to resonate at the wavelength that matches the size of the abdominal cavity which should induce nausea, internal bleeding, and maybe even impotence. It should be a useful 'catch-all' when it comes to dealing with mutants, but just to be safe, I'm going to need you and Explosion to wear special helmets to avoid being affected." Eileen runs back into the lab and comes out with what looks like a motorcycle helmet. Turning it upside down, she shows Chi-Tah that it has specialized ear covers that look like headphones with earplugs in them, as well as special mouthguard.

"The charges will rattle your teeth," she explains, "Oh, but I need to make a special helmet for you because of your cat-head." Eileen pulls out a 3D scanner from a random pocket on her lab coat and begins scanning Chi-Tah's head like a barcode without his permission.

Chemical Girl flew over the city witnessing all the destruction and chaos taking place below her. The earthquake had just ended and people didn't know what to do. She spots a burning building and soars that direction stoping to help all who needed assistance on the way. Once at the blazing building she becomes insubstantial and enters through a side wall.
It was obvious that the fire was becoming controlled. She had herd the siruns and knew that the trucks had been spraying already but also knew that many people where still in danger. As she soars room by room she notices a kitten hidden in a corner 'mewing' for its life. She concentrates and lifts the kitten with her mind hovering it into her own grasp.

"Now to get you out of here."

She heads for the nearest exit dodging flames and falling debris. She would have just phased through the walls but unfortunately she can't carry things while insubstantial. She can still fly though! The door is within reach when Chemical Girl hears a loud scream. She quickly hands the kitten to a nice looking pedestrian on looker and is back in the building in a flash. She zooms through the walls fully insubstantial towards the screaming voice. She is getting closer now, and is only a room or two away when a sudden crash startles her. Before she can react she is flooded with a feeling of fatigue and crashes to the burnt wooden floor. She lands in a patch of flame and is forced to roll out to not get burned worse then she already was. She struggles to get back up and tries to phase, she looks up and sees a female figure with a fluttering magic cape draped over her slender and attractive body. The women hovers in the air and seems strangely and wickedly magical. With a tight grin on her face she says

"I followed you in to this building. I have been trailing you for a while now."

She mimics the distressed scream that had lured Chemical Girl into this situation and then laughs.

"The Dragon sends his regards"

She says as she starts to conjure another spell. The only thing Chemical Girl mumbles before fully standing up is,
"Why did it have to be magic. .."
《《《《《《《♧》》》》》》》
The front door opens and the sound of heels clicking on the tile sounds through out the complex. The boys snap to attention , for they know that Vixen has entered the building. The blond bomb shell opens the door to the lounge and walks into the room. The pungent and flowery smell of smoke in the room waves over her, she stops and rolls her eyes.

"Hiya there Vixen, welcome home and I hope you had a good time while you where out"

"Oh Stampede your such a sweetheart"

She sits in the elephant mans lap and gently caresses his face making Stampede blush. Vixen gets up and walks around the room struting her stuff, these boys where wrapped around her finger just how she liked. She plops down on the empty couch and looks over at FlameStrike.

"So who is going to bring me the smokey thingy? Oh and can sometime grab me a margarita from the kitchen? Who's cooking, I want Chinese. .. massage my feet?"

"Problem with emergencies, panic sets in. Let's act as if they are still on, people come first. Omega-Man Vs. State. Omega-man registered but his information was compromised. He lost his family, sued the state, won and retired. I'ts a precedence to resist registration. Yes I am, was, we officially disbanded. Sweep the buildings, go through windows only, do not break through the walls."

His Cannon reached a fevered pitch and release its power once more, stabilizing another building as he launched to a nearby structure he had not yet nullified and picked up some garbage dumpsters. Crushing them into columns, he set them in to brace a weakness his scanners detected and heard the sound of screaming.

~No Juro. No, things didn't go to well at all. It seems that our plans to mount an attack on the mutant registration department holding facility stands. We will need everyone on point. You all know your rolls.
Inform Stampede that he will indeed be the way we smash through the front fortifications. We attack in one day.~

'Home' laid in his bunk in his room, it was fairly stripped to barracks as he held out his fingers like a puppeteer. He curled three fingers from the loss of 'driver' 'guard' and 'War'. That left prime and 'Home' with 4 others still doing odd jobs or other assignments.

Finally he got the message and came out to a thick cloud of hashish. He waved it off and even pondered the comical of coming back out with his 40mm NATO gas-mask. All the same, he passed o the option and addressed the elephant in the room, along with everyone else.

Alright boys and girls. Time to break out the hard stuff, we go live tomorrow so party hard and midnight bedtime.

Necron made his way to the Mad merman with a rapt attention. His leather creaking in rhythm as he moves down the hallway.

"Phase one and four have begun earlier than expected a this unplanned earthquake is too good an opportunity to miss. How goes your experiment? And while I do not know your system, why not use frozen bacteria from the arctic circle, or water itself? Surely water is easier to steal over dinosaur bones."

"Cattle-prod tonfas, I like it, it's simple enough in concept that I could have it ready by tomorrow. Anything else will have to wait, I'm afraid, but I'll keep them in mind. CHi-tah was surprised that they would go to napalm off the bat. Then again, this is also the most powerful mutant in the land, perhaps this is a warranted level of exocution. After all, who better to exocute than assassins?

"Oh, I have been preparing something, sonic charges. They're like little stun grenades. You see, mutants are, for the most part, just like humans, they have human brains, human organs, you know. ~She's pretty, and her mind goes a mile a minute like ours.~
~Ooh, Lust! glad to see you're not just a one track mind. kid.~

"The charges will rattle your teeth. Oh, but I need to make a special helmet for you because of your cat-head."
