OBR is the biggest faction in her, outer banks republic. Every faction is written out on the first page of the ooc.

Rex is one of the characters, hes only had two or three posts so you should read up on him.

The Communist down south are all ghouls or the Rivercats are a all ghoul Faction. Other then that their is Kitty Hawk the capital where you could enlist in the ORB and go of and fight. We have a little to much characters in one place though.

I think Rex would have a twisted since if humor (overall awkaed dude) and since fallout is a mature theme I decided to add that dildo bit. Lol sorry if they got anyone offended.

Hun all the characters are stuck at the vault. No one can move without Gurren and your girl seems to be no where near the vault. You can keep posting, maybe have her cross ways with Eviledd1984 since hes not in the stand off right now.
