Basically, yeah. You could show what Alain was up to before the attack, and then go from there.

I thought about letting Fluke be part of the action, by being cute and harmless until he unleashed his current. But now that Kaze made him use Thundershock, he won't have the element of surprise. Hmm...

Just an FYI to everyone, part of the piece I'm working on involves Rebeca triggering her Drought ability, the effect of which I described as follows:

the black markings across her body began to glow a dull red. The temperature in the air began rising rapidly, and in the sky above the sun began to shimmer and waver slightly through the heat waves.

I figured that a sudden change in the weather would be something that everyone would notice.

Here's a recap on what's going on so far:

The first trainer is being fought by Kaze, Jingle, and Fluke.

The middle trainer is being fought by one person via PM, though I think that collab is ready to be posted.

The third trainer is being fought by Mia, Scarlet, Tantalus, Apate, and Vuduin.

Hopefully this will help the remaining people decide who to fight.

@Zanavy Me and @Leos Klien have basically written a post with a Koffing and a Gourgeist that we're polishing tonight - as long as they're all still there, it's not too important who they came from.

Edit: I'm not sure what everyone else has written privately, but if worst comes to worst, could we retcon the Pokemon each trainer is using so there's definitely a Koffing and a Gourgeist around? Me and Leos are very very happy with what we've written so far :P

These are the Pokemon that are accounted for outside of PMs, as far as I can tell:

Front: Koffing (Kaze - probably out), Pineco (fighting Kaze), Baltoy (Kaze - fainted), Gourgeist (fighting Kaze)

Middle: Golem (reserved by Rebecca), Koffing (Justine - fainted), Pineco, Gourgeist (reserved by Germaine)

Back: Golem (Tantalus - dead), Koffing (reserved by Seras), Pineco (Mia - fainted), Baltoy (Vuduin – asleep)

The woman's Koffing and the middle Gourgeist can still be fought. The Gourgeist is about to take a swipe at Rebeca.

None of the first trainer's Pokemon are knocked out yet. I ran the math; Kaze's lower level and mostly non-stab attacks didn't cut it. So he can still go avatar state and/or the remaining fighters could help him. I was planning to include this info in the mass post. Rethel, I know you're eager to post. I'm just a little worried that one person taking down four enemies won't leave enough for the others to do. Can we wait to see what they want?
