Elite. Damian works as a scouter and field researcher. Unlike many organizations before, such as Team Rocket, or Plasma, Royal Skies has set aside ranks for powerful trainers such as Damian, who keep tabs on some of the more interesting trainers coming to light. They seem to always be the ones to step up the challenge, and it's Damian's job to make sure that they're one step ahead. Damian also conducts research on Pokemon demographics. Be it on a large scale or a small scale. Unlike most pokemon trainers these days, Damian finished college, and he applies his prolonged education all the time.

He tends to operate under the guise of a Pokemon Researcher (which he kinda is), and is currently employed by Professor Maple.

Personality:

Not even going to attempt to beat around the bush here. Damian is a total dick. Now, let me explain.

Damian here is an overconfident, cocky, know it all ass of a human being, much like Gary (motherfucking) Oak and his gaming counterpart Blue. The worst part is that he is often able to get away with his antics due to others being too intimidated by his charisma to tell him otherwise. He himself also backs up to his personality by being an excellent strategist. Damian is constantly challenging himself to work smarter, not harder. Because lets face it people, destroying the hell out of forests to air in your training is not doing wonders for the natural ecosystem. Sometimes he's even use Jerry and have his pokemon train against themselves. There is nothing more trying that making someone compete against their literal match.

So, despite being a total ass, Damian suffers from an inferiority complex. He spends a lot of time making sure his walls are strong. This stems from the fact that his twin sister Donna always seemed to be better at everything than him. Hell, she's still the pride of the family. Because he kinda grew up being second fiddle he is a very self conscious person at heart, but as a very intelligent person recognizes this and masks it almost perfectly. He wants to become the mask he puts on - confident, intelligent, powerful. But he, no matter how smart of cunning is still human and has overdone it some, making him cocky, abrasive, and a know-it-all.

No, he's not a nice guy. He's a smart guy, and he'll take care of you because he's not a bad guy. He's just really hard to get along with.

Professor Oak theorized that due to the fossil's stone composition, the pokemon isn't restored to it's full original state, but rather a contaminated one. Think of it like... different qualities of coal. Some aren't nearly as pure as anthracite, for example. So, basically we've been working on synthetic optimization. It's a project Roark and Professor Rowan from Sinnoh are working on and are having me test. It's creation was probably based based off of the same kind of tech that allows Porygon2 to evolve into Porygon Z, except not permanent. It's in beta form, but since I have immediate access to a Tyrantrum I was granted our treatment method - a mega stone! Can you believe it? A mega stone! They took Tyranitarite and altered the DNA found in it, replacing it with Tyrantrum genetics. It supposedly returns the pokemon to it's full glory, and refines it's rock typing to it's original state. From what I've been told, all of it's stats, except special attack, increase. Cool huh?"
