She laughed at his response, he was always so cheerful and seemingly innocent. She watched him adjust the scarf on his neck, the gorgeous red wrapped about him. "Did you wear red, knowing it's my favorite color?" she asked teasingly, knocking herself against his side playfully. "Oh...I don't need a treat. You're my treat." Chris mentioned, his cheeks matching his scarf in color as a nervous laugh escaped. Bao stared with a smirk, her hand reaching over and squeezing his leg as she leaned in and planted a kiss on his warm cheek. "You're a sweet one Christopher Dunn, don't ever change."

She removed her hand from his leg, placing it back into her own lap. "Are you excited to go back to school?" Bao asked, trying to move on from the kiss she had just planted on him. It was her first kiss, well if you could count that as a kiss yet. "I'm pretty excited to be honest, It'll be nice to get out of the house." she admitted, looking up to the darkening sky. Soon the festival night would be filled with huge bright fireworks, signaling the big explosion into the new season.

Ayumi looked at the guy and could already tell he wasn't very... hmmm... what's the word? Friendly? No, that's not it. Maybe he's just irritable or something. She wasn't used to these type of people. Ayumi always tried to keep her happy mask on and she didn't like people preventing her from doing so. "Yep~" she replied. "A favor? Haha, don't need the stuff bu-" she stopped herself, distracted and looking over at someone she well, somewhat knew. She had barely talked to him before but made sure to remember his name. Along with everyone else's name. "Hey, Andrew!" she called out to him, waving him over with a cheerful smile. She was happy to see yet another face that she recognized. The group was growing by the minute. A bit too happy perhaps. Soon, she gasped, turning back to the guy with an apologetic look. "My bad. So, favor? Just name it and i'll see what I can do!" she said, a kind grin on her face.

Chris smiled hearing that red was her favorite color. "Red's your favorite color, too?" he asked, his voice soft and almost childlike. He smirked a bit after thinking a bit more, having a bit more confidence in his outfit. He flexed his thigh instinctively as he felt Bao's touch. He blushed a bit more as he looked at her hand. "You're a sweet one Christopher Dunn, don't ever change.", he heard Bao say. He felt the kiss on his cheek and his eyes went wide. This would be his first kiss as well period. A peck on the cheek or anything along those lines. He turned his attention to Bao, his blush growing across his face. He felt warm and didn't know how to react, so he just sat there with a huge smile on his face.

Chris' blush started to die down as she lifted her hand away from his leg. Chris heard "school" and immediately shook his head. "Not really. I can't wait to graduate and get school over with to be honest.", he answered. He had a soft smile on his face and looked her in the eyes before looking down at his hands in his lap. He then thought that with school starting, he'd be able to see his friends again. Especially Bao. He wouldn't mind having to get up early to hang out with her. "I gotta admit...being at school gives me a chance to see all my friends.", he said. He looked down and blushed as he thought about Bao more. "And I get to see you...", Chris said under his breath. He hoped she didn't hear that.

Andrew's face lit up with a smile, happy to be noticed. He waved back, not wanting to engage in a conversation since he saw Ayumi already talking to someone. He looked around as he noticed more people coming. Andrew kind of stood there awkwardly, waiting to either be talked to or see the conversation end. He went on his cell phone, checking social media as he tried to pass time.

Dominic looked at the new person, he kinda pisses me off...Not sure why...Don't think I have even met him before...whatever time to dip he thought as he looked back to the girl. looking closer at her he kinda noticed she was very out going, not a bad thing by any but since people in general game him headaches not something he was looking for. After a second of thinking he sighed Not like there would be any to play a game with anyways he thought since he was gonna ask her if the was a basketball court near by so that he could at the very least watch some people play "Well honestly I was gonna hit on you but now kinda a mood killer..." he said to cover himself Fuck it I don't care if she hates me, Like I am gonna spend much time with her. hell even if we were in the same school and class I wouldn't give a shit.

After speaking Dominic chuckled "well Cya have a good rest of your night." he muttered as he left the girl Plus side? Least she complain to her friend about...And at least dad wont bitch at me for not talking to people Dominic didn't really care where he went, but he knew it would have beer.

Andrew looked at Dominic as he left, feeling some serious negative vibes from him. He tried to change the mood and try and make a new friend. "Hey bro! I'm Andrew!", he called as he walked quickly to catch up to him. He didn't want to have an enemy before school started, so naturally he tried to talk to him. Andrew felt a bit odd though, knowing Dominic didn't like Andrew as of now. Andrew was ready to defend himself if necessary.

Alex followed her to the Festival the place was booming and there were tons of people. He saw her end up at a booth where you could shoot hoops. The girl made all the balls go in. <man this girl is pretty athletic.> He thought to himself. He then saw two other guys come up and she was talking to them, they seemed to be around the same age as Her. He then quietly began to walk to another booth with a cork gun target. He paid some money and picked up the gun and began taking out targets with ease. "this is fun" He muttered to himself.@sakurasan

Hmmm~ Insulting someone when he just met them? Ayumi was used to insults. Middle school was a bitch to her and she had been locked in more than one dark closet or storage room. Where did they even get the freaking keys? She had been punched, kicked around, and all that jazz. Verbal insults? Yeah, that stings. Ayumi laughs, opening her mouth to reply. "That so? Ok then." she says, a smile still on her face. Once he starts to leave, she gives him a wave. "See you!" she then turns back to her group with a large smile. Like she was going to bring them down by speaking to them about such a trivial things. Gossip was something that she hated more than the game she played last night. And that game, once again, was utter shit. She turned to Sai with a smile and back over to Alex.

"So, what do you guys want to do next? I've got some firecrackers! Hmmm~ Want to get some ice cream before that though?" Her voice was loud enough so that Alex could hear her as well from the booth across.

Huh. Some girl had gone over to Chris, so she put her attention back on Ayumi. Apparently he was looking for the festival. He must have gotten out late, because it was easy to see where it was. Ayumi introduced the both of them, which gave Saori a reason to just not talk to the guy. She looked over him. He dressed pretty casually, which was kinda surprising considering the amount of people who weren't, but she shrugged it off. Probably a foreigner or something anyways. Nothing too important, she thought.

"Saaaiii~ C'mon!!" Huh? What? Had she zoned out so hard that she didn't even notice Ayumi going over to a stall with the blonde kid. It was a baskeball thing, and apparently Ayumi already knew the guy who ran the stand. She got some pretty cool prizes from it, but there was some guy near her. He...was also dressed casually. He had a shirt, some jeans, and a beanie on. Must've been yet another foreigner. Either that, or he didn't give a shit how he looked. If it was that, it set her off. He asked for her to do him a favor for the stuff he had won. Suspicion...nah, it was okay.

Did he just...what? Sai didn't understand. He...said he was going to hit on Ayumi, and then decided against it because of some "mood killer." Was that an insult? Uh...at least he didn't hit on her, I guess?

Alex hit the last target as he hear what Ayumi said. The owner of the booth just looked in shock and said "wow you're pretty good, just pick from the top shelf." He then grabbed his prize which was a wooden short sword. He then turned to Ayumi and said "sounds like a plan." He attached the sheath of the short sword to his belt so his hands would be free.@sakurasan

He laughed upon hearing being paid back before he noticed he was serious. “Haha, no, no. It’s fine! Just enjoy it!” He says with a kind smile on his face. He turns back to the crowd and sits down to simply watch them go by. His eyes mostly focused on the girls in their pretty kimono’s. He smiled gently. Kimono’s brought back memories from when he was younger and him and his mother would go to festivals. She took forever to get ready but it was probably worth it since she was most definitely the most beautiful one there. Now, she can’t go outside to the festivals anymore but there was still a good feeling about seeing the girls in kimonos. Crap. I probably look like some pervert. Chuckling nervously, he then took his hand once the boy somewhat introduced himself. “Nice to meet you too! My name’s Yuukawa. What’s your name?” He asks the younger boy with a gentle smile on his face once again.

Gentree started to eat the free treat "your my hero". gentree saw as the boy looked at the pretty ladies and sighed. Then the stranger turned to him and introduced himself “Nice to meet you too! My name’s Yuukawa. What’s your name?”. Gentree shook his hand "ahhh no fair you have a cooler name then me..its Gentree". he sighed with releif "i was beginning to be lonely..i hate being lonely..wont you spend time with me?".

Dominic stopped and looked at the guy for a second "You need something Andrew?" he asked "You know you shouldn't leave your friend, she seemed like she wanted to talk to you better get back there before something bad happens to her...can never trust the pricks around here" Dom said as he looked at his phone real quick yup nothing least The runt is having a good time. "Also if your into dude, and this was love at first sight...Not really into dudes so...Sorry I guess." he said in a bored tone. After a second of silence he sighs "Look I'm Dom and I'm in a bad mood, so please for both our sakes out with it before I lose my temper and we both end up the worse off" Dominic was mad, not so much by Andrew himself, but the fact he was here to begin with. He didn't like japan, hell he had never been to japan before moving here, the only real reason he came was for his sibling they had suffered enough when mom left. Had Dominic stayed in their aunt's place it would have left his dad with the kids. He couldn't do that to them, no matter how much he wanted to stay in the US

Chris was beaming, and Bao couldn't help but feel a bit of pride in her handy work. If her parents could see her right now, she'd be grounded for the rest of her life. Thank the heavens they weren't. "Not really. I can't wait to graduate and get school over with to be honest. I gotta admit...being at school gives me a chance to see all my friends." she heard him respond as she nodded her head to his words. She had to agree that she was excited for school to over so she could ship off to college and start her own life away from the tyrant of her mom and dad. A mumble then escaped Chris' lips and Bao turned her attention to him, "What?" she asked before a loud laugh escaped her lips coming to realization of what he had said. "You're a goof." she sighed, small spurts of laughter coming from her lips. Truth be told she was happy he felt that way.

"Let's grab something to snack on, I still owe you a treat from earlier." she asked pushing herself up and onto her feet, before turning back and placing her hand out to give him a hand up.

Andrew was a bit irritated. "Uh huh...", he said, trying to keep calm. Andrew felt disrespected. All he wanted to do was try and be cool with this guy. The fact Dominic was mad didn't resonate with Andrew, not thinking that anger could make you say and do things. Of course Dominic wasn't wrong, he has every right to be mad and not be bothered. But Andrew didn't even think that way. Especially when he heard the claim that he may like guys. "Listen, man. Watch who you talk to. I don't want to be here as much as you. You're lucky I'm not in a bad mood either.", Andrew said. His heart was racing, not really meaning to sound so harsh. But what's done is done. Andrew had a serious look on his face, not wanting to look weak.

The festival was underway. Robert smiled at anyone that passed him by, pretending to be as festive as possible. When he would receive a message on his phone, it typically was in the family group chat. The topic generally involved how the stocks are doing, when are the merchandise arriving at their ports and various other business-related information. None of that interested him at all so he simply put the group's notification on silent.

Holding on to a deep fried candy bar, Robert sat underneath a tree, dazing off by himself. Yeah there were people all around him, some of which are in the same classes as he is, and perhaps even in the same dorm, however, he had just registered for his classes and have not met any of his classmates yet. For now, Robert is completely alone...

After a second Dominic burst out into laughter. After what seemed like a good ten minutes of laughing. Dominic finally caught his breath " Your amusing Thanks for that, I needed it." he said, " Sorry about that, I shouldn't have been rude to began with." he said with a rare smile "Anyways there was something you needed right?" he asked " Like I said I'm Dominic, Call me Dom if you want, everyone else does." he said as he took out his lighter and began playing with it.Welp he got my attention he thought At worse he could be an amusing prick I gotta put up with...at best? a friend I guess? I donno never think that far ahead...gotta work on that...speak of work who was the guy who invented zippos? did he light himself on fire a few times? who figured put seed oil? did they just milk seeds? that a thing? questions for later. he thought to himself quickly his mind wondered. after a few seconds he realized he was zoning out huh thats new... he thought as he thought about his little mind rant "Sorry Zoned out." he said with a half chuckle.

Andrew was taken by surprise, not expecting this reaction from a guy like Dominic. He nodded slowly and shifted his feet. "...right. I'm Andrew. No hard feelings, Dom.", Andrew said. He had no idea how to react. This was totally not what he thought would happen. Andrew had never been this confused before. This guy is odd. Does he think I'm kidding and this was funny to him? Or does he not take me serious and thinks I'm weak? Ugh...who cares. He's not that tough. Andrew thought before smiling a bit. He had to admit, he was glad that this didn't turn into a fight. He hadn't fought in years and didn't want to embarrass himself in public.

"Great!" Ayumi smiled, handing each of them a wad of firecrackers The guy gave her a bunch. Perhaps he knew that she was with a group. But man, these are the ones that could actually burn your finger off! Haha, awesome. She then started walking backwards, heading towards a field of grass where a bunch of people were. Soon, there was a large rail which she hopped onto, balancing herself perfectly. Her kimono was already loose and under she had on a stripped tank top and a pair of blue jean shorts. Crap. Why did I have to decide to go all formal?

They were just about to get there when she noticed a bunch of food stands that had a large variety of food. "Hmmm~ I'm up for some takoyaki! You guys want something to eat?" but just before that, he noticed a guy that was all alone. Alone? On the day of the festival? Nope, that's not happening. He seems to be around my age too. Another new guy, huh? "Be right baaackk~ You guys just get something to eat!" she says to Sai and Alex.

She bends over a bit to see him and looks at him with a kind smile. "Hey! Alone on the festival night? How about you come hang out with me and my friends? You seem our age and anyways, the fireworks are about to start!" she grinned at the boy. "My name's Ayumi by the way! Nice to meet you~" she always did forget to introduce herself. Ayumi pushed a piece of her hair behind her right ear as she stood up with a glowing smile on her face.

He smiled at his comment about being a hero. "Gentree? Haha, rather than cool, that's a cute name!" he said kindly to the boy. He then scruffed the boy's hair and smiled again. "Sure thing. Hmmm... The fireworks are starting soon so do you want to head over there for now?" He stood up after messing with the boy's hair. Soon, he saw two girls looking towards him. One was twirling her hair while the other was whispering to the other girl. They started to advance towards them and Yuukawa broke out in a bit of a sweat. Crap...I'm no good with pushy girls like this. Yuukawa had good looks but girls like this were downright scary to be frank. They don't like to take no for an answer. However, he looked at their kimonos and smiled a bit. Beautiful patterns on each of them. "Hey~ We're heading over there, wanna come?" she pointed to a picnic area. Yuukawa smiled kindly at the girls and grabbed Gentree's arm. "Sorry, gotta go somewhere else right now. Meeting someone." with that, he simply started walking towards the firework area. Crap. Was I too hard on them?
