I don't know why, but I always enjoy playing as a Master in Fate games. Must be the fact that I can boss a big spooky superman around!

"Limited" is putting it lightly. He can move up to 150 ml up to 50 feet, if he has a direct line of sight. That means his effective range is about one city block, he can move about a thimble's worth of stuff at a time, and his attack replaces the first thing it hits. Someone wearing glasses would be largely safe from having their eye poked out, and someone wearing anything that covers the face and body would be nearly immune.

@Scrapula

Owing to his affinity to Water and its transformative characteristics, Hector has mastered the art of magical chemistry, as all great Cavala Magi have. With only a small amount of prana, Hector can transform any element into an amount of another element with equivalent mass. Forming chemical bonds and applying molecularly accurate amounts of heat and pressure are equally simple for Hector, giving him the power to synthesize any chemical on earth. In addition, Hector is wise to the research of the many Cavala apothecaries, and can create a number of magical potions and poisons, for a respectable amount of prana.

So, this is a lot like Alchemy except that you're saying it's Elemental Magecraft, but that's not how Elemental Magecraft works. Water's just a "thing that flows", having an affinity for it doesn't give you an ability to change "something" into "something else". Also, the prana cost won't be as low as you think; it'll be determined on a case-by-case basis. Also, you're not going to have the variability to do this for every element and chemical in existence. If you want this power-set, just say that's it's Alchemy because that's basically what it is, and keep in mind that it will be more difficult than you would like. A rule of thumb is that modern science has outpaced modern magecraft, so if you're thinking "how hard is it going to be for me to do this", a good measure is how hard it is for science to do that.

Keep in mind potion creation will take time and resources.

Finally, Hector has discovered a limited form of teleportation, using the principles of Equivalent Exchange. Hector can teleport up to 150 milliliters of any chemical up to fifty feet, replacing wherever it is they appear. For example, if Hector were to teleport 150 ml of water into concrete, a very small hole would form in the concrete filled with water. Hector can only teleport material to where he can see, meaning that he cannot teleport it directly into someone's brainstem-- unless their brainstem was exposed to the open air.

Teleportation is something at the level of a True Magic that even an Age of Gods magus needs prep time to accomplish and that a monstrous distortion of a man needs to be inside of a pseudo-Reality Marble building for. I get that it's limited, but that doesn't change that teleportation isn't something any Master in this has any right possessing in their skill-set, let alone as just another spell in their repertoire. Even if they did, they'd be hammered with a Sealing Designation and put in a jar in a heartbeat.

Also keep in mind that the Resistance effect is very much a thing.

Caracalla's Insightful Elixir of Alium: One of very few ways to grant magical abilities to a non-magus, the Elixir of Alium temporarily grants a small measure of magical power to its user, giving them a small amount of control over one of the Five Great Elements. This is limited solely to the creation and projection of the most basic form of the element, and results in permanent nerve damage as a portion of the user's nervous system is converted into Magic Circuitry.

Remove this.

Good thing I haven't followed my plan of a character inspired on Kiritsugu, then.

The horrifying moment you realize you have a Caster and everyone else has Magic Resistance.
Whelp, I always did love a challenge, thought I find myself for more empathetic to the plight of Medea. No wonder she had to drain all those civilians.

Only Saber and Rider have any significant resistance so far, and that shouldn't be that much of a problem to someone such as Tamamo. That said, the Servants so far indicate that this will be HGW with little attrition between he Servants. No one seems to have that bad of a personality and there's even the possibility that they would get along (Saber and Caster in particular) were they not meant to kill each other.

Magic Resistance only matters if you let it matter. It's easy to get around if you know what you're doing.

@Zobozun

So he's a homunculus? What's his defect? They all need defects. Keep in mind that he's not going to be Einzbern-quality.

A homunculus can be designed for either magecraft (Sella), or physical (Leysritt). Which is he? The profile suggests physical, so to what degree?

All homunculi have sucky od. Like, worse than even the lowest human's od.

His magic code is located where a normal person's navel would be.

His what?

Just say the watch is am amplifier for suggestion, remove the part about "attuning energy".

If he knows alchemical theory, why does he not know alchemy?

Also, Alchemy's a very odd Origin, but that's not really something you need to change.

How does the "internal furnace" work? Is it a Mystic Code inside his body, or what?

I was just going with him being a golem or something. After looking up what fate homunculi are supposed to be like I guess it's fixed more or less.
To be honest I can't make heads or tails of this Willy Wonka bullshit and I just want to ham it up with time traveling robot Rasputin. In order:
-I think it's fixed
-Physical with an emphasis on being really hard to kill
-Okay
-Meant to put magic crest
-I think it's fixed
-I assumed knowing how alchemy works and practicing it were two different things since it's a form of magecraft but if not then okay
-Okay
-Sure let's go with that
