The good news is, last night my internet went out which gave me a great opportunity to bash out the penultimate post for DD's current arc despite my insane work schedule in the manic fervour of the Easter Weekend.
The bad news is, last night my internet went out which meant I couldn't actually put up said post until tonight.
The better news is, said post is now up.

Recently got Marvel Unlimited and jumped right into this guy's story. I want to finish my reading before finishing the CS, but at least it gives y'all an idea where I'm headed.
Stories of K’un-Lun, the Immortal City, had spread from the Tibet region for thousands of years. Many spoke in hushed tones of its immortal people and their formidable fighting styles. Others had heard of their champion, the Iron Fist, who was able to focus the divine life energy of dragons to perform amazing feats. Yes, the stories of K’un-Lun were well known throughout the world.
But few knew they were fact rather than myth.
The mystical city appeared in the K’un-Lun mountains in Tibet once every ten years, emerging from its special pocket dimension. This dimension slows the aging of its residence, extending their life to immortal-like lengths. Through their long lives, the people of K’un-Lun have learned to focus their life force, or “Chi”, making them in-tune with nature, giving them vast mystical wisdom, and crafting formidable warriors.
None were as powerful as their champion, the Iron Fist. A chosen warrior, once in a generation, fights for the right to be the Iron Fist by challenging the dragon Shou-Lao the Undying to combat. If the chosen is successful, they plunge their hands into the dragon’s heart, absorbing its Chi and becoming the warrior of legend.
While the Immortal City was real, few had ever been able to see its glory with their own eyes. Two who did, Orson Randall and Wendell Rand, would turn K’un-Lun towards the New Frontier.
Orson was born in the city after his father, an inventor, and pregnant mother crashed there in their airship. His mother died in childbirth, and his father abandoned him in the city. He was taken in and instructed in K’un-Lun’s kung fu by Lei Kung the Thunderer, and eventually he was chosen to face the dragon. Orson became the Iron Fist, though it would not last.
During a convergence of the seven Immortal Cities, Orson was told he would need to fight the others’ champions. He rebelled, killing one of the other champions in the process and stealing the secret history of the Iron Fist lineage.
He spent the following decades adventuring with friends. They fought in WWI, formed one of the first superhero groups, and won back his father’s fortune.
Eventually, the stress of constantly running from the agents of the Seven Cities was too much for Orson. He began to abuse opium. Around this time he took in orphan Wendell Rand. He taught Rand all he knew about combat and about the city where he was trained.
Eventually, Wendell himself went to K’un-Lun, intending to become the Iron Fist himself. Wendell succeeded in gaining the honor to face Shou-Lao, angering Lei Kung’s son Davos in the process. But Rand left K’un-Lun before challenging the dragon, deciding the life of Iron Fist was not for him.
After his desertion of K’un-Lun, Wendell found that Orson had died, leaving his sizeable fortune to his protege. With it, Wendell founded the Rand Corporation, which became a titan of industry. He settled down and married socialite Heather Duncan, and the two had a son they named Daniel. The family was happy, and Wendell put them over his company. They were his world.
Still, he had a tug in the back of his mind to return to K’un-Lun. When Danny was nine years old, he accompanied his parents on a expedition to the city. On their trek, however, Davos, the bitter son of Lei Kung, ambushed his old rival. Wendell and Heather were killed in the struggle, while Danny was lost in a blizzard. But, as it often did, K’un-Lun appeared to him and brought him in.
Danny was adopted by the Yu-Ti, the August Personage in Jade and ruler of the city. Lei Kung also began training him, seeing the potential in the boy. Danny took to the training like a fish to water, and he spent the years K’un-Lun was detached from Earth becoming the finest pupil the Thunderer ever had.
When Danny’s time came to face Shou-Lao, he succeeded in becoming the Iron Fist. After K’un-Lun returned to Earth in 2011, the nineteen year old Daniel returned to the world. He felt he could do more good on earth than in the city, though he intended to return at the end of the decade.
Danny found himself in a world in chaos. Mutants and superhumans had emerged from the woodwork, and most were branded enemies of humanity. Iron Fist believed he could help, but not without additional training and knowledge.
First, he returned to New York and took control of the Rand Corporation. While it was no longer a powerhouse company, Danny was still one of the richest men in the world upon his return. He put his father’s friend and associate Jerry Hogarth in charge of day to day operations while he continued his training.
Unfortunately, Davos, his father’s sworn enemy, also learned of Danny’s return. Now known as the “Steel Serpent”, Davos planned to kill Rand as he did his parents. Allying himself with other assassins such as Lady Shiva, Cheshire, Deadshot, and Batroc, Steel Serpent set about trying to break Danny. Their confrontation ended at the Rand Building in New York, where Iron Fist saved his employees and defeated Steel Serpent.
While Danny was investigating the New York crime boss Bushmaster for using Rand Corp ships to smuggle weapons, he came in contact with Power Man, aka Luke Cage, who was also after the mobster for framing him and kidnapping his friends. The two were later joined by Colleen Wing, whose partner Misty Knight had disappeared after going undercover in the mobster’s gang. The three managed to defeat the villain, save their friends, and clear Luke’s name.
The four became quick friends. Luke and Danny opened their own service, called Heroes for Hire, offering superheroics to those in need. Rand and Knight also entered into a relationship.
The Heroes for Hire spent the years helping those that need it.
Orson Randall reappears, giving Danny the book of Iron Fists, and explaining his history to the younger Immortal Weapon. Danny thirsted to learn more, but Randall was killed by a resurgent Steel Serpent before the two of them are transported to K’un-Lun by unknown means. There, it is explained the Seven Immortal cities are in alignment, a phenomena that kicks off a martial arts tournament to decide each city’s place in the cosmic dance.
During the tournament, Danny learns of a plot to destroy K’un-Lun by an unknown force led by a man named Xao, with Steel Serpent as a mole inside. Using machines set up long ago by Orson’s father, the city is invade, though the forces are repelled by the Seven Immortal Weapons and the Thunderer.
During this time, the corrupt and cruel son of the Yu-Ti that helped raise Danny was also overthrown, with Lei Kung now acting as K’un-Lun’s leader.
The Seven Weapons are now on Earth, searching for the power behind Xao’s invasion.

Luke Cage/Power Man: Iron Fist’s best friend and business partner, Luke Cage is a vigilante from Harlem. Though the two could not be more different, yet they’re like brothers.
Misty Knight: A former NYPD officer turned PI. Danny’s on-again, off-again girlfriend. Currently off-again.
Colleen Wing: Misty’s partner
Jessica Jones: A former superheroine and former PI. Luke’s on-again, off-again girlfriend. Currently on-again.
Jerry Hogarth: Danny’s business partner.
Jenny Royce: Luke and Danny's secretary
How (if at all) does the New Frontier version of your character differ from the original?: None, whatsoever.
Back-to-back Spider-Men posts. Woo! Easter makes tomorrow basically a non-starter for writing Flash, but I'll see what I can do. I'll get these trains moving again, dammit.

That being said, the rest of this DC Rebirth stuff doesn't seem too bad if i'm honest. Although i guess that's coming from someone who has been reading much DC recently. Some the new titles seem interesting; Especially can't wait for Blue Beetle, since it's starring Ted and Jaime!
Sucks that they're cancelling a bunch of other stuff though, like Secret Six and Midnighter!

I'm just happy that Green Arrow's getting his goatee back. And that him and Black Canary are finally going to meet. And that he's getting his goatee back.

I imagine they'll pull something along the lines of the chair not knowing. Seems like a cope out is in order no matter what, tbh.
@Lord Wraith owning the Season Pass I no longer regret getting Lego Avengers. With the fact they'll be releasing an Ant-Man DLC this year and a character pack for Civil War (I presume they'll add story later) looks like everything after the first Avengers movie will be included one way or another.
