More like an alternative. CS can't attack the same turn, has a lower attack in most situations and is a Chaos Summon instead of using the same attribute. On the flipside, he's permanent removal and this isn't, as well as there being a reliance on Fusion Monsters in the Extra Deck.

Okay Look that effect is just way to much of a hard lock. Its better then Vanitys because you yourself can still special summon. Generally speaking for the ease of summoning in say a light specific deck like Lightsworn or a light dark hybrid like chaos decks. This card is generally going to be extremely powerful due to the fact its getting a constant attack point gain and it negates special summons.

Its not amorphage levels but it is still extremely bloated to have both the ATK point gain and the Summon negation with Banishment (which is a hard thing to counter)

It has Raioh's problem though. You cannot prevent Special Summons by another card effect means Fusions would get around her and other cards too.

Still ain't buying it. Decks that don't rely on Fusion and such would be hard pressed to summon their monsters.

Plus, it's not a once per turn thing, making it even harder to get past it.

Yeah, I would say this card really needs a OPT clause. Maybe even a hard one.

Also, are you sure about not having a Once Per Turn clause on Eos? Because it still destroys Synchro and Xyz decks with a good hand. Especially in a 4k format.
