So, my current pitch for a character is a priest that got into the inquisition after warp fuckery caused his congregation to explode into nurglings, forcing him to burn the place down with a flamer.
Name: Marcus agathon
Age:60
Class: Priest
Equipment: A Flamer, A standard issue book of holy scriptures. A holy symbol (with convenient sharp edges).
Notable Deeds: Marcus was but a simple priest for most of his life. Guiding his fellow imperial citizens along the right path as just another cog in the ecclesiarchy. That changed when a nurglite cult decided to make their move on the planet he lived.
His faith was tested when his congregation exploded into nurglings before his eyes. Through some miracle, he managed to survive the fracas using nothing but his faith and a flamer he acquired in the chaos. Naturally, the inquisition was quite curious how a priest could survive in the face of daemons, but they found his faith to still be true after everything that happened. And so it was that he found himself in the inquisition from that point onwards.
Time with Inquisitor: He has been with the inquisitor for only a short time.
Appearance:An aged man dressed in plain robes. He is slightly balding, somewhat out of shape, and scarred both by time and by the vile beings of the warp. The only things of value he carries are the symbols of faith he carries around as signs of his unshakeable conviction.
40K Knowledge Question: I answered everything I know by heart
-Who turned Horus to Chaos? It is genrally agreed upon that it was lorgar, primarch of the word bearers who turned horus to chaos
-What were the Necrons, before they turned into Necrons? The prehistoric necrons were a race known as the necrontyr
-What are the origins of the Orks? A warrior race created by the now presumably extinct old ones that kind of spiralled out of control.
