@Undine Hey if you want one of your characters (or all, it doesn't matter to me) to have a audacious journalist (whose pretty blunt with her words, can be a bitch, doesn't give too shits, and meddles in other people's lives) to be a friend of theirs, I'm good with that. Friend would be a loose term for them since she has a major guard up, however if you want someone to be an exception that went through the agonizing effort to get to know Eternity, then we can arrange something. Ettie would have more friends just to be friends (going out to eat, her watching them perform.. etc, etc). She's been in Edgetoun for 7/8 years.
Blake Preston: I don't see her knowing Blake, not yet at least. Only because they're both big names on the internet (well, Ettie's alias is pretty famous. People would know her actual name if they read the magazine 'Breakthrough' and/or site 'Trance Weekly Online' she does columnist work on during the day or if they know she's the daughter of Lucas Loveless, President/CEO of Millennium Worldwide Holdings, Inc. Which is just a fancy way of saying he's in charge of a major hotel line and she's a hotel heiress kind of like Paris Hilton). I can definitely see Blake knowing of the name Stephanie Anderson on FacelessVision (a elite leak video site). They'd probably know of each other's work but perhaps that's it.
Elise Callaghan: and her would be an interesting friend dynamic. The silent and the loud. lol. They both love to people watch. And Eternity is kinda old fashioned in some sense so I can see her liking classical music. Elise sounds like a sweetheart and if people took her for granted, Ettie would start a war. A very fiery woman xD. They both would just be pretty gorgeous standing next to each other. Ettie could most definitely know sign language with all the school she's went through. Even if she didn't when they first met, she would have taken classes so she could talk to her friend.
Ethan Cooper: Her puppy! She'd always comment on his bad fashion sense, but she'd probably adore him. He makes his look work and that's what matters. Though him being loyal to her might be bad news since he'll get in a lot of dangerous situations. He sounds like he may not necessarily agree with her line of work but possibly accept it because it's what she enjoys. However, I can see him giving her alternatives: why don't you work here? It's safe! And you won't possibly get kidnapped in the dark of the night! I can see their personalities working well together. Two confident people and she can easily help him with his anxiety when meeting new people. They're both extremely hardworking and stubborn as a mule which could be a recipe for disaster but eh xD. The one criteria he'll have to meet is he can't be outright dumb. He has to have some sort of brain. Eternity loves smart/witty/not outright idiots. He doesn't have to be a scholar but if he wanted to get over that leap of acquaintance to friend, he's probably had interesting conversations with her that showed he isn't just a big teddy bear.
Aiden Phillips: Another confident man, hoo, hoo. He seems like he'd love to try to get under her skin, even if it can be difficult. His arrogance would clash with her. They could've potentially had like 'a thing' in the past. Reading this just makes me see a love/hate relationship. She'd hate his self centered attitude but that's because she can be just as bad. An asshole and a bitch. Both are pretty meh about love for their own personal reasons and 'forges their own path dammit'. The way he is has a lot of similarities with Eternity, like not showing their vulnerability. They'd probably hate each other just because of how similar their strong personalities are xD. They both like twilight and are seen as a tease. The danger of her being friends with Aiden is he's vampire, she's fae. He also is well off as a doctor, it would make sense for two rich people to know each other (even if it's just through passing).
Megumi: As much as I'd love for Eternity to know her, I don't think she would. Especially since she's roommates with Alistair
@McHaggis. I feel like Alistair would know a lot about Eternity, like the whole 'she's a hotel heiress' kind of thing but they've never actually met (unless he is the landlord for Churchhill - then they might have). I may have Ettie inquire about Alistair's dhampire daughter that was on the news at some point >.>. But yeah. I feel like the only way at least at the start of the game for Ettie to know Megumi is if she knew Alistair. Ettie and Alistair probably go to the same bars/drinking places occasionally, perhaps they even gotten in a intelligible conversation in the past, but I don't see them in the same circle, not yet at least.
