Weapon: she caries a large sword almost the size of her. (the sword in the picture) It is Held with with both hands since she is not strong enough in human form to wield it properly but it is still deadly nonetheless. In dragon form she can carry it with one hand and it is enchanted with fire giving it a super heated blade.

Tome: white tome or the dragon tome.
This tome takes the form of a arm brace.
It's abilities include the ability to create flames around her body and control them. She can breath fire like a dragon, can control any fire, allows her to stand in fire without being hurt, and allows her to move at blinding speeds.
It's most notable effect is the ability to transform her body into half dragon. It transforms her feet into dragon like feet and makes her legs scaled up from her feet to the rio of her thighs. It makes her hands into clawed hands and makes her arms scaled from her hands to her shoulders. It makes wings grow out of her back to allow her to fly and create gusts of wind by flapping them. It makes her grow horns out of the top of her head that are around half a foot long nod are repetitively curved back. It makes her grow a dragon like tail and it makes all her teeth pointy and sharp like a dragons teeth. It makes her grow in size and makes her a foot taller to tower most people and it significantly increases her strength, speed, and magical power.

I do find her Tome interesting and she looks fine so far. I take it you're going to polish up the grammar and overall look of the CS since you're editing her?

Hmm. Overall it's fine, albeit it can still do with some more polishing in terms of formatting the CS as a whole. But you'll learn all those neat tricks in time. She's accepted; please place her into the Character Tab. I recommend you wait until @KoL and I have posted so that it won't be so awkward to jump into the IC.

Emilia, princess of warovia has captured Asgard, the crimson knight, because shes like hey you killed my father prepare to die. So right now she's holding a tournament for some reason while holding Asgard who may be hypnotized captive. This is a bad thing because.... reasons. The Jester, who is like an all powerful being, is like 'dude you can't do that'

They can. We can just say they made their way out in one of the other rounds. Though you'll have to ask KoL about this later since they're the one mostly manning the tournament.

Yeah, I'm sorry. I'm currently grounded (-___-) and my dad has taken my computer and all other electronics. The only reason I'm on it now is because I have an essay due tonight at midnight. I'll try to secretly write a post up while writing my essay but I have to do homework tomorrow so if not tonight, hopefully tomorrow. Sorry, things are kind of stressful in my house right now.

There's no problem. Just drop by the arena and join the bloodshed, since this is the penultimate round of the tournament that's pretty much your last chance to come and fight. After that there may be more to Exilia, but it's super secret yet.
