And the West Wing isn't a guilty pleasure, it's genuinely clever and has a charming cast. Too bad it's repetitive and really, really, really long.

I've never watched a full episode of it but I understand a lot of it is on an island.

The only other one I can think of is Thunderbirds and I doubt your watching that.

Yeah, that and long unbroken shots of people walking and talking. I imagine his pushing of his own political views through his characters is also present in all of his shows?

Man, that's blatant. I consider myself pretty damn liberal but the way that Sorkin's liberal philosophy is shoved down the viewer's throat is probably the most annoying thing about the West Wing. A couple of scenes where a republican is just publicly humiliated by one of the main characters really stank of "look how they can do no wrong!".

If you knew some of the movies I've watched (and then rewatched), knowing I'd hate them when I did...

I think hatewatching is a very pure form of enjoyment, like picking a scab. So there'll be no judgement from this corner.

No verbal judgement, anyway.

I'm actually going to have to outtie as well. Gotta prepare for AP exams (less than a month left) and get college stuff sorted out for when I begin my freshman year.

It's been a lovely time, though. My first roleplay on the site. It's too bad I found out about this site just this late into my life!
