Leo waited, looking at the teacher go up to the desk seeing the pirate student starting to doze off, interrupted by the loud slamming of the desk. "Liking this class already..." Leo thought in his head sarcastically, wondering how this could get any worse. But quickly immediately getting nervous when she mentioned going into pairs, and he stood up in revulsion hearing who he had been paired with. "Teach, are you kidding me? Why am I getting paired with the trouble maker? I don't want to cook with someone so spoiled they probably don't even know how to start a fire. Pair her and the sleeping student!" Leo spoke out in protest, especially upset considering it had to do with whether he got to eat or not, putting that in someone's hands was not something he appreciated.

Jay waited to hear who he was paired with, not even surprised seeing which students were acting up, just hoping they'd all get tossed out of class, peculiarly the student in red. Admittedly enjoying, him being upset. As did Inigo, who was still watching from the window scoffing seeing Flick. "Oh come on, I'm not allowed in school but that is?" Inigo complains. Jay silently nodded to Roman, as Jay sighed not terribly pleased at her choice. Getting up, not making a fuss of it, going over to Katherin seeing who she was from the teacher pointing the students out since it was doubtful anyone knew each others name yet. "Let's get cooking." Jay states in an apathetic tone.

@KatherinWinter As soon as the book slammed onto the desktop Axel gave the woman a death glare. A hand brushed through the male haircut making the small hook earring gleam. Usually the girl was one for violence upon awakening but this didn't call for that... Yet. As Lorane spoke the the pirate stretched wonder how worse the day could get. Then came Axel's answer. The mutt was her cooking partner making things more disagreeable.

@KindledBeast" Great. Someone feed me to a crocodile now. Whatever we have on the ship was what was to eat. Even if it was horrible looking." the pirate answered Roman. She already knew how to cook at least a bit. Just as the girl shifted a big mouthed red wearing guy opened his mouth.

@SleepingSilence" I could always cut you to size. Then everything would be solved. I'm allows itching for a fight anyways.

Roman shook his head, "Then let's cook so we can get this over with." He laughed and started rubbing his eyes. "I don't really care what we prepare I'll eat it either way, just do me a favor and swallow your pride so we can get this done with." he spoke with a blunt tone in his voice

Flick lowered their head to hide their snicker at the teacher's response to the girl's protest, she sure told her! But it was best to hide their amusement, they didn't want to get on the bad side of someone with power. They again regretted being so late, they had no idea who this Avary person that they had been paired up with. They looked around the room before realizing they didn't know what they where searching for. They would have to just try to find Avary by calling their name and hoping they heard. "Hey, Avary" they called out "i'm Flick, over here."

Leo couldn't help but smirk at his threat as he clenched up on of his fist, he almost wanted a fight to break out just to relief some tension, full prepared to make the pirate explodes, from ripping his inner muscles to shreds. But he held himself back from replying knowing his sister was right beside him as he gave Jay a slight glare not trusting him to be with his sister either. "You're just lucky, my sister is around" "Whatever..." Leo replied to Axel expressing his dismissal.

Jay didn't even acknowledge Leo's glare, standing there waiting with crossed arms, seeing that the one student was being partnered with the loud mouth pirate, though he certainly wouldn't mind him and Leo beating each other into pulps. Inigo still observing the class, hearing they were making food made him hungry as he wasn't paying attention accidentally slipping off the doorknob he was standing on and falling on the ground, rubbing his head happy that he was invisible so no one could see him do that. "Ow."

When the elderly teacher made her unneeded and quite rude outburst, Lorane's hand found itself on her chest. The look on her face was one of shock, her mouth hanging open and her brows furrowed. "Well that was uncalled for! I have done nothing to offend you, and yet you spit out your insults in my direction! Why? Because another member of the faculty expressed dislike towards me? Is that what kind of school this is? Where if one finds a fault in another, everyone sees only that fault." Her words seemed sharp, slightly angry, and logical. She then leaned forward, her face losing its shocked expression. Her lips were curved downward ever so slightly, her eyes narrowing on the teacher. "I say you get to know me before you cast your judgement." Her head then darted to her partner, who had just finished his complaint. "And that goes for you too. Now come sit. We have things to do." She patted the seat to the left of her, which had been emptied when Penelope went to sit beside Caroline.

Katherin frowned when the teacher assigned the boy who had been fighting with Leo to be her partner. She didn't want to be near someone who had been so rude to her brother. But she didn't protest. She would never do that. She sighed and got up and moved over to the boy, who's name was apparently Jay. She wasn't happy about this but she would do her very best. "What do you want to make?"

"I was willing to give you a chance before you acted like a stuck up snob who was better then anyone else in the class. Maybe if you acted different I would treat you different. You are the one who determines how you are treated. I had no expectation until you opened your mouth. No one is better then anyone else here." The teacher announced.

@KindledBeast Axel nodded at Roman. She would prefer not getting threaten to be thrown out just to be given to Hook. Alright. I can shallow my pride for one day I guess. Well mate if you're willing to eat it then I guess we should get started." she said as she made her way to the sink. Slowly the girl pulled out her knife showing she wasn't going to hurt him. Potatoes, onions, beef, and carrots. Can you get these please? If not just grab something you will think will be good together and I'll make do." the pirate said as she washed the knife and her hands.

Roman nodded and headed to supplies grab everything axel needed, Roman glanced at the girls hook earrings as he was walking away he wondered how she got them they we pretty nice. He quickly grabbed the carrots, potatoes, beef then stared at the onion. "Oh god it stinks." He said under his breath. as he quickly grabbed it he took a deep breath and ran back to axel putting all the ingredients down on the table. "Alright what els would you like me to do?" he asked breathing heavily from running and holding his breath.

Leo remained quiet with an annoyed look on his face, everything seemed to be going wrong today. Watching the teacher and the student bicker back and forth. Still really disliking this decision that was made preferring if he was with his own sister. It didn't matter what the she said, her attitude was exactly what Leo didn't like being around. Making him wonder what was with his luck to run into all this different people who already gave him bad vibes? Leo walked over to the student with a sigh trying to make himself look and sound less frustrated. Sitting down next to her, looking at her. "What do you want to make then?" Leo asked her trying to be proactive.

Jay sat down and thought for a moment, not exactly sure how to answer that question. For starters, Jay didn't really even eat that much. So he wasn't even hungry right now, he certainly didn't have much cooking experience, hell Inigo made most of their food. Jay looked away rubbing the back of his head. "I guess whatever sounds good to you." Jay replied to Katherin.

When the teacher had finished her little spiel, Lorane leaned back in her chair and gritted her teeth. "Even so, you cannot begin to judge me on a single question, one which I assure you was not thought by only me. Now, I expect to be treated with the same level of respect and kindness as any other student. That's not asking to-" Lorane was cut off by her partner's words. "Oh, I don't really care. Just nothing to do with anything hot...or fish. So...maybe a sandwich?" she suggested.

@KindledBeast" Usually when I see someone running it's either because my father is shooting at them or throwing something around. Both being almost all the time since I've been born." Axel commented as she turned around. The girl leaned against the table, just staring at Roman. This lasted for a minute before the girl answered his question with a charming smile." Let's see mate. If you really want to help then I need a pan and oil. Once you're done with that could you cut the potatoes and carrots. I'll take the onion and beef." the pirate answered." If you mess it up I'll do what my father does when I screw a task up. I'll beat the crap out of you."

Roman shook his head like a parent would shake their head at a child they knew was lying. "If you insist." He gone still blunt, he would take what she said as a threat and do something about it but he had sting morals about harming women. He walked over to the supplies and grabbed a decent size pan and some olive oil, he put them by Axel and then begun cutting potatoes for their dish. He cut with percision barely missing his fingers as he cut.

@KindledBeast" What was that for? Isn't that what a parent is suppose to do? My father uses violence all the time. Between the violence and being a science experiment. My life is rather loud." Alex said as she turned the heat on low." Unlike every powered person in this room mine aren't natural." she said trying to make conversation as she peeled the top layers off the onion.

Katherin wasn't great in the kitchen. Her absent mindedness tended to get her into trouble. She tried to think of something simple to make. What were they least likely to screw up? She wondered. The old lady walked around handing out cookbooks. She didn't think any of them were ready for recipes. There were too many ways they could mess up. She wanted to eat today. "How about omelets?"

"I will treat you anyway I want. And I treat you the way your actions indicate you should be treated. You didn't simply ask a question. You stated that you had servants as if that made you better then those who didn't have servants. You are no better then anyone else in this room. You will do your share of the work." The old lady snapped. "That goes for all of you slacking off isn't an option. You are here for a reason."

Leo actually already knew how to cook several things, he thought maybe he could show of and cook something amazing and impress the class. He then became dumbfounded by her response leaning back and staring at the ceiling for a moment. "Great, I'm in school...learning...to make a sandwich." Leo thought letting out a small sigh. Leo looked at the teacher quickly addressing her. "Were not judged on how complex the food we make are we?"

Jay took the cookbook the teacher gave them, scanning through it. Growing slightly embarrassed when he didn't he know what most of these ingredients looked like or even were. He never really thought about, how much he didn't actually know when it came to this stuff. "What the hell is Rosemary?" Jay set the book down, and heard Katherin making her suggestion for omelets. "Oh, yeah those...you make those with eggs right?" Jay asked her in a uncertain tone.

Roman got serious a d stood behind the girl lowering his head so he could whisper in her ear. "I scold you like I would a child because you're almost acting like one. You're life isn't loud you just enjoy putting it on blast. A lot of us have had it rough we don't exactly have the best of backgrounds after all. We all have our demons you just put yours on display." Once roman was done whispering to the girl he pulled his head away from her and begun putting the chopped potatoes into the pan. Roman didn't have a soft spot for people who had been abused but he had the empathy to understand their pain, everyday as a child he would train to make his father proud and then one day his father changed became a nice wolf, on that day something inside Roman changed too.

Just then, a feline voice yelled out, "Hey, Avary" they called out "i'm Flick, over here."
Great, peppy people, he walked over to them, waiting for this day to end.

@KindledBeastRoman whispering into her ear startled the pirate. There was an automatic urge to slash behind. Thankfully the boy had moved away just in time. The pirate bit down on her tongue as she continued to cut the onion. Thankfully it was finally done when Axel scraped it inside, stirring the mixture with her knife." Don't let this burn. Otherwise it will taste like charcoal. Would you like something else with it?" the pirate asked as she wiped her eyes.

Katherin rolled her eyes. Was this guy serious? Looking at him she decided that he was. So much for todays grade. With this guy as her partner there was no way she was going to get a good grade. She sighed. Hopefully she could atleast get something to eat. "Yes omelets are made with eggs. They are one of the easier things that you can make with eggs. You can put anything in them. Is there anything you don't like to eat?"
