Guido Prime nods as he continues to reabsorb his dupes. "It doesn't take any energy to take them back. If anything, it's like drinking an energy drink– a quick pick me up."

"Alright" Lance exited the arena accepting his low grade, he needed more practice if he was ever gonna survive in the real world. "Thanks for the words mimic" Lance says going back into the classroom in deep thought.

Katherin stood to her feet. Mimic's class had been about what she had expected. He issued a challenge and someone took him up on it. She was alittle disappointed that the fight had ended in a draw. Not because she wanted to see someone lose but because she didn't think that the boys had pushed each other. Still it wasn't her call to make. It was time for individual classes. Which for her meant her counseling class.

Luthor decided to skip his next class and headed to his dorm quietly. He locked his door and got on his computer.he wasn't sure if it was safe to bring the recent discovery to the school is he had it sent to a warehouse he bought nearby. Then he took out the blueprints and looked then over. "My father couldn't dream of armor like this." He gripped his pencil, remembering how his dad died.

Medora arrives at the front of the academy. Lighting on the ground she takes a deep breath before appearing rather displeased. The air outside New Attilan was not as clean and it bothered her. Since her arrival was scheduled she was let in went to the office to get signed up right away.

Her journey to the academy itself was somewhat interesting. Being that she looks much more alien than not she was called such on more than one occasion. One would think by now that humanity would not be so surprised by unique looking beings. But as she was told humanity was not the brightest of species, nor the most accepting. They also were apparently rather touchy with their greeting habits. There were things like handshakes and hugs. Not something she ever received much of from her parents. Her mother was absent, though that was likely the also the fault of her father.

By the time Medora was registered it was time for individual classes. Rather than leaving her to her own when she had no idea what to do it was decided to pair her with one of the other students for the moment.

Zack stood to his feet. Now he and Griffin would change places. They had fighting class next. As much as he wanted to learn to protect himself Griffin wouldn't let him. His brother believed it was his job to protect him. Their agreement was working so far so he wouldn't argue. So far Griffin had done a good job of protected them so far. There was little resdon to chsnge things right now. He stood and headed out of the room.

Kijani felt a little sorry for the new students. Typical Mimic, docking them both for being well matched. Sometimes fights did have draws, there was no sense in making it their fault. Tactical retreats happened all the time. Standing up and gathering her things, Kijani rolled her eyes. "It'll be another oh-so-engaging year. I'm sure I'll learn plenty, Mimic." Plenty about how to fail in your work and life. She still recalled that one girl who gave Mimic a nervous breakdown with just a touch. She hoped Mimic remembered, too...

"Hey." She approached Connor and gave him a light kiss on the cheek. "I've got modern weaponry next, with Frank Castle." Who best to teach students how to properly handle a gun than the Punisher himself? "...wish me luck, Connor. We can talk about my plane over lunch."

--

"Was that all?" Kassy murmured to no one at all. While watching the boys fight had been engaging, at least, she hadn't actually learned anything. It was kind of disappointing. Maybe the next one would be better. After taking a drink of water, she checked her schedule and her map, and started off toward the fighting class. Even though Kassy didn't look like much, she and most of her people had been trained in basic self-defense since a young age. You had to know how to fight when you shared an ocean with predators. Kassy didn't exactly enjoy the activity, though. She really didn't want to hurt anyone. If it came down to it, though, to fight or die, she would fight- swiftly and without mercy. She knew that about herself, just as surely as she knew her magic.

Sometimes she was afraid of what else lie in her heart.

"Aha. Here we go." She swung open the door, and stepped into the room. After setting down her things and rehydrating, she removed one of her skirts to reveal a shorter one. This one was made for activity, and was well tied at her waist and split down both sides for freedom of movement. It was a little embarrassing to show her legs, but she'd rather do that than trip.

Lance smirked sitting in his seat, if gudio proved to be a grade A threat and it was a real battle it would have been different. He didn't sweat it though he just needed more training and to expand his imagination and arsenal of constructs. He watched as the next student approached the battlefield.

The first day of school was hectic for everyone, including the teachers and the headmaster. Bruce Wayne monitored the computers showing various aspects of the school, lingering on Mimic's class, watching what was happening, his eyes inevitable drawn, as they always were, to Phoebe. The time with his daughter, while not enough to make up for the two decades absence from her life, had been wonderful.

He didn't want to see her leave the school, but knew one day soon she'd graduate.

"It was a hell of a year last year, and this year is probably going to be more so" Bruce said, looking up as Clark entered the office. "We need to have a meeting. Speak with the rest of the staff, and organise it for after lessons."

Clark nodded, "We need to talk, later, Bruce."

Bruce watched Clark leave the room, frowning slightly.

Connor smiled as Kijani approached, and nodded, "Alright then, enjoy the lesson" He watched her go, before turning to go to his next class, taught by Matt Murdock, Daredevil himself, in his particularly brand of fighting. While Connor could fight, both with the suit and without it, he knew that was a lack in his knowledge that he needed to correct.

Along the way, he came across Steve Rogers, and smiled at the captian, giving a friendly greeting. Friendly with the Captain, from both the school, and through is father, it was nevertheless good to see him, and to see if he had any news from those who weren't teaching at the school.

"Will I see you shortly, Connor?" he asked. Connor shook his head, and replied, "I'm looking to close some gaps in my knowledge, but I have a class with you this afternoon. I should go, its not easy sneaking into class late, but its even harder when its a blind man"

Saying farewell, Connor continued to the classroom for his next class.

Harry gathered his things when the class was over, and consulting his map, heading toward the fighting classroom, taught by Steve Rogers. While Harry didn't think he'd be any good at fighting, and there was also the terrifying aspect of losing his glasses, he knew he should know how to fight.

But he wasn't looking forward to it.

As he reached the classroom, he pulled his hood down again, and made sure his glasses were secured before stepping in.

Halfway toward class, Kijani was called into the office. Apparently she'd been chosen to play ambassador (or as she thought of it "babysitter") to a new student. While she obeyed without complaint, her feelings were mixed. In truth, she wasn't sure if she was prepared for a class with guns in it. Even looking at a gun made her feel unbalanced and ill. Before she'd gone off for the summer, the school had been attempting to get Kijani into therapy. She'd made every excuse not to go -- she wasn't about to tell some random stranger about her issues. Still, being saddled with some wide-eyed freshman wasn't exactly the way she wanted to start the year.

Oh well.

Entering and walking straight up who she assumed was the new student, she suppressed the urge to be surprised. This person was definitely not human, or even close. Definitely more interesting than she'd considered. Best to stick to the point, though. "Are you Medora? I'm Kijani. I'm here to show you around." She flashed a polite smile. "Let's go. What class are you headed for?" No point in delaying when class was probably about to start. This girl (at least Kijani assumed Medora was female) would be getting enough attention without showing up late.

Medora

When Kijani entered, Medora was familiarizing herself with the the schedule. Much of these classes seemed entirely unnecessary. Many sounded like perfect examples of why Inhumans avoided the outside world. Looking away from the page she examined the one coming toward her. A typical human as far as Medora could tell. And straight to the point she answered the first question. "I am. It is good to meet you." The statement wasn't entirely genuine, but it would have been the same had anyone else shown up. Regardless of how she felt she did not want to be rude. Her task was to coexist with humans, at least for the foreseeable future.

Being asked what class she had next Medora consulted the schedule in her hand. "I was told I could choose a class this session. Do you have a recomendation?" In truth she wasn't entirely sure what to expect from most of the classes.

Five minutes into the class, Harry's worst fears were realised. While going through some basic manouvers, his glasses got knocked off. He stood there frozen as he met his partners eyes, and all at once their whole life was his, their potential future, in the blink of an eye.

Getting lost at a shopping centre, hunting chocolate eggs, laughing, crying, running around. Memories that weren't his own poured into him, shattering the spell that held him, as another voice was added to the others.

He fled the classroom, only stopping to scoop up his classes, shoving them on again, and running down the hall, tears stinging his eyes. He just wanted to get rid of everything, to not have seen what he had seen.

Calm, thumping steps made there way towards the fighting class, they seemed to give off a clack, though the feet where covered in worn sneakers rather than anything hard footed. The small frame that these feet carried was robotic in reality. He called himself Jeremy, which he found as a rather normal name. With his hands in the pockets of his red hoodie, and his eyes up staring at the ceiling. He wasn't used to these clothes, as it was given to him to help him settle into normality. He let out a sigh as he turned the next hallway only to feel another body hit him, and tears follow close by. He looked down in a panic. He was about to being social contact? So fast? He hoped that they felt his synthetic skin and not the metal underneath.

Avary ran fast, which is saying something because he can outrun a cheetah doing a leisurely jog, he stood outside of the doors to the school, he looked at his schedule and found the room he was supposed to be in, he ran in, passing a guy running, obviously slower than him, down the hall, holding glasses to his face, he opened the door with a smile on his face and said, "Hello, sorry I'm late, I took a wrong turn at Albuquerque, but I'm here now!"

Zack walked casually through his halls. He wouldn't change until they reached fighting class. Griffin didn't do well with crowds. He wasn't in a hurry to get to class. He might not see the fighting but he felt the effects afterwards. Effects that he had no desire to feel. He saw a couple of girls talking in the hall. He looked at the clock he had time. "Do you need assistance? We would be happy to help."

A boy walked up to her and diverted Medora's attention. Examining him for a moment she turned to Zack. "I need direction to class. I am not sure where to go at this moment." Surely one of them here could help her out in getting to class. Best that she could tell there were quite a few people here, but most of them must have already gone to their classes. Perhaps she should have been given someone to guide her.

Zack tilted his head. There were alot of new kids in the school. He was almost sure that he hadn't met this girl. " My name is Zack. We can help you but we need to know which class you are going to before we can direct you. We are on our way to fighting class. Do you know where you are supposed to be?" Sometimes new students were encouraged to try classes before signing up. If that was the case then this girl could go anywhere.

Out of a sign of respect the alien looking girl smiled lightly. "I am Medora. It is a pleasure to meet you." She offered a hand to shake as per custom. By now she noticed that Zack had referred to himself as "we" more than once. However that could be a local human way of speaking so she held her tongue. "I am unsure which class I am to go to. I do not suspect I am here for the same season as the rest of you. I am here to establish diplomatic relations with the human world. But my king thought it best that I learn about the human world first. See if humanity is worthy of having Inhumans among them. Which class would be good for that do you think?" Some of her father's teachings were mixed in the response. It would probably take time to break the complex that Medora had built up of her own kind.

Zack shook her hand but was quickly shouldered aside by his brother. "The academy probably isn't the best place to learn about humans since no one here is purely human." Griffin snapped. Medora might notice the voice change. It was deeper and more of a growl. If she looked closely she might notice some physical changes as well. Nothing major. The boy in front of her would stand slightly different. The hand holding her would go from gently and kind to rough and tight.
