Hikaru - The Forest

F****in hell, plan worked in a way, but he expected it to work better. Also it surprised Hikaru that one of them was smart enough to figure it out, weren't all goblins supposed to retarded ?! Although to be honest assuming something in a world where he had no idea how things worked wasn't exactly smart either. Heh... talking dog was clearly not happy and needed to do something else. Especially in a situation which started to get worse and worse with each second. But at least Hikaru removed some obstables so maybe he can do it in the end.

Talking dog also hoped that he was fast enough to pull off the new plan. He should have speed advantage as dogs were clearly faster runners then humans (and he REALLY hoped it also worked the same way against goblins) so he sprinted towards the leader which tried to help others and push him in the hole or straight up bite his throat out (whichever worked, if he showed opening). If it worked, he would wait for other goblins to run in (and Hikaru couldn't imagine last one to not run into him in such case) and try to jump in last moment to let last one to drop in. If by any chance plan would fail, he would use Echolocation to find some wild animal(s) like Wolfs or a bear and let it finish the job in killing last goblins. Oh boy... Hikaru sighed, this world so far was truly annoying to deal with...

Hephaestus turned to Ezekiel, and then at the throne he made.

He had no real answer to give him. Rather, he did not want to give the real answer to Ezekiel, considering that he pretty much got it by simply wishing for something strange. The armored wraith settled for a laugh, though it came off as an intimidating one.

Fortunately, the farmer finished up the chicken salad before he forced himself to come up with a random reason behind the origin of his power. The knowledge of manipulating metal simply infused into his mind as soon as he made the strange decision to accept rebirth. Perhaps he took the farmer's words too much to heart, as he practically slammed a good chunk of the food into his mouth, which lay hidden behind the shade his helmet cast over his face.

"Thanks." Regina nodded, looking at the man. She was half tempted to offer to help him but was too curious about the town, as well as a bit afraid of his warning. She began heading north at a brisk pace, hoping to get there soon.

Upon finding the letters, Damien muttered to himself, "Well, what do we have here?" as he picked them up and skimmed through them. All of them were written by some guy named Samuel, which Damien noted. Looked like he and the farmer Ezekiel had a falling out. Ehh, not really my concern, Damien thought as he put the letters away. The mentioned treasure, though, did sound appealing to Damien. Heck, finding a lost treasure sounded fun, and he sure as heck didn't give a damn about the "danger". At the very least, it gave Damien a goal in this world.

As Damien put the book back on the shelf, he felt a little... different, like he could now do something he couldn't before. If he concentrated, he felt like he could figure out what it was. There were more pressing matters at hand, though, so he left the thought alone for now. Currently there was a meal waiting for him.

Upon entering the kitchen, Ezekiel announced that the chicken salad was done. Damien walked over to the table to examine the meal, and couldn't help but notice that it was rather... plain. Nothing but a bunch of chopped vegetables with a sprinkle of meat. It could hardly even be considered a meal to Damien. "This is it?" Damien asked as he stared at the bowl, then sighed a second later and disappointedly said, "Oh well, guess it's better than nothing." Damien took his seat and took a bite, using his tongue to find any sort of decent flavor in the food. Of course, there was hardly any flavor at all to be found. He was disappointed, but he kept eating anyway.

Hikaru - The Forest

Plan worked somewhat. At least more safe option with pushing leader in into the hole. Now situation looked somewhat better. He hoped that he could fight the last goblin one of one, but he needed to surprise him somewhat. And he had an idea how to do it. They didn't expect him to strange. Heck, they didn't even know the real him. And he could use it to f****ing advantage ! He rushed in, while screaming:

- Hey you green piece of shit ! Your mother probably fainted once she realized what kind of garbage she pooped out of her vagina ! - He laughed and decided to bite on a hand with which goblin tried to pull another dagger in. Hikaru knew that he had speed advantage in this situation and wanted to abuse it by constant heavy bites on his body. If by any chance he would start loosing fight, he would just run away and try to use echolocation to find something like a bear or wolf and let it finish last goblin instead of Hikaru fighting him on his own.

Jemma - The Beach

@Leaves @Zamokra41

At first, he was angry. She supposed she could not blame him, as her actions had been rash, unexpected, and unexplained. Yet, in that moment, there was no time to dwell on such things. The woman's doe-eyes, the same shade as the ocean beyond, swirled with a dark storm of panic. But then his anger cooled, and though his were still narrowed as they bore into hers, she noted his features relaxing. The faintest hints of concern laced his tone as he spoke again. Gone was the cocky, perverted party boy from only moments before, and in his place stood someone who she would be more willing to confide in. Maybe.

"I'm not sure you'd believe me," she countered, frowning deeply. The wrestler echoed the beast-man's concern, inquiring about the blonde's health. She went to respond, but was interrupted by his declaration. He was going to check on the woman. He was running back into the fray. No. But her cry of disapproval died on her lips as the man scooted away, losing himself in wave of people who immediately fanned away from the wrecked, sparking DJ table. From the woman who lay there, unmoving. From the death. And as her gaze followed the wrestler's departure, she realized that there were far more pressing matters to attend to.

Jemma inhaled deeply, held it, and blew it out. A moment of clarity, or at least, the best she could manage. Though her small frame still trembled like the long, palm leaves above her head, she turned back to the horned stranger. "Everyone is heading for the path," she deduced in a voice that sounded foreign to her own ears. But with the thick foliage, and wooden fencing, the partygoers would never be able to fit. There would be carnage at the same spot where the path bottle-necked. In a tumble of words, she hurriedly informed her partner of this fact. "We need to find another way."

Orion Stoneheart

Orion interally winced at the appearance of the house and the Granny. This was not how Grannys were supposed to be. More over, none of this was what he expected. Attempting to control his facial expression so as not to offend and succeeding for the most part. "Ah-, I'll take your word for it." he said attempting to hand back the ladle, he was pretty sure Granny was at least right about the quality of the soup. Orion then grabbed the glowing paper and nodded. "Of course ma'm, I'll be back as soon as I'm finished." Now that he had the quest list, he could get out of here and start searching. Something he should apparently get to rather quickly, since sundown was apparently a bad thing. At least since the list was glowing he wouldn't lose it. So Orion quickly turned away and attempted to leave to get started on his quest. It looked like the sword guy hadn't followed him, esh, hopefully this wouldn't be too tricky. Just a few ingredients right?

Damien tried to enjoy his meal in peace, but it seemed that fate had other plans for the group. Loud crashes and banging was heard as boulders smashed the ground, including one that smashed its way through the roof of the house, destroying the living room nearby. Damien, startled, flinched quite violently and covered his face with his arm in an attempt to shield himself from flying debris. "Jeez, what the hell was that?!" Damien yelled in surprise. The question was quickly answered by the farmer, revealing the catastrophe to be the work of the infamous bandits. Damien raised an eyebrow as he heard the answer; clearly, these attackers were not the average bandits if they had this kind of firepower.

Damien was also surprised when Ezekiel charged toward a window and leapt into it, smashing it open as he flew out. However, Damien quickly recovered from the shock and chuckled as he walked over to the now broken window. Damien then looked out the window, spotting the farmer on the dirt, and said to him, "Man, you might be as crazy as those bandits if you're gonna pull this kinda stunt. Even I would've just kicked the front door open."

With the path open to him, though, Damien saw no reason not to follow the farmer out and climbed through the hole after him, careful to avoid the broken glass. Taking a good look at the farmer to check for injuries, Damien dismissively said, "Ehh, looks like you're alright," then he began to look around for the would-be bandits. Damien soon spotted them on the hill where the sun was setting, with one of them declaring the attack. Damien made the reasonable assumption that he was undoubtedly the leader of these bandits, and a lopsided grin appeared on Damien's face. "I'll take the head honcho over there," Damien said confidently as his limbs transformed into their demonic state. Damien then wasted no time dashing forward, straight towards Castle.

A couple of the bandits in the first assault turned their attention towards Damien and began to swing their swords at him. Damien merely yelled, "Get outta my way!" as he swung a backhanded right fist at the two, smashing them aside as he continued charging forward, yelling as he planned to swing punch after punch at Castle, beginning with a right straight.

Egwene was, while getting the upper limits of her power, keeping an ear and an eye out, both sharp as Kitsunes went. So when the rocks started to appeared, she was able to get out of the way and behind a tree to avoid the shards of rock that blew out from the meteors. Seeing the house get destroyed was quite dissapointing, because even if they survived, what was the farmer going to live in? It seemed pretty pyrehtic to her now, what with the rocks and the destroyed terrain making farming pretty dam difficult. Then, came the bandits. Looked like tweleve of them, with naught but swords. And the boss guy who gave her a great offer. But, before she could reply to said offer, the hot-headed stupid one charged in like he was invincible, and like Egwene couldn't just snipe his ass with her Fox Fire.

"I am surrounded by idiots" she muttered, shaking her head softly as one of the sword wielding bandits came charging at her. Rather than revealing her trump card immidiately, or in any way help the loon that charged in without any stratergy or taking a second to question if someone had a better plan or powerset to deal with him, she simply unsheathed her claws - she had claws, apparently, which was nice - and waited for his swing, which came in the form of a manic overhead chop. Something that was easily avoided. And then her claws sliced through his jugular, which was a unique experience, claw rending flesh, and being covered with blood. Much like setting fire to something, it gave her a happy. But a different kind of happy. Seeing the bandit collapse and bleed profusely from his neck, knowing that in a few moments he would be still and gone from the mortal coil, it was a nice feeling. She wondered why she had never done it before.

Chicken salad and a dose of interrupting the eating of said chicken salad.

Cloudy with a chance of TARDIS levels of randomness, I see.

The bowl still in his hands, the metal mage raised a hand and deconstructed the throne he made for himself, letting the metal vanish back into his very body and armor. Putting down the bowl casually, he marched over and lifted a leg over the hole made by the farmer, summoning his dauntingly large morning star as he did so.

Bandits were running amok, some douche popped up, the guy next to him suddenly became the protagonist of Punch-Out, and the fox girl brutalized some of said bandits.

The discord and chaos filled him with determination.

Twirling his weapon once as he lifted it over his shoulder, Hephaestus relied on the flood of knowledge that rushed into his head when he initially arrived in the strange world, deciding to take advantage of the combat skills he learned. What he lacked in actual experience, the set knowledge of combat fundamentals were infused with his mind. The feeling was both uncanny and unnatural, yet felt like a necessary entity for him.

The cold heart of a wraith took over his human mind as icy adrenaline tore into his nerves. After a bit of hesitation, he steeled his heart and leapt over to a group of bandits, mace glinting with white crackling energy as it signified the reinforcing of the strength of his metallic weapon. Upon impact, he drove all of his strength into the jumping attack onto a single bandit who ran between his comrades.

The strength of his mace smashed the bandit mercilessly apart, the shockwave of his devastating blow propelling the bandits across the fields; the most unfortunate one tumbled towards a particular fox girl (@KabenSaal), barely managing to get up in a weathered condition, while the other bandit simply died upon crashing against a fence mid-flight. One bandit who remained from the four-man group charged forward and swung his blade against Hephaestus.

The blade pathetically clanged against his heavy steel armor.

"...That's unfair," the bandit mumbled.

"Indeed it is."

Lashing out at the bandit, Hephaestus grabbed the bandit by the neck, swinging the foe behind himself before tossing the man up in the air. Raising a hand, he created a thin shard of metal above the bandit before bringing it down on the enemy. The iron shard impaled the bandit and slammed itself into the fields, leaving behind a fleshy scarecrow somehow more lifeless than the actual scarecrow in the farmhouse.

In two attacks, he technically outright deleted two of the bandits, one of them sent towards someone else who would definitely finish the bandit off in a way less pleasing to the human eye. Not that impaling people with metal shards was any less violent, but he preferred to die against brute force rather than facing a slow and painful death.

Hephaestus looked up and found the boy (@Scarifar) charging towards Castle recklessly. While commendable in effort, a quick and simple plan would have been better than cheesing the bandit leader out. At least he did not get struck down quickly, considering that the boy himself seemed to have enough strength to break through a line of defense to get to the bandits.

Speaking of said bandits, there were still some left.

How appropriately convenient, he thought as his eyes gleamed red, a searing hot glow of hazy light flowing out of his eyes as he marched forward with his iron morning star.

Egwene cocked her head soft as the man reached out for her, threatening for something, but it did not matter much, his friend's blood still dripped from her claws.
"A hand...no, I can give you a foot" she retorted, moving to stomp on his neck, and snap the bones inside, or at least collapse his wind pipe. And then, two more people came at her, but one got taken out by the scythe wielding Scarecrow, which was cool.
"Deal with the rest of them, Shadow. We've got the, less small fry" She said, looking to the others. Monsuier Idiot seemed to be engaged against a very large woman, which was what he deserved, really. Charging in like that.

Then, the other person, drew up his runes and started to shoot arrows at Metal Man. That didn't bode well, since the abilities of Magic were far beyond her ken. Her tail lit up as it pointed at the man called Leonis. She wasn't sure the range or speed of the fire beam, but it was better than doing nothing. So a few seconds of charging and she let it off, hoping he would be distracted with Metal Man, or that there was some cool down between shots, like her power.
"Fox, Fire!" came the exclamation from Egwene. Her powers needed a focus, after all. Maybe later mental control would be something, but now, she was not.

As Damien charged at Castle, a hulking figure had moved in front of Damien and forced the ground to shake with her strength. This caused Damien to slide to a halt and examine his first real opponent. An "Amazon", she called herself. Well, there was no doubt that she was confident and had the strength to back it up, which meant that Damien would most likely have a good and challenging fight against her. The thought of it made Damien grin. After all, how could he resist such fun?

"Nice to meet ya," Damien greeted. "My name's Damien, the guy who'll beat your face in like those two." Then he spun around to the left, delivering another backhanded punch, even more powerful than the first one and filled with centrifugal force, to the two bandits that had tried to rush Damien from behind. The blow smashed into one bandit's ribcage, breaking quite a few ribs on one side and possibly killing him, and causing his body to fly off to the side. Damien then ducked under a sword swing from the second bandit and delivered an uppercut to the bandit's stomach, knocking him onto his back and forcing him to cough up blood.

Damien then turned back to the Amazon Olivia and raised his right fist in front of him. "Your turn," Damien said right before he rushed in and pulled back his fist to launch a right straight at Olivia's face, followed up by a barrage of punches.

He killed bandits and did something effective. Neat. As he sorted out a basic and simple strategy against the fairly weak bandits, something decided to stop him in his tracks.

His armor clanged with a good amount of red arrows, his body being pushed away bit by bit from the force of the arrows. Fortunately for him, his armor held its place as he raised a hand. Raw energy crackled around his hand right before he thrust it up and summoned a wall of iron and copper. It looked fairly ugly, but he did what he could do to minimize the impact of the arrows. The bits of copper scattered apart like butter, but the iron that held random parts of the center of the wall looked just as durable as its creator.

Hephaestus saw the fox girl's sudden change in attack toward the magician next to the bandit leader. Regardless of whether the mage bandit was hit or not, the iron man decided to answer the corpulent bandit next to Castle with his own barrage of attacks. Standing behind his still durable wall, Hephaestus' eyes let out an ominous glow as fragments of metal formed above him. After letting them float for a good second, he let out a jolt of energy as he instantly sharpened the fragments into lethal iron shards, the chipped pieces of the iron turning into smaller blades of their own. Lifting a hand behind him, the armored man lunged forward, letting the floating shards make an abrupt kickstart and soar towards his attacker's direction.

Orion Stoneheart

That was a very odd list. Goblin ears? Rat tails? Suddenly something clicked and Orion remembered the request board. Goblins and rats were on the board right? He could knock out two or three birds with one stone! Then there were the cashews, but he could probably get this with the money from the rat request. IT would all work out nicely. Except. To bring those he would have to cut them off of their owners. EWwww, still it was a quest and Orion now had a moral obligation to fulfill it. Shuddering to himself he decided to go see what the deal with the goblins was. He exited the village and saw... The dog from earlier viciously tugging on the hand of a goblin that was desperately trying to escape from it. Running as fast as he could Orion made a fist and slammed it into the goblin's head as hard as he could the full force of his sprint behind it, this wasn't some stupid movie where the dog died, he wouldn't let that happen!

Egwene scowled as the rock man took her shot and wasn't bothered by it. Potency, should have been something she checked, as well as the whole range and flamibility. And now, she was cock-blocked by some rock-gobbler and her fire went out. She found herself absently wishing for more tails, but that didn't really factor in right now, so she had to deal with the rock man charging at her. This, was the worst match up ever, since her claws wouldn't hurt him, and her fire would need to blow out his eye or something to bother him. So she did the best thing anyone could do in this situation, she fled.

Heroes were the ones who stood and fought odds so against them that there was a really cool anology she couldn't think of right now. But they also died in droves, so Egwene decided to use her new found agility to run over to the metal man, and see if she could get her help. She could probably claw the shit out of the wizard dude, and then they could both deal with Rock Lobster together.

Orion Stoneheart

Orion was panting heavily, more from adrenaline than exertion, as he stared at the downed goblin. "Hehe..." Orion laughed weakly, though he wasn't entirely sure why. "You're okay now doggy." Orion now turned to looking at the dagger that had fallen out of the goblin's pocket as he'd crashed to the ground. Goblin ears. He only needed two and there were two in front of him. BUT IT WAS SOOOO GROSSSS. Orion reluctantly crept closer to the fallen goblin, snatching the dagger up and looking warily at the goblin. It probably wasn't dead, he'd only punched it after all. But he didn't want to like, cut its throat. But the other quest said you needed to take care of the goblins. But surely it wouldn't be a bother if it found both its ears cut off. Yeah, there was no way it would come back after that, it'd be stupid to do so. Orion quickly grabbed a goblin ear and sheared it off in one quick movement, repeating the process within another moment. Having done that he ran back into town as fast as he could, knife in one hand, ears in the other. His next stop was Granny because there was no way he was carrying these ears around for any longer then he had to.
