Benji walked through the city to acclimate himself to his new environment. He had only been in the city for a couple days and as much as he disliked crowded cities this was a good place to remain unnoticed. The city smelled strongly of pollution and garbage and the people here tended to wear too much perfume and cologne to the point that it was difficult for him to pick out more subtle scents. He’d seen more than a few mice and rats running around the city and the wolf in him wanted to hunt and chase but the thought of ending up with a sewer rat in his mouth was enough to keep control over those instincts.

The hair on the back on his neck began to rise and heart rate quickened, he quickly spotted the nearby danger as ominous black vans pulled up to an abandoned theater. He watched from a short distance as the men from the vans either headed to the back of the theater, set up barricades around the exits or entered into the theater; clearly attempting to capture a large group. He allowed his hatred and anger with the scientists to rise to the surface, pulling the wolf to the surface as well, but stopping at a partial transformation and his pace quickened towards the vans.

He kept to the sides of the vans and was sure to remain out of sight as he used his claws to pierce some of the tires of the vans. At the same time he was trying to decide on the best way to enter the building when exit doors began to blow open. For second he thought about leaving as it looked like they might already have this handled, but the opportunity to fight scientists was too exciting for him leave. He ran towards one of the exits that had blown open and temporarily ignored the commotion going on deeper inside to help those nearby trying to escape before more of the scientist’s team could reseal the exit.

Willa O'Shea

Willa hurried past the theatre she knew something was going on there tonight and it gave her a bad feeling. The explosion knocked her off of her feet. She was right in front of the building and nearly got trampled by people trying to get out of it. She got up quickly and moved out of the way. She wanted nothing to do with whatever was going on in that theatre.

Willa hurried down the street and went into a coffee shop. She had realized that she had cut her knee when she fell and it was bleeding a little. She only noticed because it was causing her skirt to stick to her knee. She sat at the bar and rose her skirt up slightly so she could see the cut.

"Miss?" She said to Teddy while pulling a couple of napkins to clean her knee up a little.

"Do ye have any ice?" Hearing how thick it sounded she corrected herself. "I meant do you have a few pieces ice? I cut my knee and it's bleeding a little."

Willa looked around and saw Paon but she only smiled and looked back at Teddy awaiting some form of acknowledgment.

------------------------------------------------------------------
(Flashback)
“Tell me again why you have to do this?”

Jane stroke Lisa’s cheek and answered: “You know why: These scientist-people are never gonna stop. Some day they are gonna come, and they’ll come to break us up. I have to fight.”

“To what end?”

“Their end, cause they will never take me from you. I’ll return. I always return, don’t I?”

Lisa answered it with a kiss. In the end she had always been supportive. Even though she was no supernatural and could just walk away from it all, she stayed.
To Jane Lisa was perfect. So without anger, without hate. Lisa had never tainted herself, she had never taken a life. She was pure. Innocent. So innocent.
------------------------------------------------------------------

Among the scared people were many innocents. The stranger had proved to be a supernatural and… quite a warrior. Jane confessed to be impressed by his powers and cunning.
“Child! Make sure they get out safely. I cleared the exits,” he said to her.

Though the shadow tried to convince everybody to join, the bodies of the people he had consumed seemed to be more than enough for people to not trust him.

Jane reached back and fired strait through the back of the theater. The energy beam incinerated absolutely everything and left a gaping hole somewhere the scientist guards hadn’t even thought of guarding. That should buy everyone some time.
“Better exit,” she proclaimed to the stranger. Hesitated. And then turned around to send him a short nod of respect. He really was more than words and fought with centuries of experience. “Alright people! Those who can move, run like hell! And those who can fight, protect them!”
Jane ran out of the newly-formed exit. Like suspected the enemies hadn’t prepared for that. Hadn’t prepare for me, she thought.

Like trapped mice everyone stormed out of the building and towards the cover of the streets. They almost stepped on a bystander.

Jane however, threw her backpack down, rolled up her sleeves, tightened her fists and prepared for what came next.

Peter watches the fog clear and a look of utter delight goes across his face. "claws are fine of course.....id let security know to try their lightning guns for this one. Also while this may be a slight failure I must say it does show promise." he clasped his hands behind him and strode to the window. He tapped on it to attract the creatures inside. His wings fluttered and for a faint second the black with skull was seen.

"Oh my poor darling lost children. How about I come in and help you?" he looked back toward Hal and his father. "This will take a lot of maneuvering....but I believe they are linked by one mind which means....I can incapacitate them then help your convey sound like a plan for you?" His head is tilted and claws are visible. It is clear that if he incapacitated the creatures inside that he would make sure they stopped breathing. It was up to them if they wanted that or not.

Paon tilted his head as the waitress spoke to him. She seemed friendly and did not seem to scared. That is, until she fully noticed. By the way she acted it was clear that she is most definitely not human either. He had scared her with his own being. "I will not harm you...I can promise you that" his voice was hushed, but strong. He meant it.

However, he soon found himself clutching his ears as he heard the explosion. He started trembling. He knew that if he were to try to help that he might get captured too. He looked at the waitress as she dropped the cup. He was about to help her, but a new woman entered. That caused him to stay where he was and look slightly to the left of her. "Hello" from her scent she was not human either.

Teddy's blonde hair stuck to her face as she whipped her head up and looked at the boy. "Look. I don't know who or what you are and I don't want to-" She stopped abruptly as a girl walked in and asked for ice in a heavy accent.

"Uh, I have something better. I will be right back." Teddy slipped into the storage room and found a simple house plant. She took a small sample cup used to offer samples of promotional coffees and started rubbing the leaves of the plant. A clear liquid dripped into the cup as her hand passed over one leave then the other. Then mixed it with water and whispered a few elfish words.

"Here. We had some salve for cuts in the storage room." Teddy lied handing the girl the cup. She kept eye contact with the boy for a moment then she cut her eyes at the girl sitting at the bar. "How did you manage to hurt yourself anyway? Were you one of those protesters at the old theatre tonight?" There was a hard edge to Teddy's voice. One of mistrust and caution.

Someone had a temper. The explosion and light show that followed would have blinded Jason, but he was facing away. He turned back in the aftermath just to see the explosion vanish into her person. Pyrokinesis? Energy absorption? Energy manipulation? Destruction manipulation..? there were too many abilities. But, it was clearly one. Her eyes were alight for that brief second with a burning gold light; illumination her face in the lightest of ways.

But the Scientists were prepared...

And Mal was still up to his old tricks. The screams, the torture, the pain. Every scream, every whisper, every sound. All their heartbeats. They flickered - shifted, bounced and spiked with sharp breaths and momentary inclines. The fear was uncanny. And every single little sound made a tiny line in Jasons' head. It rose and shrunk in varying patters, reflecting those very sounds as single wavelengths. Even the breathing of the shadows, the pumping of blood in the soldiers and the dripping of sweat from every person in the theatre was displayed.

And it was an incredible sight.

The shadow wanted him for desert... How kind. Truly, though, he did not taste the best. But, by deduction, it wasn't eating. Mal was physically merging with the bodies and feeding his power. There were sounds for that, too. Anybody would be shaken to the core; ripped away from sanity just by hearing a single, ten second clip. But not Jett. He had already seen everything he could have seen. Murder, rape, poverty, suicide, drug overdose, gang wars. Killed hundreds of people to an end clearly invisible. Squandered money unrighteously earned. A child so devoid of feeling; emotion, he had given up humanity itself.

But he wasn't human, was he? The Scientists believed otherwise. It wasn't your mind, mentality, that made you human. It was what you were, not who. Supernaturals? They looked like humans, acted like humans, were made up of the same basic components as humans; but they were't humans. They were monsters, beasts, irregularities, anomalies.

"Sweet gesture Mal, I'm flattered. Though, I'm not a particularly tasty desert..." a mocking tone; symbolic of his distaste for that side of humanity despite working with them on countless occasions, "... why not try Jane instead?" a light joke in the face of adversary. He didn't really want to throw her under the bus, but it was best to make light of a situation than fear it. The Scientists truly were prepared.

Then that other man played his card. The brightness of his power; the energy contained within it. It cast aside the shadows and bathed the theatre in a light it had long since witnessed. And Mal attempted his own card. Much less of a trump card, but more of a desperate last attempt before violence. Perhaps he did not want to commit mass murder on his own, perhaps it was simply his job. But as much as Echo wanted that recruitment speech - that propaganda - to fall upon deaf ears, there was no guarantee that it would.

His voice was still audible. He was attempting to create a blockade; a way to prevent people from escaping. It was nothing more than a kill on sight order. Everyone knew that the Supernaturals wouldn't go willingly. They would fight until their dying breath to stop a future worse than death. But everyone was only in it for themselves. The number of people out in that crowd who shared the same mentality as Jane were few and far between, and the chance of them banding together for that common interest was low. Very low. Too low.

Another. It was quite, faint, but there was another heartbeat; another set of footfalls. It was low, inaudible, behind the soldiers. Another Super, most definitely. And they ran to the theatre. Their sounds were lost in with the general rabble of heartbeats and sweating and foot steps - into a mess impossible to distinguish, but still very individual.

His eyes darted from the stage upon which he still stood and saw the energy. Such precision, such power. So it was Energy manipulation... She had taken the grenade's destructive force and channelled it into a destructive beam of energy powerful enough to burn a hole through the wall. Perhaps now was the best time to attack.

There was still a large crowd of people. He couldn't risk using his power in such an area... They needed the man power. If the soldiers had truly prepared, then every man, woman and child would be needed to fight back. But there was a nagging feeling. What were they hiding in those vans? They had to have brought something; some creature with them. Something strong enough to wipe out a force of Supernaturals hellbent on destroying their opposition.

There was no sound. Was the van soundproofed? They had beefed up their containment facilities because of him, so it made sense. That niggling sense of curiosity that burrowed into the recesses of his mind. He had to find out. And so, Jason lept off the stage. He rolled as he hit the ground, and jumped once again over the chairs. Then again. And then again. Every jump was perfect, every landing was perfect. His body swung over every seat with precision and skill - like someone who had trained for a long time.

One last jump, and he was outside. He was already running before he landed. And Jett sprinted. If the soldiers fired, there was no point. The knife was already pocketed; that drag, hindrance, removed from play. Now it was time for his own trump card.

Echo dropped to the ground, sliding across the concrete with his momentum. The soldiers were in front of him already. And as he came close, his heal kicked at the ground and his being lept forwards. That speed; it was unnatural. But before any reaction, presumption, could be made, he clapped. But there was no clapping sound. The very foundations of the theatre shook and trembled and crumbled as the air filled with a deafening, roaring, thunderous boom. It was like someone had just detonated a missile right in front of them. The pavement shuddered and cracked, splintering under the force. The vans buckled, warped and denatured from the immense air pressure. Blood. Destruction of the land. Ear drums ruptured and metal splintered under the weight of such force.

And Jett simply smiled. He stopped feeling this kind of pain a long time ago. How was he not deaf already? Maybe he already was. Who knew?

"Do not kill her Mr Right, we could use her... didn't Mal request one of the trucks with the suit? It should be there any minute..." Hal immediately calls a truck filled with soldiers, one with a jumpsuit on that is heading towards the theatre. "Captain, please ensure that the jumpsuit user is away from the rest of the soldiers. They will be formidable!"

At the scene Mal is on a rooftop, watching the chaos unfold before that clap, the soldiers collapsed, hiding the horrible damage done to them, thankfully they died almost immediately, the vans collapse, revealing nothing in them both. Mal's form shook before returning to normal. A truck then pulls up alongside the hole in the theatre, the jumpsuit wearer clambers out, the truck then drives backwards to give their soldier some space. While that happens a little drone Graham is controlling decides to give both Hal and Graham a good view of the upcoming events. The jumpsuit user uses the same hand gesture Elise used, the fog goes up, a much larger area then in the arena, it coats the stage in a fog thick with debris and human remains. The insidious shriek, almost identical to the one from the Arena emerges from the fog.

"Good lord Hal, we've created a replacement guard dog, maybe tame it and... well Eric might have a nice new pet... " Graham mutters, he passes the control pad to his son and begins jotting notes down on a notebook he has handy. The monstrosity in the arena begins growing by around a millimetre a second, it then begins to warble in different languages in a hostile tone before howling in pain again.

"Me? No! I have to walk past the theatre on my way home from working at the pub. If I'da known they were shootin' off fireworks in there I'da gone round the long way."

Willa had cleaned her knee off and gladly put the salve on her knee. It took the sting away almost immediately. "Thank you, this helps."

Willa looked at Paon and smiled kindly, "You have very pretty eyes." She peaked out the window at the rest of the world. It still looked a little crazy out there. Black vans and scientists had shown up and it was getting harder to tell who was who.

While still looking out the window she asked Teddy. "Miss is there another way outta here? There is a little too much crazy outside for me right now? There's just a sense of danger I'd rather not tempt into a reality."

"Oh this is going to be good! Let us all watch." Hal announces as the big screen in the arena goes on which distracts Elise, the footage of the theatre event is also being transmitted to the Head Scientist. The truck sets off to the front door, when it arrives the soldiers immediately begin shooting at Jason, all thirty of them, the truck stops when it is directly outside the front door, it even slams and pushes the two smaller vans out of this giant truck's way.

Mal still watches, and even waves at the drone filming the scene, the shapeshifter then transforms his legs into a chair, that he sits on, just winding back to enjoy the carnage unfold. The fog begins to clear, the thing is revealed, it seems to be trying to stay at a certain form, trying to make the form of a giant dragon appear so many times it can stay like it. Graham is taking notes and Hal is now eating some popcorn one of the staff members gave him.

Paon tilted his head. "Thank you...though I wouldn't know since I cannot see them" he watched the waitress produce a salve for the other girl. Course, he had to continue to pretend to be blind and eventually put his sunglasses back on.

"I would not recommened leaving right now if there is danger outside. Perhaps we should wait it out?" he sounded confident, but on the inside he had to admit he was a bit scared.

Peter saw that the others had become distracted and took this opportunity to slip inside with the thing that used to be a human female. What happened next is hard to know since it happened quickly. What is clear is that the creature now seems incredibly low on energy and seemed rather out of it.

Peter made his way over to the two scientists and stood behind them. "you need to collect some not just kill them all. The variance in types could be extremely useful for our program. Perhaps I should go and collect." he seemed more energetic now. Most likely he fed on the creature and now was full to the brim with energy.

Eric watched the scene being sent to him. It seemed rather split between scientists and supernatural. He had to admit this new invention was quite impressive and would be a valuable tool. The only issue he was having was the lack of captures. However, he would simply watch and wait to see how they did with this situation.

"Oh. You work at the pub down the street? I live-" Teddy almost forgot herself and told these total strangers where she lived. Not even her co-workers of a year knew where she lived, they only knew it was in walking distance of the coffee shop. "I live not to far from there" she muttered under her breath.

She could hear the chaos down the street. There was an even louder explosion than the first. Teddy started to get worried. "No... the only way in or out of the shop is the front door. The owner had the back door sealed off some time ago due to a mugging..." How was she going to get out and away from these two strangers and those creepy scientists? She couldn't fight her way out. Her only magical abilities were healing and talking to animals. She had no combat knowledge.

When the boy spoke up again she shot daggers at him with her eyes. Lier. She thought, out loud she said, "I think we should try to head in the opposite direction. We can go separate and go our respective ways once we reach the end of the block. If we stay here the trouble might come to us."

"Please feel free to take the whole thing, why not watch the combat training? I know the Head Scientist is being sent what we're seeing too." Graham states. "We could separate out the different creature forms I think... We could have entire farms ripe for the taking of raw materials... Everyone please begin working again! Mr Right has sorted the wrong." Hal orders by microphone.

The thing at the theatre then charges into the theatre, attempting to flail away at everything that looks alive to it after it's form stops changing, the form it has chosen is a very strange and disgusting blob with limbs from many different creatures, with no regard as to who it hits. The drone continues to gather footage on the monstrosity, a red light is flashing on it's back and Mal decides to leave.

"That's the battery light... Mr Right would you mind checking for a red LED light on Elise's corpse?" Hal says as he uses the drone's zooming capabilities to try and get the most detailed view Hal can manage.

Away from the madness a van like the two first vans pulls up at the coffee shop, four out of the five occupants in full body armour get out and enter the coffee shop, their weapons by their sides and security tags dangling from their armour.

"Three coffees, two donuts, four sandwiches and two teas for takeaway miss." The driver of the van asks as he begins to get his wallet out of a pocket.

Watching the chaos outside getting worse by the minute she thought out loud. "This is gonna get worse afor it gets better." Willa nodded and mumbled, "To go or to stay, My mum says fear makes us run away for good reason. I say we go." She looks at Paon and knowingly says. "I'll not let a blind man walk out there alone." She said. She looked up at Teddy. "Are you coming then?"

Alnnar watched as the Shadow shifter let out promises of safety and riches. He could hear the lies in the man's voice. But before he could retort the man melted away in his shadows. The shadow Shifter out matched it was a wise move to retreat, though weather wisdom or cowardness was yet to be seen. Alnnar nodded to the group as for the moment it seemed clear, but it was to early to think they were safe. Correct in that it wasn't long before there was a loud thundering sound. Shacking the building's foundations as you could hear that old building barley holding itself together. Walking up to Jane "This structure can not take much more of this abuse." he said speaking to Jane.

There would be no respite this night as soon that hole was blocked off. A single soldier stepping out before the room filled with a fog. Soon screams sounded as people came running out. There was something in that fog that he couldn't quite see. Acting cautiously "Child, Get everyone out" he said speaking to Jane. As the fog cleared and that monster showed it self he moved it. Soon It swung at a innocent as Alnnar got in the way. Holding out his hand it hit his, the force caused a small gush of air around them as Alnnar's eyes heated up with fire. For a second it looked like he stopped that swing, Soon though that large arm flew up as he was only able to deflect it. "Run now!" he shouted before having to leap to the side to dodge a blow. The arm that stopped that blow was bent backwards, Hanging by his side as he had to jump to avoid another blow. He was hesitant to show all of his abilities at the moment. So he kept to dodging. But it was working, he was leading the monster away from the hole. He was nowhere near as strong, but he was faster and it took all his concentration to keep avoiding those attacks. Seeing an opening his left arm erupted into fire, Punching the beast as the flames licked over it's flesh. The heat burning and singing flesh as the heat of a Jinn's fires could burn nearly everything. Another dodge and a pillar was destroyed. Hopefully the girl would be wise enough to see his plan. Bring the whole building down around the fighting pair.

Jane watched as the last people fled into the streets, becoming part of the anonymous masses. Yet the night was not done. Fog and noise escaped the old, fragile theater, and around the building happened all kinds of things. Hell was happening, a true inferno, and the stranger seemed to be in over his head. Dammit, I shouldn’t be here, she thought to herself.

“It’s happening. This is exactly how you said they were,” a voice said. One of the supernaturals had come back alongside another. “And… You are the one they have been after, right? The Jane Doe?”

“You should get out of here,” Jane answered instead.

“No, we fight. Like you said.”

After making a hand gesture towards the carnage that unfolded before their very eyes, Jane spoke. “This is just fun for the scientists. They get to try out all their new toys and learn from their mistakes. This is a fight they have chosen, and they are just gonna keep sending in more efficient weapons of war. There is no winning this.”

“But the big man he-he fights for us.”

With a sneer Jane closed her eyes and bit her lip. She knew this new guy was right. Though this entire ordeal was pointless, and she wasn’t at her best, they had to get the stranger out somehow. She just hoped he would believe there was no victory to be had and come willingly. After making sure her hood was still on right, she spoke: “Alright, what can you do, and have you ever fought before?”

The two guys were quick to explain one could ram things like a rhino and the other could create thunderstorms. However this was the very first time they had seen action.

“Rhino stay with your friend here, and, thunder-guy, I need you to hang back and make a storm. If I come out of the theater and give the signal, you strike as much lightning as you can.”

“At what?”

“… At me,” she answered and ran back towards the battlefield.

When a couple of guards saw her they started to fire. Their aim was deadly even from a distance and bullets instantly hit Jane. But that was what she wanted. The energy from the impact was transformed into a beam she used to blast their van to pieces, and she saw them get thrown to the ground as it impacted. Before anyone had time to figure out what just happened she ran back into the building, back to the real fight.

The stranger was hold up fighting an abomination strait out of a nightmare. It continued a never ending physical change and kept mixing up the fight. After the stranger had made it knock over a few supporting columns, Jane started to realize what he was doing.
She aimed and fired at one corner. The old wood splintered and shot out to all sides under the massive force of her beam, and the ceiling started to shake uncontrollably.
Just as she was about to repeat the success, the monster turned towards her. It resembled a four-legged creature and raced at her. As it jumped into the air it changed to just a torso and arms with immense claws at the ready.
Jane’s eyes widened, but her reaction was instant: She pointed and threw her hand down and in that same moment a paper-thin energy-beam cut the monster like a knife-blade.
The thing’s arm left its body in a split-second, the host turned unwillingly in the air and crashed down into Jane.
Had her energy-absorption not extended to kinetic energy she would have been crushed by the enormous weight. But the great irony was that only slow and soft things hurt her. In a cloud of dust Jane was pushed backwards across the floor and then stopped unharmed and still on her feet.
“Piece by piece, motherfucker!” she yelled at it, as it created a long arm from its spine that grabbed hold of a wall and swung the monster around the theater. Its lost arm squirmed on the floor like a chicken without a head, until Jane incinerated it and told the stranger they would have to get rid of the monster and flee.

"Everyone! Get in!" An old lady shouts to some of the masses fleeing from the theatre, this old and rather small lady is on a modified double decker bus, more triple decker considering that the roof of the bus has been converted into a mobile lounge, railings and stairs up to it included, the bus looks like it could fit a lot of people, the bus only has two people aboard it too so even more space.

The monster somehow splits into multiple weaker versions of itself, around seven of them, all trying to hit Alnnar out of spite as another smaller bus pulls up outside the theatre. "Next stop is the Supernatural Underground, fares are non negotiable at twelve nothings!" A peculiar man announces by megaphone. From the same megaphone a different voice announces: "Just board! Our driver is slightly enthusiastic." The second person aboard the bus begins shooting at the heads of one or two of the creatures, when a bullet from their rifle hits the creature screams and yells in utter torment before dropping down dead. "It works I see, aim for their heads and hope you get the head that controls the thing!" The voice shouts, it's hard to tell weather it's from a man or a woman.

"Who the hell is this... Ha... Harriet? Mr Right what the hell is the Supernatural Underground?" Graham almost shouts with a horrible rage in his voice as the drone is shot by something, destroying the fragile thing and stopping the broadcasting.

Paon sighed. "I guess we shall go then." He had to admit these women seemed very strong...in will and in personality. It should be interesting to see how this went. He stood and nodded in the general direction of Willa. "before we go....I don't believe I got your names. I am Paon" he offered a small smile.

However that smile vanished when the men came in. He tilted his head at them and remained quiet. If he played well enough at being human then they wouldn't know...would they?

Peter snarled at the screen. Dark markings seemed to slither on their own on his skin like snakes before he controlled himself. He took off his jacket reveling a forest green shirt that exposed his muscles on his arms. "it sounds similar to the Underground Railroad which means...this is my que to go salvage this. Either I will go undercover or I will bring back some subjects I haven't decided yet...but consisting how I feel currently....I think I'll toss some into our vans."

As he left he grabbed an ear piece to be able to communicate. Once outside, he shot into the air and flew to just outside where the area is. He landed and stood toward the choas. He stopped, his hand shot out and grabbed what appeared to be a small cat and tossed it into a van, there it changed to a human. He then gets closer and looks at the bus. As he looks several pieces of metal floated to him and spun around him. To onlookers he merely looked cautious of the random bus, as if he didn't trust it...but this was all a guise so he could wait for the subjects to flood this way.

There was too much going on... First, a massive bloody creature. Then that Jane person started shooting bloody laser at things. Oh, and there were buses with crazy people on board shooting at the creature. Not to mention that massive guy who was literally taking on the abhorrent, eldritch mass in a fucking wrestling match!

It was just too much... All the sounds, all the fighting. Those lines peaking and moving and bouncing and spiking his head. Every scream, every heartbeat, every explosion, every gunshot...

Wait, gunshot? Instinctively, Jett ducked and rolled. As soon as his roll was finished, he stood low and ran. Above his head and behind him, bullets fired and struck the surrounds. There was no way he could take this on. Retreating wasn't exactly his style, but everyone was running. It was only logical to escape the fights you have no chance in winning, right

"Hey, Jane, sorry, but we aint winning this one. I'm gonna get the fuck outta dodge, but I'll see you later!" he called from across the field, his voice seeming to reach her and only her. From over a wall, a single grenade flies and lands next to closest Scientist forces, and then he is gone.

There is no sign of him after.

Except, at the coffee shop. The doors swings open, and a young man walks in.
"Jesus, its crazy out there. You guys planning to see a play? I wouldn't recommend the current one. 4D really isn't the best thing in that kind of production." his tone is light hearted but still normal, somehow, "Are you still serving? I'd love a coffee right now. That'd be absolutely... Super." He drops down onto a chair; taking in the faces of everyone in the room. Hearing their heartbeats, their blood pumping, the slightly crinkle in fibre. 7

Why were the Scientists in such a quaint coffee shop..?

"Grenades!? Why must everyone and thing want us to blow up?!" shouts a soldier who unfortunately happens to catch the grenade then throw it back wherever it came from, a now abandoned spot. It's explosion sends two soldiers flying as the remaining twenty eight continue running for their lives both from the mad old lady and the even madder grenadier. "Supernatural Underground anyone? Just hop in or those scientist thugs will have you as their minions' dinners!" The lady shouts as she finally hits the scientist fuel tank, which explodes, destroying two other cars near it. "Hurry it up!" She shouts again as she begins trying to gun down the fleeing soldiers.

Graham begins almost running towards the equivalent of the main security office for the scientist complex from the arena, desperately wanting to find out more about the Supernatural Underground. Hal meanwhile begins helping the caretakers try to clean up the arena.

"Oi you miserable git, me and these three other fine gents here ordered first, a good three minutes or so! So join the queue." The driver barks at Jason, one of the other soldiers pushes him almost onto the floor. "Miserable young excuses for men around here, Paulson... Mind tending to this lady? Looks like a bit of brick cut 'er the poor thing." The driver says, becoming slightly sympathetic towards Willa and a differently dressed soldier attempts to help Willa bandage the leg. "Mind I have a look? Might be brick fragments lodged in the wound, very bad for walking on." Paulson says rather sympathetically in a light Irish accent. "Lads! STS!" The soldier in the van shouts. "Alright! We'll be waiting Yale!" The van drives off with the shapeshifter in it. "Captain, what the hell is an STS?" One of the other soldiers asks. "A shape to shift Goldie, you can read the lingo leaflet in a minute, and good miss... Mind we have them to eat in while we wait for our friend?" The captain asks Teddy after handing the leaflet to Goldie who begins reading it after being guided to a table by the only quiet soldier, the captain then leans his rifle on the same table and takes off a bit of the armour, revealing more armour and placing the top layer on the table.

Willa O'Shea

Willa looked up and kept her calm. "Nah thanks. Tis na more than a scratch."

Willa turned her chair and got ready to go. She grabbed her bag and walked over to Paon. "Are ya ready ta go?" She made a show of their humanity by pulling his chair out a little so they would believe he is blind. She took his hand in hers.

"Are we safe enough out there? Are they done shootin' o' fireworks over at the theatre? They scared me somethin' terrible. Don't those thespians know not to set all o' the fireworks at once. They'll set the whole place afire!"

Willa offered her hand to the soldier who had offered to help her and shook it. "I think we should be agoin'." She turned to Paon. "Let's go."
