The year is roughly 3590 Earth Time and Earth is living in post a Post-Apocalyptic state as well as a Technological Based Advanced Society. The emergence of Talents nearly one thousand years before drove a rift between an already divided population. The Great War caused the rise of dormant abilities in Earthlings and suddenly children during the time were finding that they were protecting themselves using various forms of Telepathy, Psychokinesis and Psychic Talents. Governments scrambled to harness these powers and the lands became dotted with Hitleresque regimes that were tasked with the capture, experimentation and exploitation of these children. Many perished but some thrived and were trained as killers.
It did not take long for the world to fall to ruin because of the harsh treatment of Talents. Many revolted to the abuse and began to fight back. Destruction and chaos soon ensued and it quickly drove the planet to a desolate wasteland dotted with battlefields scared with the power these Talents possessed. Yet no war can last forever. Stronger Talents began to cry out in their sleep, having no knowledge or training to control their abilities, and their thoughts went out to the rest of the galaxy. Other talents soon answered their call and First Contact occurred. With the help of various races, previously unknown to Earth, Talents were trained and educated on how to use their abilities for more than offensive measures.
After years of rebuilding, Earth became a mining planet and was able to begin trade with the rest of the Galaxy. Utilizing the Talents and newly found materials buried deep in the Earths crust, the people were able to draw the attention of Galactic Telekinetic Communications or GTC. GTC was tasked with the job of building communication towers that employed various Talents and used their ability to transport large space craft to various jump points throughout the galaxy. This opened trade for Earth and bring much needed supplies to the planet.
GTC is the lone controlling entity in the Galaxy over all tapped worlds. Utilizing its sway over each tower it has grown quickly and no planet can flourish without it, especially those that are mining planets. It controls the supply of food, medical, technology and Talents. Over the centuries, it has become what so many Governments in the past did with absolute power, corrupt. Talents that run each Main Tower for a planetary system have become beings that are above the law, flaunting their abilities and wreaking havoc on LIP, Local Indigenous Populations. Lead Run Gringer, who is the head of the GNC and strongest known Talent, is unrelenting in his pursuit of power and domination.
Thankfully most Talents are compassionate and well-meaning but being lost in a system that favors the cruel there is little they can do. While Talents in general are strong willed and determined, most lack the basic social skills for unification to over throw the GTC and help bring balance and fairness back to the Galaxy.

A solid rock planet in the middle of the Galaxy, it provides only two assets to the GTC. One is its strong military position. Being located where it is, its tower is responsible for catching transports from one end of the Galaxy and launching them to the other. The second asset is possesses and its most valuable one is its Crystals.
Talents of the highest rank are strong, and many are capable of transporting ships from one side of their own Solar System to another without issue. The problem comes when breaking through the pull of one sun and launching a ship into the space between Systems. Crystals help amplify a Talents ability. Not all crystals are created equally though and Altenia is one of the few known planets that have been able to produce large high quality Black Crystals that are used to power and enhance the abilities of Tower Leads.
Tower Lead Tristan Debute runs all things on Altenia and is an egotistical and overbearing oaf that enjoys making things difficult on the LIP. Even though complaints have been made in the past, none get passed him to the main GTC and even if they did, Talents strong enough to run a tower are few and far between. Since he has yet to lead to the death of anyone the GTC considers important, they would do little unless a direct complaint from an equal was made. Even then, at most he would be shipped to another location.
The Altenians in general cannot stand him but they get by, the ones that suffer the most though are the Brax’na. A Spartanlike culture that has yet to embrace the technology that is available to them and are more comfortable of the old ways they have passed down through the generations. Preferring to live off the land as best they can and keeping to themselves, though due to the amount of mining that happens on the planet they have come to rely on the GTC for even the most basic of needs. The only reasons they are even cared for is because they help the miners locate new Crystals, having an advanced knowledge of the terrain, one they refuse to give openly to the GTC, and because of long ago established rules and regulations involving the preservation of LIP on all planets the GTC are involved with. Earth Year 3590, with the arrival of new Tower Lead in Training Silvia Adenias, who is to learn how to fully run a tower from Tristan Debute and then move on to another tower to take over for one that is retiring.
This Rp will take place on Altenia and deal with the workings of running a tower, dealing with LIP, and the relations that form between or are destroyed between them. This is a multiple part Rp that can be expanded on in parts 2 and 3 if it takes off fully.

- Lead Tower Back-Up; Talent Rank T-2 - Pair of Twins that handle Tower during Tristan's down time
- Head Of Security; Talent Rank T-4 - Handles main security of the Tower and Mines
- Dock Master; Talent Rank T-5 - Handles all incoming and out coming ships at the docks and ensures things run smoothly with loading and unloading

- You are not allowed to use @Mentions in your IC posts - Too many people use them as a crutch and an excuse to not read all the posts.
- This is a Sci-Fi/Fantasy rp
- No Magics - Only "fantasy" type skills that are available have to do with those listed for Talents and their appropriate ratings
- While Sci-Fi, it is soft Sci-Fi. This RP will be more about character interaction than actual Sci-Fi
- Things like jobs and skills must fit with characters back story
- Fights will happen but seriously, don't turn this RP into a bad DBZ episode where half the damn planet is destroyed by you tossing people about.
- Language - No Filters
- Gore - No Filters - This will get gross
- Taboo subjects will be crossed but will be maintained to fade to black if needed
- Romance is allowed; Pg-13, then fade to black - No Preexisting relationships such as couples or husband/wife. (Seriously, I have seen far to many of these done poorly. If you want romance, let it develop naturally. I will drop the GM Hammer if you go from meeting to love of my life in a glance.)

- No spamming OOC - Seriously, Lady A will gut you

- If you cannot post, you must contact the GM and make them aware, you will be granted extra time to post (do not take advantage of this) - I realize real life comes first but you know your schedule better than anyone, if you join it is your responsibility to keep up and not hold up the rest of the Rpers. I will work with you, just let me know what's going on.
- Collabs are welcome but you may not start one after Day 5 on the counter for your or your partners last post. If your Collab partner vanishes, just post what you have before your counter runs out.
