I don't know if you're still accepting new people but I thought I'd try my luck anyways.

Name: Peter Thorn
Alias/ Nickname (If Any): None
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Cabin: Hermes
Appearance (Prefer Picture):
Family
Godly Parent: Boreas, God of the North Wind.
Human Parent: Foster Child
Legacy: I’m not really sure what this means.
General Information
Personality: Peter is completely closed to the outside world not letting anyone past the armour that he grew in the foster system. He’s short tempered and quick to anger but he tries to hide it under a veil of apathy. He takes his frustrations on the world out on the target dummies at the sword range not wanting to hurt someone in a real sparing session like his foster parents did to him. He had a storm brewing in him that scares him more than anything. He doesn’t want to hurt anyone again.
Likes: Reading, being on the move, being invisible.
Dislikes: Being close to anyone or being touched. Fire. Fears his own power.
Talents: He’s fast and very good at hiding and going unnoticed. He likes singing but only if no one can hear.
Biography: Peter didn’t have a happy childhood. He never knew who his father or mother were as he was put up for adoption when he was six months old. Sometimes the foster parents were welcoming and kind but more often than not they were in it for the money that the government gave them to take care of foster kids. If he was lucky he was completely ignored and he preferred it that way because the ones that did pay attention to him used him as a punching bag. They’d come back from work drunk or depressed and he was a perfect outlet for their frustrations. It was made worse by the fact that he was constantly being kicked out of schools year after year. Every ten months or so he was sent someplace new and most of the time it those few days were a merciful blessing but then the vicious cycle started all over again.
When Peter hit high school he was granted a small piece of mercy. His new foster family ignored him completely, not caring if he was home at a decent time or how he was doing in school. They didn’t really feed him either and Peter soon learned that he had to take care of himself. He pocketed food from the local dollar store and went jogging every morning to keep himself strong. Just when things were looking up again life decided to tear him down.
The family he was staying with got another foster kid, two years older than Peter and much stronger. Like with him the parents didn’t pay much attention to the new kid, Marcus. He’d gone through quiet a similar experience to Peter in the foster care system but rather than turning inward Marcus had cracked open letting torrents of fire crash out at anyone standing near. He’d become violent and just as Peter’s old foster parents had done Marcus started to beat Peter. Peter would go to school with bruises on his arms and legs and stomach and shoulders. Marcus avoided the face to avoid being found out. Then one day he found himself a switchblade. Scars and cuts started to join the bruises and there was nothing that Peter could do. Then one night Marcus opened up the blade again and Peter snapped. When the metal touched his skin it grew icy cold and frost crept up the blade and over the boy’s skin. Marcus dropped the knife immediately and looked at Peter with anger and confusion. Not sure what had happened but desperate to make sure that Marcus never hurt him again Peter dived at the boy and grabbed his skin. Ice and frost ran from Peter’s hands and covered Marcus head to toe. Horrified Peter let go and the ice statue fell over and shattered. Peter wasn't sure what had happened but he knew that he had to go. His foster parents were oblivious but they wouldn't excuse murder. Peter climbed out the window and ran. After that, creatures started to follow Peter everywhere, horrible creatures with too many eyes and so many limbs but he just kept running for six months and the snow never stopped but rather than feeling cold Peter felt like the snow was protecting him. Then one day he saw a figure in the wind. An icy figure of a beautiful girl, her dress made of frost beckoned to him across the snow. He followed her and when she vanished he was standing on a hill overlooking a summer camp. He didn't know it them but he was finally safe, for the time anyways.
