Character Gear: Standard ghost hostile environment suit equipped with cloaking, night/heat vision, an AGR-14 rifle, a BOSUN FN-92 rifle, a C-20A rifle, a great variety of grenades, (at least 2 of each) a combat knife, an E-11 lock down device, a psyblade, and an antique pocket knife with a crystal charm in the shape of a key attached that she keeps on her person at all times. An item of importance to her, she keeps it in pristine condition and razor-sharp. Cindra swaps out frequently with her rifles, preferring the C-20A rifle, but choosing the right one for each mission. Cindra also has a ghost jetpack, but prefers to only use it if she is certain she will need it.

Character skills: Level 8 teek, specializes in sharpshooting, but is also lethal at extremely short range. She is agile and athletic, being good at navigating tricky area layouts with finesse and speed. In other words, fast and graceful.

Character Backstory: Agent X69821J was, as most ghosts are, trained from a very young age to be a lethal soldier for the Dominion. Having been claustrophobic for as long as she could remember, (the fear stemmed from a bad experience with a laundry chute, and though mind wipes erased the memory, they never quite fixed the fear) she hated being trapped in corners. This being the case, she focused her energy on things which would allow maximum mobility and many escape options should a mission go sour.
One of her teammates in the academy had been able to sneak out and barter with a marine for trinkets, and ended up bringing back souvenirs for all of Team Green. The item brought back for Cinder had been a rhinestone-studded pocketknife with a tiny crystal key charm that the marine had picked up from a warzone, likely belonging to a young woman with a rather sparkly sense of style who had left it after a Zero invasion of the area. Cinder, having a strong friendship with the teammate who had given the item, had kept it hidden away, but with her at all times. Even though the ghost-in-training had defected a few years later and been terminated, leading to mind wipes for all who knew him, Cinder still kept the knife with her as a symbol of what and who she had valued through her academy years.

Since you forgot to include it in the app, here's a character personality and appearance description.
Personality: Cautious, thoughtful, and loyal, though she tends to hide these traits behind a healthy amount of puns and sarcasm. She thinks things through to the point of over thinking them, and never makes a decision without gathering all pertinent information and mulling over it for a bit first.

Appearance: Being born in a superstitious area did not help her much when it came to having a high psionic level. By the age of three, she was reading emotions and was nearly burned to death as a child before a wrangler could come get her from the remote location she lived in. This being the case, she has a large amount of burn scar tissue reaching from just above her jawline in front of her left ear and coiling thinly around to her back where there is a large pattern depicting ravens perched atop a broken mirror, a result of being branded as an unlucky child directly after her first psionic incident. Instead of the simple ponytail style common with most female ghosts, Cinder had shaved the right side of her dark auburn hair close to her head, using a dulled razor blade and a mirror to shave in detailed patterns of a clock, hourglass, and key. The rest of her hair is pulled back into a ponytail, with slightly side swept bangs nicely framing her green eyes. She has slightly tan skin.
She has a slender build, though she is much stronger than she looks.

Character Name: Wrenu Tipolan

Character Role: Jedi Padawan

Character Gender: Male

Character Appearance: Wrenu is a Mikkian, thus he has a full crowd of short, flowing rear head tendrils that float in the air. He has red skin with blue accents on the end of those tendrils and a lean, acrobatic body. He wears simple Jedi robes over this with a small blue tattoo on his forehead to match his blue eyes.

Character Personality: Wrenu is a very kind soul, having been taught the Jedi pillar of compassion very well. He greatly enjoys to help other people, but the way he helps may not exactly be the right way each time. He is also a very studious person, having spent a fair bit of time in the Archives. However, he has a bit of a superiority complex as he believes he already knows a lot about the world and how things work. He is also rather goofy and funny when he wants to be, which sometimes gets in the way of serious situations or problems.
Character Gear: He possesses a blue lightsaber and the various other small tools a Jedi would carry on their person. However, these tools are more geared towards the intellectual side of the Jedi.

Character skills: He carries a basic competency in the Force as well as acrobatic skills.

Character Backstory: Born in 38 BBY, Wrenu was raised on Lothal, an Outer Rim world with little to offer the rest of the galaxy. His parents were both technicians at a local dock in Capital City. Soon the Jedi came calling to take young Wrenu away, which his parents sadly did but hoped he would have a better future in the Jedi Order. There in the Temple, Wrenu trained and grew up as a studious but goofy youth with his fellow younglings, his race's natural connection to the force helping him throughout his life. Now, having become a Padawan, Wrenu eagerly hopes to learn from his master.

Character Role: UNSC Admiral of the "Solar Winds" Marathon Class Cruiser

Character Appearance: An average heighted female (5'9) , with a particularly slender body which for some reason is still packing, chestwise. Many people accuse her of having silicon implants. She often skillyfully adorns her facial features with seductive makeup, and keeps her hair punkishly dyed green and medium length. The Admiral is mostly only seen in her fleet uniform, which she keeps polished and tidy at all times. REFERENCE
Character Personality: Although her IQ level is considerably high, the Admiral can best be described as a complete clown when it comes to.. anything, really. She is craziness at its best, and dislikes when subordinates question her decision-making. She is sharp, does not take no for an answer, and is quick to provide solutions to anything just about instantly, whether they're good or bad solutions. Despite her insane nature, she still keeps a completely clean mission completion record. It's why she's the Admiral after all.
Character Gear: Tight, tidy and polished UNSC female's CO uniform, adorned with flirtatious white boots, all of her fleet pins, and a utility belt which includes a Magnum side-arm.
Character skills: Being a manipulative bitch, high athleticism, and superb decision making.
Character Backstory: Pantera Faye was born to UNSC Captain Faye, and his wife Ultherea Faye, an economic ambassador. It was only natural the she follow in her parent's footsteps, and by the time she was of age, she enlisted to the UNSC Navy. The only problem was, Pantera was regarded as completely insane. Many considered her a disgrace to her parents, and she often suffered from discrimination and whatnot. It was only by chance that she was not removed from the Navy program. But, little did her superiors know, Pantera was a real prodigy. It was only when she was sent on her first operation, (which was no doubt an easy task given to her only for the sake of actually giving her something to do) that her superiors realized the potential in her. Since then, she has miraculously ascended through the Navy to become one of the UNSC's most successful yet definitely most insane CO's.

Character Personality: possibly due to multiple seemingly traumatic events in her life, Savaymin has developed a sort of erratic and quirky personality. Making seemingly impulsive decisions and being morally questionable all throughout is how she works. Most of all, she is deceitful and confident in her abilities to come out on top regardless of the situation. This madness has method to it.
Character Gear: Uses shotguns and sticky detonators. She is equipped with promethean vision to get the jump on enemies around corners. All other gear is standard UNSC.
Character skills: extremely unpredictable in nature. Never uses the same plan twice.
Character Backstory: The traumatic events I described in her personality happen sometime during the war with the covenant. Whilst flying through space, miscellaneous malfunctions within the ship she had been taking shelter on forced an emergency landing on an undocumented planet. Her spartan shields protected her from the impact, but the same cannot be said for the rest of the ships inhabitants. Unable to establish contact with freindly ships due to the smashed equipment, she was forced to explore the planent on her own. Armed with only a combat knife, a pistol with limited amo, and her spartan suit, (and maybe a few other things) she set off. To her luck the planet they had landed on could support life. What was uncertain is what type of life could it support, and more importantly, was her life on that list. A few weeks past before she was forced to find the answer out herself. By testing the plant life out on the copious amount of dead bodies of course. After enough trial and error, she was capable of surviving the unknown wilderness for many years, till of course a rescue party arrived to investigate the lost signal amongst their many ships. To their surprise they found a lone spartan survivor amongst the wreckage and fished her out. Commending her for her survival abilities, they erected a statue in her honor and soon elected her as president. They soon realized that their pathetic army was in dire need of a hero, so they begged her to come back into the force. Being the gracious goddess that she was, she happily obliged to her subjects, leaving behind a lesser substitute to serve in place of her presidency.

Character Role: Former ODST stationed aboard the UNSC Solar Winds, acting chief of security.
Character Age: 24 (Mars) years of age/45 (Earth) years of age.
Character Gender: Male.

Character Appearance: Physical: Dean Harbit stands at an impressive height of 6'6" with a chest 46 inches across. His body is well toned with scars littering his forearms and hands from different combat scenarios. His body is mildly hairy with prominent hair featuring on his chest, legs and forearms. His face is square shaped featuring a beautifully chiselled jaw. His eyes are green but often hard to see through his constantly narrowed gaze. However, the most defining trait on his face is the scar that spans from the tip of his nose, up the bridge, to his forehead. The scar is jagged and very distracting in a conversation. To complete the look his face always features rugged stubble and he keeps his mostly brown hair short to prevent it from being a problem in combat scenarios.
Uniform-al: Many officers in the UNSC wear their standard Naval attire on board vessels. Dean is no exception to that rule. His uniform is quite typical to that of the bridge crew with the exception of a red band that wraps around the bicep of his left arm. When participating in combat scenarios or drills, he adorns his ODST armour. The armour has been in sixteen active firefights and three campaigns and indeed looks that part. Small scorch marks and dents litter the gratified chest piece. If attention was given to the chest plate many indecent words and phrases might be noticed as well as a symbol of lips and two orbs.

Character Personality: Dean's more or less a trouble maker with a mean streak. This mean streak is what pushes him through the nitty-gritty and allows him to keep a level head in most fights. Apart from his violent habits and his smart ass attitude, Dean is fiercely loyal and sees treason as one of the most evil and vile of crimes. Anyone who questions authority in his presence will receive anything from a harsh word to a beating.

Character Gear: Obviously Dean sports a set of UNSC issue ODST armour with a newer helmet after the incident that resulted in his scar. Assault rifle, and Magnum lay on him at almost all times of the day along with his six and a half inch long combat knife.
Character skills: With almost no natural skills or talents short of quick muscle gain, all of Dean's skills have been learned over time. He's strong points are combat with both hand-to-hand weapons and heavy weaponry.

Character Backstory: Born and raised on an inner colony on Mars, Dean's father was a captain in the insurgency ranks. Dean was shown the basics of guerrilla warfare and witnessed first hand exactly how deadly combat scenarios could be. Dean, once reaching the age of 16 years according to Earth standards, left the inner colony of Mars to head to Earth where he would enrol in an academy for officer-ship in the UNSC military ranks. During this time his father was captured in a firefight and sentenced to death. Dean remained relatively unaffected by this and continued his courses with a newer level of determination. Achieving top marks in many drills but rather mediocre in the theoretical concepts of squad control. He completed his training and before he saw combat was re-enrolled for specialist training. After barely passing the extremely taxing physical exams he was assigned to a squad of marines as a captain. His squad was deployed in four active firefights against other insurgent groups before he was reassessed and offered a position as an ODST. After accepting, he was forced through another four years of intense physical and mental training before given the all clear. Now 28 years of age, his unit was designed for unconventional warfare often deployed to put down freedom fighters and well equipped rebel groups. He was moved from his unit however after a slight deployment miscalculation which resulted in five of the eight of his squad dying on impact and one drowning to death off shore. Two years on since the incident, he is now acting head of security aboard the UNSC Solar Winds.

Appearance: (Until the picture is come, this is Cruallassar's description.) A stern-looking man of average height, with a short beard and mustache, the same color as his dark hair. He wears his many years of experience on his face in a manner reminiscent of rank tabs, and his severe expression serving as a clear reminder of the calculating mind behind it...yet not at all betraying the sort of mind-set that invented the Jump-and-Dump maneuver. He wears a Confederate Admiral's uniform with Dominion insignia...and a sword. Because...sword. What's not to love?
Gender: Male
Personality: Calm, methodical, and always planning.

Backstory overview: Born in the year 2469, Owen Magnus is from a middle class family living on
Nephor II. When he was 18 he enlisted in the Confederate navy and was stationed at an on-planet base as a Viking pilot.
Three years after his assignment he was recommended for officer candidate school, he graduated three years later as a lieutenant. He was then transferred to the Perelliator, a Behemoth class Battlecruiser under the command of Admiral Ferran Speffer. He climbed the ranks for nine years till he achieved the rank of Commodore.
Due to the rebellion that had been gaining momentum recently, ships were on short supply in the Confederacy, and the now commodore Owen Magnus remained on board the Perelliator.
In 2598 the Perelliator is refitted to now-modern standards with a Yamato cannon, Collossus reactor, thicker armor, and stronger shields. and on special request by Admiral Speffer, a science and engineering bay.
One and a half years later in 2500 the Perelliator is ordered to assist in the blockade on Antiga Prime. The Zerg attack the blockade and the Perelliator is damaged and boarded by the zerg, Admiral Speffer orders an emergency fast jump while marines fight the Zerg on board. The ship spends the next two days in uncharted space eliminating all the Zerg, and cleaning the ship of dead crew.
The Perelliator now had 1238 less (out of 6780)members than it did forty hours before. During this time talk of defecting circulated thought the crew, Admiral Speffer addressed the crew and presented two options: stay in the Confederacy, or to defect too the now massive movement of Arcturus Mengsk. Considering the recent actions by the Sons of Korhal, an almost unanimous decision was made by the crew to defect.
The Perelliator and its crew spent the next four years running troops and supplies too and from the front lines for the Sons of Korhal, then the Dominion during the Brood War. The Perelliator was then stationed as the defense for the planet Seti along with a Minotaur class Battlecruiser. During this assignment the planet was attacked by a small fleet of Zerg, with an early initial run of scourges damaged the ship and injured some of the crew. Admiral Speffer was among the injured, and the second in command Commodore Magnus assumed commanded of the Perelliator and made what could possibly be the shortest FTL jump in Terran history with a maneuver the crew nick-named the JUMP AND DUMP. In the coarse of five minutes he had the ship prep its now old planetary bombardement nuclear warheads and charge both FTL drives
(some older Battlecruisers had a main and a less powerful secondary drive) he had the engineering crew program the main drive to activate for a fraction of a second to jump into the middle of the main Zerg force while launching all the nukes the ship had available, before activating the second drive to a near by system. The maneuver worked better than hoped for, with all but the outer fringes of the Zerg force decimated, and the other Battlecruiser finished those off quickly.
Soon after this engagement Admiral Speffer retired, and Owen Magnus received a commendation for the defense of the system, and overcoming overwhelming odds, as well as receiving a promotion to Admiral.
With the retirement of Admiral Speffer, Admiral Magnus was given (per his request) the Perelliator to command.
The ship played a relativity minor role in the war after that incident, much to the relief of the crew.
Just before the Second Great War, the Perelliator was given another refit, adding a series of cluster missile batteries and a Battlecruiser-mounted defensive matrix. (which had been undergoing field testing on Science vessels during the Brood War)
During the Second War, the Perelliator participated in only a few battles, playing a minor role in fleet actions over Korhal during the Zerg Invasion, and later serving with Admiral Horner in the defense of Korhal against the Moebius Foundation forces under Amon's influence.

Character Appearance: Olu, whom is a bit old for his species, is a slightly stocky Nautolan Jedi that stands at 5'9. His tendrils are not much longer than any other Nautolan. In fact, there is really nothing special to him. He is your average green skinned Nautolan, wearing sleeveless Jedi Master robes, ragged vestiments, and footwraps instead of shoes. Character Personality: Olu can be seen as one of the more passive Jedi Masters. He packs an incredible sense of humor, and manages to lighten up even the most stressful of situations. Despite his joyful attitude, he can discern when it is that he needs to be serious and when he can joke around. It is his expertise in analyzing situations that makes him a revered Jedi Master.
Character Gear: Jedi robes, lightsaber, credits and rations clipped to his belt. Simple.
Character skills: Lightsaber duelist(Juyo, Form VII, and Shien, Form V), Advanced force competency. Expert tactician.
Character Backstory: We'll keep it simple. Like any other Jedi, Olu was plucked from birth and subjected to his Jedi training. Proving to be quite adept in the force, Olu grew up to be a skilled Jedi consular, constructing his green lightsaber. Since then he has spent his days as a Jedi performing negotiation and ambassador operations, his lightsaber not requiring much use. Now, Olu seeks to investigate the multiple abnormal rifts sprouting all across the galaxy.

Armor: Prototype HES- Suit has well concealed gas valves that aid in the combustion of things around Zack, making use of his pyrokinesis in mixed environments possible, color scheme is changed to jet black and blood red to indicate it isn't standard issue.

Backstory: Zack was born to a high end family in a high end hospital on Korhal IV, the seat of the future Dominion Empire. When he was eight years old he showed signs of psionic abilities, setting the teacher's desk on fire in third grade in the middle of class. Two hours after the incident, for which Zack was sent home, a ghost and three marines arrived at his home later that evening, explaining to his parents his bright future, and took him to the Ghost Academy, where he was trained in the control of his powers to increase and improve speed, agility, aim and strength.

Shortly before finishing his first year in the Academy, he was placed in a sparring match against an older student who was nearing the end of her training. The match ended in a draw and with Zack earning a new scar, a burning reminder of how much he could improve. After his second year in the Ghost Academy, the Dominion came in and took over, the fall of the Confederacy having reached the Academy after the evacuation when the Sons of Korhal had begun their attack on Tarsonis. The Dominion's program was, when compared to the things the Confederacy did, much easier and he had little trouble finishing up his last two years. However, shortly after his graduation, the UED attacked the Academy on Ursa and destroyed it despite his best efforts to help defend it.

Now nineteen years old, he was deployed on his first mission, a job quelling an uprising on a backwater planet by removing the leader. Proving more than capable with every guard removed as a threat and the leader's throat cleanly sliced with one of the guard's own knives, Agent Wither, call sign Crimson, was soon sent on increasingly important missions. After the successful capture of a Spectre, much to Zack's disgust, as he felt the Spectre should have been executed, he was assigned as a participant in Project Solar Flare, an attempt by the Dominion to create more powerful Pyrokinetics. The events molded Zack further into a cold blooded killing machine and he, along with two others, left the Project still alive and sane.

Appearance: Wears his blood red and jet black HES with the helmet usually up. When he takes it off, Has blood red eyes, fiery red hair cut short and a scar running along his right cheek from a sparring match. Athletic build with toned but not huge muscles.

NOTES: C-30B Prototype is different only in that it's not got a fully automatic option and has a thermal option built into the scope.

Psi-Drive is a specialized form of Psi Enhancment that allows Zack to boost specific parts of his bodies beyond normal limits. However, the drain it puts on him afterwords is significant. He can use Psi Drive roughly three to four times before he requires extensive rest, typically a rest period of normal sleep hours.

Influence Mind is basically the act of putting suggestions into an opponents head and making them think it was their idea. Should be noted that of the two telepathic abilities he has, it's the more potent, as the strength of his Telepathy is limited to direct mental communication and resisting mental attacks. He can only pick up on surface thoughts in terms of mind reading.

Character Appearance: Black hair, black beard, angular face, indent jaw, grey UNSC outfit with hat. He also has a scar on his left eye from combat during the war.
Character Personality: Extreme levels of seriousness, but humor has not abandoned him when the time calls for it. He continuously attempts to maintain a strong positve relation with his men and his crew. From a prestegious academy on Earth; in addition to his vast knowledge of commanding men he also aquired a deep interest in weapons, and offensive ordinance.
Character Gear: He has a UNSC magnum sidearm and a ablative armor vest under his uniform.
Character skills: Hand to hand combat, advanced markmanship,advanced tactics and strategic logistics.
Character Backstory: Was born and raised on Earth but was bullied as a kid. Because of this he grew to distrust the people around him. Instead of focusing on developing his friendships he decided to join the UNSC military and focused on his work. He was quickly promoted through the ranks during the war with the Covenant. During a battle after Reach he suffered several injuries including shrapnel near his eye causing a scar. However over the years of war he lost many men and sadness and sympathy entered him again. With newfound respect for him men he charged forth through both battles and ranks till he reached the top. Now in command of a Marathon class heavy cruiser he was assigned with materials transport for office of naval intelligence after the war.
